“I’ve been here half a dozen times (parking is kinda difficult lately due to all the construction). I’ve brought friends here. I’ve had the best time, best coffee, and best almond croissants. Sitting outside - front or back - is always a treat. Now that my bicycle is fixed, I can come more often. Love this place!“

Based on these other reviews and the neighborhood I can tell it is in a snobby area of town that needs a reality check on their expectations on probably a lot of things. Staff was pleasant. Coffee was good. Internet worked. Plenty of space. I didn’t have the food but it looked pretty standard. Its a coffee shop.“

“I have been visiting this location for about a year now and I would gladly go out of my way (I live in St Paul) to stop here for a drink. Since day 1, the baristas have been AMAZING! Mitch and Faith treat me like an old friend. It's a great addition to my daily caffeine.
I typically order ahead of time in the app and I have never needed to wait for my order to be finished regardless of how busy they are. (I can't say the same for other locations.) In addition, they breeze through lines in a matter of minutes. It's crazy how well this team performs.

“It’s 2025 and Over $6 for a small latte. I think I need to buy my own machine.
It used to be affordable but slowly becoming an occasional treat for many people. I want to tip but I sure hope this extra dollar for each latte is going back to employee raises and healthcare“

“I absolutely love our local Chanhassen Caribou. The service is always great here and online ordering is always timely and accurate. It also has the typical cozy vibe for dining in and they have a very small patio area for when the weather is nice.“

“I ordered a hot decaf latte and was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted—decaf coffee can be tricky to get right. I liked it so much that I went back to buy their beans. They had both regular and decaf options, so I picked up one of each. The staff were very friendly and clearly knowledgeable. When I asked them to grind my beans for a moka pot, they took extra care to get the grind size just right. As a nice touch, they even gave me a cute gift card with my purchase. Prices were reasonable, and overall I would highly recommend this place!“

“When you walk in the coffee shop was welcoming. A nice little cozy spot. I ordered the bacon avocado toast and it was bomb! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The inside was very clean. But, then we came across the bathrooms.
The bathrooms were really dirty. That's my only complaint. And we were there at 7:15 in the morning.“

“I love having this addition to the neighborhood! It is so easy to place my order on the app and just drive up and pick up my order. While I'm there I often stop and get a couple of groceries as well. Clean, friendly, not overly crowded, and lots of seating in the upper level.

Parking: I have been there several times in the morning and have never had a problem finding plenty of parking.“

“We have been coming here for years. This is a great local coffee shop and in the summer the outdoor patio and terrace area can't be beat, like no other coffee shop. The food menu is also executed well with a good variety of breakfast sandwiches, salads, and they have a lot of goods breads and baked items as well. Well worth a visit. This place can get really busy and packed during peak times especially on weekends and the parking lot isn't big so plan ahead a bit.“

“Free wifi! (doesn’t appear that you have to order food)! If you want to dine in, unfortunately, the tables/booths are usually occupied with solo surfers. Only the drive-through seems busy. It’s like a library with coffee if you want that, or not.“

The atmosphere wasn't great because of people thinking they need t he volume in their vehicle so loud it hurts others' ear drums. The people working at our Caribou are fantastic!!“

Found it and proceeded to the drive thru where we were greeted by the most enjoyable and pleasant voice that belonged to Mitch my superhero and caffeine plug of the day. I am a drama queen who teases and messes with everyone I come in contact with. Most people are caught off guard but dear Mitch gave it right back with such ease and grace I had nothing but respect and admiration for him. He even had the foresight to offer a shot or two of extra espresso. “One on my favorite breweries, they have great beer, friendly staff, and fun times. The brewery is very community centric, and dog friendly. There are two patios, one that is out front of the building and the other in updstairs. The upstairs patio is very quite and one the best kept secrets in Shakopee. The beers are great, the Hazy IPA is incredible and the Mexican lager is amazing. There is a reason these beers keep wining in the MN brewer's cup.“
