“Great Irish/American comfort food on the menu. Irish Rolls were great, Shepherd Pie, and Meatloaf all done so well. Met Chef James at Twins game and made a special short 20 minute trip out from our downtown hotel. Food was worth the trip, staff was absolutely great and friendly. We brought our pup with us, plenty of outdoor sidewalk and patio seating, and a water dish provided. Will be back again.“

A really cute place, clean, nice outdoor seating area and super friendly staff. We both had the Walleye dinner. Wow, it was the Best Walleye I’ve ever had !! Compares to ; Grandma’s in Duluth. Finally a place near us that’s Fabulous!! Everything people ordered around us also looked super tasty !! My friend agreed & said Whenever I come home, we’re going here!! “Honestly our experience couldn't have been better. We arrived early and were offered complimentary Prosecco while we waited. A small thing, but a nice touch. Old fashioned was a 10. Food was inventive, aesthetic and cooked to perfection. Server was attentive and informed. Really nice job to all involved!“

The "cottages" are wonderful even though there is downsizing to get done. The staff is very helpful and cheerful. “I stopped in for lunch today. Molly was my server. She was super friendly and always seemed to be wearing a smile. I ordered the Turkey BLT WITH Fries and a Mr Pibb. The fries came out hot and fresh. The bread freshly toasted. The Turkey on my BLT was tender and juicy and the bacon added the perfect hint of smoke... like a BLT should. I was very pleased I stopped in. I hear they have some great game-day specials as well. Stop by and check them out.“

We had a tasty dinner (a local beer and cheese curds for an appetizer & a firecracker shrimp wrap as an entree) and excellent service from our waitress Morgan who was friendly and attentive. “We hosted our daughter’s ceremony in Medina Entertainment center, and the service and coordination were exceptional. Everything was perfectly planned and executed just as we had requested. The ceremony went smoothly, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed it. The event coordinator Christy, bar server, and food server all did an outstanding job. “What a wonderful brunch for the price point! We would have loved a bit more hospitality when it came to our service, very cut and dry, but we did get everything we needed. Food was wonderful but the staff was having a bit of difficulty keeping the buffet chafers full with all of the options on the buffet. We made 4+ trips up just so we could taste the variety of options without missing anything we had our eye on. The oysters and prime rib were an amazing addition to the buffet for the $32 price. All in all we had a fun Sunday at Fletchies!“

“A quick go to place for a fast and affordable dinner meal. I visited this location several times and I always find it to be clean, consistent, and fast. The dining area is definitely an upgrade when compared with McDonald's, Burger King, or even Wendy's. I've never had a service issue here where there was a problem with my order.“

“We had a brunch for 16 people at 11am. While they weren't able to hold seating/make reservations; they were able to make it a very short waiting time. Page and the serving crew were amazing! We had no waiting time on ordering and our server was professional and speedy. They kept the drinks coming and we had someone in our party with a lot of special food needs and they were wonderful! First place we've been to where my husband could eat an entire meal to his fill. The food was delicious! No one in the entire party had a single complaint! Wonderful blueberry rice sausages, eggs, pancakes, taco salad, hot tea, coffee, French toast, hashbrowns, English muffins, toast, and more! The decor is adorable! We're so lucky to have found this little cafe as we're from all around the US here for a wedding. It seems to be a local favorite as it was packed! “We are regular diners at Primo. We always enjoy ourselves. Good service great food. Last night we had out of town guests celebrating a birthday. The food was terrific. The service was horrible! I asked for Parmesan cheese almost from the moment I sat down, it never came with the bread it never came with appetizers. It never came with salad finally after a few bites of entrée she came by with about a half ounce piece for the table. My wife asked for water refills, maybe 45 times. It was about as un attentive of Service as we've had anywhere in a long long time. My wife asked for a glass of ice we were there for almost 2 hours. She never got the glass of ice if that's an indicator of how poured the service was.“

The food was sooo good. I had the Parmesan Chicken Melt sandwich 🥪 with coleslaw.. our server was friendly and efficient.. the interior is black and the lighting was decent.. the noise was a little too loud for me.. my overall experience was positive so I will go dine there again..

“I can’t say enough positive things about the catering at the Maple Grove location. I had ordered sloppy joes for my Labor Day weekend camping trip. When I went to cook the meat, I discovered that they had given me taco meat instead. Which was, of course, disappointing. I called them the next day to let them know, and they couldn’t have been more apologetic and accommodating. No excuses were made. They just asked how they can make it right. I told the catering manager that all I really wanted were the sloppy joes and he insisted that he provide a side of my choice;anything I wanted. They made it all available for me the very next day and added mac and cheese to my order. When I arrived, the manager greeted me and asked me if there was anything else I might need. Customer service!! That is so rare these days and goes a long way!! I will continue to go to Hy-Vee because of the way I was treated! And all of the food was delicious!! Highly recommend!“

My wife had the Jumbo tiger shrimp with garlic spinach & asparagus with Parmesan cream risotto and it was out of this world good. It was our first time eating here and I don't know why.
