“Came into this Caribou location for the first time to do a little work before an appointment nearby. Plenty of seating options and lots of outlets, which I appreciate. I find it odd that the barista station is so far in the back, but is likely just a downside of the building set up and needs for the drive thru. I got a hot mocha and a warmed up blueberry muffin. Both were great and met expectations. Coffee trips are getting more and more expensive, but if you are a frequent coffee trip person, this is not surprising to you. Would come here again!“

“Generally excellent in all areas, especially service. The biggest complaint is caused by the awful noise pollution from the ceiling speakers that some might call music. People do not go to McDonalds to listen to the music! Turn it off.“

“This is our absolute favorite local coffee shop! We go here on the first day of school and whenever we want a special breakfast treat. The oat milk latte, iced chai latte and caramel rolls are our favs! It’s always busy and closed Mondays, but definitely worth a stop in the morning when the bakery items are still available!“

“I have been visiting this location for about a year now and I would gladly go out of my way (I live in St Paul) to stop here for a drink. Since day 1, the baristas have been AMAZING! Mitch and Faith treat me like an old friend. It's a great addition to my daily caffeine.
I typically order ahead of time in the app and I have never needed to wait for my order to be finished regardless of how busy they are. (I can't say the same for other locations.) In addition, they breeze through lines in a matter of minutes. It's crazy how well this team performs.
Please give them some major recognition because this Caribou should be setting the standard for all others!“

“It’s 2025 and Over $6 for a small latte. I think I need to buy my own machine.
It used to be affordable but slowly becoming an occasional treat for many people. I want to tip but I sure hope this extra dollar for each latte is going back to employee raises and healthcare“

“Great service received today from a small team of two employees. Can was new and we were very patient as he navigated the register and preparing our order. He was very professional and courteous as well. His team mate Alex came over several times as we had two separate transactions, paying with a gift card and ordered bakery and drinks. He did an awesome job for a newbe! I also got to meet the manager on duty Dylan and I told him what great service we received. Our drinks and bakery items were perfect. “I love having this addition to the neighborhood! It is so easy to place my order on the app and just drive up and pick up my order. While I'm there I often stop and get a couple of groceries as well. Clean, friendly, not overly crowded, and lots of seating in the upper level.

Parking: I have been there several times in the morning and have never had a problem finding plenty of parking.“

“On Sunday, 09/07/2025, I had an issue at another Caribou location where my food came out burnt, so I came over to the Clydesdale Marketplace Caribou instead. The staff here completely turned my day around — they were friendly, understanding, and quickly fixed the problem. My order came out fresh and perfect.

“Only thing that would make it five stars is speed! They can be a little slow at times due to how payments are captured at the drive thru and the awkward tipping questions as they hold the credit card machine. I think they need to improve this and make it simpler for customers and employees. Other than that 4 stars all the way!“

“This Dunn Brothers does not compare to the one in St. Michael. They can not make sugar-free mochas and food is lacking. Many young people are working here. One today was wearing an airpod while taking orders. I also had to put in my own splenda... not an issue at a normal coffee house. But when you pay $6 plus tip for a cold brew, put a Splenda in there when asked. I do like that I have seen so many dogs in and out of there, which makes me smile. Also, I love the jewelry they sell.“

“A fun shop with great, polite staff! The artwork adds great ambiance to the store. Bacon, tomato egg open face sandwich was tasty but all cold when brought to the table. The place was busy. It is nice place to relax.“

I realize these folks need the $$ but at $10 for a latte, owners need to pay their people so I’m not forced to!“

“I don’t drink Caribou, but I stopped in with my kids to pick up a coffee for their mom. She’s the regular, not me. She has very specific order with special requests. Before I said anything, Suzanne already knew the order. Not my drink… Not a guess… The exact order, exactly how she likes it.

“I just stopped for my usual mocha - no food. The barista was nice, but since the store was nearly empty that time of day (early evening), I had to sort of call out to get someone from the back room. Once she was at the counter, she did a fine job and my mocha was good and just as I’d ordered (dark chocolate & extra hot).“

“I don’t really go here often but every now and then I’ll find a gift card from 2018 in my drawer and then I can justify spending $7 for 250mg caffeine. However whenever I do go the team working is always speedy and extremely friendly. Whenever I pull out 4 gift cards with $0.30-$4 on them the cashiers always look at me like I’m crazy. I don’t know how much is on them. They’ve been in a drawer for 7 years every time I use one it’s like seeing if I won the lottery or if it’s just an empty one I forgot to throw away. Anyways…staff here is great. Coffee is expensive but everything is expensive it’s 2025. They also need to start getting whole milk. 5 stars.“

“This Ridgedale location is my 'go-to' when visiting the mall. The guy waiting on me was so nice and friendly, and offered wonderful service. Typically, I have the Ham & Swiss croissant sandwich, which is delicious. But this time I tried the NEW Grilled Cheese on Sourdough, and was disappointed.
