“My husband and I chose to celebrate our one year anniversary here today. It was both of our first times dining at Broders’ and we enjoyed everything about this wonderful experience! Upon arriving we were attempting to take a selfie photo outside and one of the employees opened the front door and asked us if we would like him to take our photo. Tyson so kindly took several photo angles and opened up the door for us as we walked in. It truly felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s warm and inviting home. Our sweet waitress helped me select the most delectable glass of wine I have ever tasted. Words cannot explain how delicious the pasta was… we lapped up every single drop and were in absolute food heaven. To top it all off… we were treated to a free dessert of our choosing along with two chocolate cocoa truffles on the house!! After we finished our meal we went across the street to their storefront to purchase some pasta and sauce to enjoy at some point in the coming weeks. For entrées, we had the Meyer lemon risotto, hangersteak, scallops, and sunchoke soup. A friend ordered the G.O.A.T. toast (on gluten-free bread) and let me take a nibble - divine! The retail side had a ton of great merch (those basil olives!!! *chef’s kiss!*) that we also stocked up on. And my family was pleasantly surprised to be the recipients of fresh takeout pastries and some Milkjam ice cream! We had such a fantastic time! The food is mostly small bites and a couple sandwiches, and the wine and drinks menu is fairly priced and thoughtful.I got the olives and pickled vegetables, and the eggplant red pepper dip with crudités. The picked veg was great- crunchy carrots, cauliflower and other veg pickled to vinegary perfection. The olives were big meaty Castlevetrano olives. For me things went downhill with the dip and vegetables. The dip was sweet and spicy, but the assortment of vegetables was not my cup of tea. I didn’t touch the celery or the green onion (was I supposed to eat that on its own..?) The cooked mushrooms were good and the quality of the vegetables were great, but I should’ve asked what veg was included before ordering. Also, a bit of bread included with this would be a nice addition, without needing to order it separate and pay extra.The apricot old fashioned was okay- a tad sweet up front and bitter on the end. “I've been to AceBridge a couple of times. The first time, my group of 4 did the simple tasting. The owner happened to be there so he did the tasting and we ended up getting so much more. Not only did he end up letting us sample more than expected, he also gave us a great lesson on his company and the evolution of wine in MN.Last weekend, I was back with a group of 11. “Although it’s a little tucked away in deluxe plaza, Gray Fox a nice café with good atmosphere for reading or working. I got a black coffee with a cake donut (total $6.65; $3.00 12oz coffee + $2.65 cake donut + $1.00 tax) and both were very good! The coffee was actually better and cheaper than most cafés in Minneapolis. It does have a very open environment, but I think it adds a unique atmosphere. Definitely would recommend for a quick stop before starting your day!“

The crab cakes were delicious and I appreciate that it came with 3 cakes instead of the normal 2 at most restaurants. My fiance and my teen ordered the chicken and waffles. Warning, the chicken was hot!! My son says he'll get regular strips next time. My fiance liked them. I ordered the New Orleans salmon. My dish was good however with the name New Orleans, I expected way more flavor. I had to add a decent amount of salt to my food and I NEVER use salt. I'll probably order something different next time but we will definitely be returning!“

Perfectly mid-rare salmon (as requested) atop linguine tossed with lemon oil, asparagus, roasted tomatoes and finished with a white wine butter sauce and fried capers. I was in heaven. The linguine was just right and the salmon meaty and moist. I can't stand overcooked salmon and Crave does not disappoint. Two, 3oz filet mignon medallions, with mashed potatoes and a special sause. Perfectly cooked to our temperature, good seasoning, tender as expected! I have to say it was one of my favorite dinners to date. It was so good we made reservations for the next night! I had an old fashion from the bar... twice. It's one of those restaurants that is not on the main road in Maple Grove, MN. Gristly thought out I ordered med-well, and came well done, with burnt Fat edges, broccoli was over cooked and woody and with little florets and charred. Our server was very pleasant & attentive. Ambiance is nothing special; I had full view of a person doing detailed cleaning of the chicken rotisserie though out my meal. What a chore that is! We chose this place to dine maybe every 3-4 months it is very close to my Son's home, we have always had good service, next time only burgers, chicken or ribs for us! Never steak again!
