I went with classic medium buffalo and it was wonderful but I look forward to trying them all in the next couple months. Thai Chili & Mango Habanero were 🔥. Combo came with fries, 5 wings, dipping sauce and a soda all around $12, which I thought was pretty reasonable especially the quality & size of bone-in wings and fresh cut fries! Will be back.“

“We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. “An absolutely incredible dining experience

Sanjusan was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in Minneapolis. We went as a group and decided to order almost one of everything on the menu so we could all try as much as possible, and honestly, I don’t think there was a single dish that disappointed.

The Japanese-Italian combination sounds unusual at first, but it works unbelievably well. Every dish had its own unique flavors and textures, and it was so much fun having the entire table try everything together. The small plates, yakitori, pasta, and pizzas were all fantastic.

The Isaac Becker pizza was one of the biggest surprises for me, and the Mentaiko Lumache was another standout. The Hiramasa crudo, pork gyoza, duck tataki, and yakitori were all incredible as well. Even after ordering that much food, we kept finding ourselves saying, “We have to try that too.”

The staff were just as impressive as the food. Everyone was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely excited to walk us through the menu. With a menu this creative, having staff who can actually explain the dishes and make recommendations makes a huge difference.

The atmosphere is fantastic too. It’s stylish, intimate, energetic, and just feels like a place where you’re supposed to sit around with friends, order a bunch of things, and enjoy the entire experience rather than rush through dinner.

Sanjusan absolutely exceeded my expectations. The food is creative without being gimmicky, the service is outstanding, and ordering almost the entire menu with a group turned dinner into an experience we’ll be talking about for a long time.

Easy 5 stars. One of the most memorable meals I’ve had in Minneapolis and a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for something truly unique.“

“Organic beer! Yes! We have just discovered this brewery and cannot express how wonderful it is to have an organic, sustainable brewery in the twin cities. The beer is so flavorful and feels good to drink. The pollinator friendly gardens and rain garden are lovely additions to the location and make the experience delightful. The owners and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and bring warmth to the vibe. Paired with the Farina Rossa and their delicious food, this is truly a place worth coming to and sharing with others.“

“They have great food with tons of vegan options and a wonderful patio! Today I ordered my favorite dish a roti wrap and it accidentally came with chicken instead of the vegan chickpea version. That’s never happened to me there before. They felt really bad about it and made me a new one and comped my meal and that of my friend. That is above and beyond an excellent customer service. “We hosted a Welcome to the Wedding Weekend event at Utepils in Bay 10 (private event space). It was perfect! Taylor was so quick to respond to my questions and so helpful with layout ideas. We had 100 people and everyone raved about how great the space was. Taylor was our bartender for the evening and was fantastic. There were plenty of options on tap for our guests and we were able to set up catering and it worked great. It was a great start to a very special weekend and I would definitely recommend Utepils for an event!“

“We have been here 3 times now and each time we try new menu items. Not one has been less than stellar! What a gem that we are lucky to have in Robbinsdale. Our favorite is the scallop scampi. Shoutout to Cole, a great server and so personable! We spent $120 for an app, 2 pastas, a bottle of wine, and a dessert. Pretty great deal when the food is this good!“

“My waiter Addison was great and very attentive. However, the short rib sandwich was over cooked and over priced. On line there were a couple of items that I didn't see on the actual menu while at the restaurant. We were given the lunch menu at the front door, this really confused me, later Addison eventually figured it out. The rest of the experience was nice. The comedy acts were funny, except for the second to last guy, that totally bombed, as part of his act was to call all women bitches. He was poorly prepared, and otherwise was not funny at all, and should not be invited back.“
