“Great Irish/American comfort food on the menu. Irish Rolls were great, Shepherd Pie, and Meatloaf all done so well. Met Chef James at Twins game and made a special short 20 minute trip out from our downtown hotel. Food was worth the trip, staff was absolutely great and friendly. We brought our pup with us, plenty of outdoor sidewalk and patio seating, and a water dish provided. Will be back again.“

“I walked over to The King’s House for lunch while getting my motorcycle tuned up at Davis Motorsports just down the street. I got one of their specials, the taco salad with chicken. It was among the best taco salads I’ve had. I especially enjoyed the burst of flavor from the fresh cherry tomatoes generously embedded in the salad. The shell is clearly home made, as is the unique sauce. The seasoning and herbs on the chicken were also perfect. Everything was very fresh. The presentation was excellent. Their ice tea is clearly brewed fresh too. I went ahead and had a mojito for desert and found it well crafted and refreshing on a July afternoon.

My server was professional and personable.

The place wasn’t very busy at lunch time. But I got the impression their busy time is evenings. Tables are nicely spaced. They have outdoor dining. Ample free parking in their dedicated lot. I enjoyed their playlist as I ate - a diverse mix of mostly alternative soft rock. I was pleased that they didn’t have any distracting TVs in the restaurant.

Everything is accessible to wheelchairs.

Kid-friendliness: Wooden tables and chairs, concrete floor - nothing fancy about the space - but everything is clean and comfortable. It would be an welcoming place to bring the whole family.

“I moved in earlier than I planned because there wa no reason not too. I am very happy at The Waters and so glad I made the move. The "cottages" are wonderful even though there is downsizing to get done. The staff is very helpful and cheerful. The food is great - besides the 'every day menu," there are specials for lunch and dinner. The menu is quite varied with chicken, beef/veal, pork, turkey and vegetarian.“

“I stopped in for lunch today. Molly was my server. She was super friendly and always seemed to be wearing a smile. I ordered the Turkey BLT WITH Fries and a Mr Pibb. The fries came out hot and fresh. The bread freshly toasted. The Turkey on my BLT was tender and juicy and the bacon added the perfect hint of smoke... like a BLT should. I was very pleased I stopped in. I hear they have some great game-day specials as well. Stop by and check them out.“

“We had a brunch for 16 people at 11am. While they weren't able to hold seating/make reservations; they were able to make it a very short waiting time. Page and the serving crew were amazing! We had no waiting time on ordering and our server was professional and speedy. They kept the drinks coming and we had someone in our party with a lot of special food needs and they were wonderful! First place we've been to where my husband could eat an entire meal to his fill. The food was delicious! No one in the entire party had a single complaint! Wonderful blueberry rice sausages, eggs, pancakes, taco salad, hot tea, coffee, French toast, hashbrowns, English muffins, toast, and more! The decor is adorable! We're so lucky to have found this little cafe as we're from all around the US here for a wedding. It seems to be a local favorite as it was packed! Younger generations and older and everywhere in between! THE go to place if you live in the area or if you're just visiting! You won't be disappointed! “My husband and I went here for a date night this past weekend. We made a reservation and were glad we did because it was packed! We were seated promptly and enjoyed the calm, relaxing atmosphere. At the recommendation of our fabulous server Hong, I ordered a side salad (so good!) and we both ordered the salmon/orzo bowl. It was cooked to perfection and so tasty, we both felt full but also light. Our drinks were filled promptly and we so enjoyed our evening together. Hong was so great from start to finish, thank you! Only one thing I’ll note to staff is it was a little warm by the heater! Otherwise great job, we’ll be back!“

“We are regular diners at Primo. We always enjoy ourselves. Good service great food. Last night we had out of town guests celebrating a birthday. The food was terrific. The service was horrible! I asked for Parmesan cheese almost from the moment I sat down, it never came with the bread it never came with appetizers. It never came with salad finally after a few bites of entrée she came by with about a half ounce piece for the table. My wife asked for water refills, maybe 45 times. It was about as un attentive of Service as we've had anywhere in a long long time. My wife asked for a glass of ice we were there for almost 2 hours. She never got the glass of ice if that's an indicator of how poured the service was.“

“I can’t say enough positive things about the catering at the Maple Grove location. I had ordered sloppy joes for my Labor Day weekend camping trip. When I went to cook the meat, I discovered that they had given me taco meat instead. Which was, of course, disappointing. I called them the next day to let them know, and they couldn’t have been more apologetic and accommodating. No excuses were made. They just asked how they can make it right. I told the catering manager that all I really wanted were the sloppy joes and he insisted that he provide a side of my choice;anything I wanted. They made it all available for me the very next day and added mac and cheese to my order. When I arrived, the manager greeted me and asked me if there was anything else I might need. Customer service!! That is so rare these days and goes a long way!! I will continue to go to Hy-Vee because of the way I was treated! And all of the food was delicious!! Highly recommend!“

“It was our first time here. After being seated in the bar, we were brought housemade chips and seasoned sour cream. Delicious. We thought it was just a nice touch they provided until we closed out and were charged for them. At that point we didn't want to make a big deal about it so we just left. Not a great practice if by design and if the bartending made a mistake she should have caught at some point. Also, left a note in advance in the app with my Open Table reservation that we're coming in on and for our anniversary. Not one mention of it the entire evening. We didn't expect anything but why ask if it's a special occasion in the app if the establishment isn't going to do anything with the information? Bartender made very good craft cocktails. Great HH.“
