“Came into this Caribou location for the first time to do a little work before an appointment nearby. Plenty of seating options and lots of outlets, which I appreciate. I find it odd that the barista station is so far in the back, but is likely just a downside of the building set up and needs for the drive thru. I got a hot mocha and a warmed up blueberry muffin. Both were great and met expectations. Coffee trips are getting more and more expensive, but if you are a frequent coffee trip person, this is not surprising to you. Would come here again!“

“Generally excellent in all areas, especially service. The biggest complaint is caused by the awful noise pollution from the ceiling speakers that some might call music. People do not go to McDonalds to listen to the music! Turn it off.“

“I have been visiting this location for about a year now and I would gladly go out of my way (I live in St Paul) to stop here for a drink. Since day 1, the baristas have been AMAZING! Mitch and Faith treat me like an old friend. It's a great addition to my daily caffeine.
I typically order ahead of time in the app and I have never needed to wait for my order to be finished regardless of how busy they are. (I can't say the same for other locations.) In addition, they breeze through lines in a matter of minutes. It's crazy how well this team performs.

“My go-to place for coffee when I don't want to drive to Starbucks. Baristas are super nice and inside is always clean. Never too busy (at least when I go) so there is always a table or chair available. Drinks never disappoint, consistent and tasty.“

“It’s 2025 and Over $6 for a small latte. I think I need to buy my own machine.
It used to be affordable but slowly becoming an occasional treat for many people. I want to tip but I sure hope this extra dollar for each latte is going back to employee raises and healthcare“

“I ordered a hot decaf latte and was pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted—decaf coffee can be tricky to get right. I liked it so much that I went back to buy their beans. They had both regular and decaf options, so I picked up one of each. The staff were very friendly and clearly knowledgeable. When I asked them to grind my beans for a moka pot, they took extra care to get the grind size just right. As a nice touch, they even gave me a cute gift card with my purchase. Prices were reasonable, and overall I would highly recommend this place!“

“A cute little space with a fireplace, seasonal decorations, paintings on the walls, free WiFi, a diverse menu, group seating and individual seating, cold drinks in a fridge, customer bathroom, children's art, bulletin board for community flyers, a water dispenser, checkerboard table with checkers (recycled bottle caps), etc. My baristas were extremely friendly and service was quick. Caramel frappe was delicious. They feature local art vendors and I purchased an adorable pair of earrings. If I lived here, I would be in this coffee shop every single week.“

They can be a little slow at times due to how payments are captured at the drive thru and the awkward tipping questions as they hold the credit card machine. I think they need to improve this and make it simpler for customers and employees. Other than that 4 stars all the way!“

“I love having this addition to the neighborhood! It is so easy to place my order on the app and just drive up and pick up my order. While I'm there I often stop and get a couple of groceries as well. Clean, friendly, not overly crowded, and lots of seating in the upper level.

Parking: I have been there several times in the morning and have never had a problem finding plenty of parking.“

He was very professional and courteous as well. His team mate Alex came over several times as we had two separate transactions, paying with a gift card and ordered bakery and drinks. “This Ridgedale location is my 'go-to' when visiting the mall. The guy waiting on me was so nice and friendly, and offered wonderful service. Typically, I have the Ham & Swiss croissant sandwich, which is delicious. But this time I tried the NEW Grilled Cheese on Sourdough, and was disappointed. “The doughnuts are exceptionally good - we had a traditional glazed and a vanilla iced cake doughnut. Very fresh and light and airy. The glazed one was similar to Krispy Kream. I was surprised by how great they were. The matcha latte was solid as well. If you want a sweet treat in the morning, stop by!“

“I don’t drink Caribou, but I stopped in with my kids to pick up a coffee for their mom. She’s the regular, not me. She has very specific order with special requests. Before I said anything, Suzanne already knew the order. Not my drink… Not a guess… The exact order, exactly how she likes it.

“I was at this store when it was about to close in 5 minutes. I asked for a dark roast and instead of denying it the lady said she could do a pour over in like 2 minutes. How many folks do we come across that are 100% committed to the last minute during work. A big shout out for Camila! I’d definitely do my best to retain such an employee ???“

“I don’t really go here often but every now and then I’ll find a gift card from 2018 in my drawer and then I can justify spending $7 for 250mg caffeine. However whenever I do go the team working is always speedy and extremely friendly. Whenever I pull out 4 gift cards with $0.30-$4 on them the cashiers always look at me like I’m crazy. I don’t know how much is on them. They’ve been in a drawer for 7 years every time I use one it’s like seeing if I won the lottery or if it’s just an empty one I forgot to throw away. Anyways…staff here is great. Coffee is expensive but everything is expensive it’s 2025. They also need to start getting whole milk. 5 stars.“
