“Came into this Caribou location for the first time to do a little work before an appointment nearby. Plenty of seating options and lots of outlets, which I appreciate. I find it odd that the barista station is so far in the back, but is likely just a downside of the building set up and needs for the drive thru. I got a hot mocha and a warmed up blueberry muffin. Both were great and met expectations. Coffee trips are getting more and more expensive, but if you are a frequent coffee trip person, this is not surprising to you. Would come here again!“

“Generally excellent in all areas, especially service. The biggest complaint is caused by the awful noise pollution from the ceiling speakers that some might call music. People do not go to McDonalds to listen to the music! Turn it off.“

“I have been visiting this location for about a year now and I would gladly go out of my way (I live in St Paul) to stop here for a drink. Since day 1, the baristas have been AMAZING! Mitch and Faith treat me like an old friend. It's a great addition to my daily caffeine.
I typically order ahead of time in the app and I have never needed to wait for my order to be finished regardless of how busy they are. (I can't say the same for other locations.) In addition, they breeze through lines in a matter of minutes. It's crazy how well this team performs.

“Probably one of the few coffee shops that offered some sort of refillable drip coffee option. I was in a hurry but I plan on returning to take advantage of that. Plenty of seating and comfy atmosphere that would be excellent to bring a book or a laptop for some quiet work time!“

“I love having this addition to the neighborhood! It is so easy to place my order on the app and just drive up and pick up my order. While I'm there I often stop and get a couple of groceries as well. Clean, friendly, not overly crowded, and lots of seating in the upper level.

“It’s 2025 and Over $6 for a small latte. I think I need to buy my own machine.
It used to be affordable but slowly becoming an occasional treat for many people. I want to tip but I sure hope this extra dollar for each latte is going back to employee raises and healthcare“

They can be a little slow at times due to how payments are captured at the drive thru and the awkward tipping questions as they hold the credit card machine. “Just moved to the area and this place was recommmeded to me. Drove by so many times and didn’t realize it was here. Upon walking in you order at the counter and then wait. However I did not really have to wait on this Sunday morning. Staff were fast and friendly. My caramel latte is on-point. And although the croissant is a “Midwest style” croissant (more like a roll), my sausage, egg and cheese croissant was awesome. So good!

One star off because I sat in the back in the inviting comfy looking area by the fireplace and the 2 tables between the chairs both need a good scrubbing. They are both sticky and have crumbs. Me thinks it’s not from being open a few hours today.

But what’s important passes the taste tests! Great food and cozy atmosphere. I will make this a regular stop!“

Caribou Coffee has become my favorite spot, and it's all thanks to the amazing team, especially Connor and Rachel. From the moment you walk through the door, Connor makes you feel genuinely welcomed with a cheerful hello and engaging small talk. He always remembers the regulars' names, making you feel like part of the Caribou family.

Rachel and Connor always get my order spot on, whether it's my large Caramel Cooler with an extra shot of espresso or my favorite shortbread cookie. Their attention to detail and friendly service consistently brighten my day. Connor's great sense of humor and warm demeanor make every visit a delightful experience.

“This Dunn Brothers does not compare to the one in St. Michael. They can not make sugar-free mochas and food is lacking. Many young people are working here. One today was wearing an airpod while taking orders. I also had to put in my own splenda... not an issue at a normal coffee house. But when you pay $6 plus tip for a cold brew, put a Splenda in there when asked. I do like that I have seen so many dogs in and out of there, which makes me smile. Also, I love the jewelry they sell.“

“I don’t really go here often but every now and then I’ll find a gift card from 2018 in my drawer and then I can justify spending $7 for 250mg caffeine. However whenever I do go the team working is always speedy and extremely friendly. Whenever I pull out 4 gift cards with $0.30-$4 on them the cashiers always look at me like I’m crazy. I don’t know how much is on them. They’ve been in a drawer for 7 years every time I use one it’s like seeing if I won the lottery or if it’s just an empty one I forgot to throw away.
