They got my order wrong. I asked to upgrade to mac&cheese from french fries for the #1 meal. I got to the window, recieved the food, went through the bag and realized they gave me fries and no mac.
I kindly told the girl at the window ( Who never repeated my order back to me, just asked for my name) and she proceeded to roll her eyes at me. She ( being annoyed) asked for my food back ( which CFA is never supposed to do) She called some younger guy in the blue striped polo over, he said to take the fries out of my bag and throw them away. ( I guess they thought I was trying to pull one over on them? not sure. Usually they just keep them in the bag)
Instead of grabbing a napkin or a glove, she sticks her hand in my bag of food and pulls out the fries, and sticks the bag of food back out of the window to give to me. I'm sorry, im really not picky usually, but money is disgusting. On top of that, you're touching the window and everything else.
There was 3 cars behind me in line.....
This is the only store I CONSISTANTLY have to ask for my sauces because they never get it right.
I was a store manager for 2 1/2 years at a CFA in Maryland. I get it, I know how it can be. But I also know that- that job... is not THAT hard.
And to get annoyed at me because your order taker didnt input the meal correctly? I'm sorry, but thats completely innapropriate and I had to write a review on here.

Mangement needs to really improve the night shift workers there because I'm starting to get really tired of constantly feeling like I'm being a problem whenever I remind them they forgot something that I asked for.

I do not mean to go on a rant but CFA is better than this. WAY better. And I will try to make sure that the management at that CFA see's me. I am more than willing to speak to management there.“

“One of my family’s favorite restaurants! And special shoutout for accommodating my husband’s to-go request last night for a “deconstructed” MN Poutine for me (his very pregnant wife). I happily reconstructed it for lunch today and was in preggo-lady heaven because my cravings were satisfied. 10/10 always!“

“I've been meaning to try for the last year and finally stopped by and had lunch. Ordered the Samosa and the Pumpkin curry and vietnamese coffee. All were really delicious. I will definitely be back.

Vegetarian options: There were several dishes that could be made vegetarian as you can choose your protein.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. It is wheelchair friendly, but I wasn't able to check the bathroom situation.“

“My daughter and son in law visited Sunday, May 25th, 2025. Everything, with the exception of salad and Tour of Italy was awful. I had Create Pasta with Mushroom Sauce. Terrible watery, no flavor. Daughter had Zupa Toscan which was tasteless and watery. Her entree was Chicken Margarita flavorless with many green peppers on top. Such a disappointment for a reputed good eatery.“

“It's Wonderful! You go through the line and order what you want. If you know what you want there's plenty of room to skip ahead. I had two slices (I didn't need 2) my friend had some pasta salad. Delicious. The sandwiches looked amazing. The pasta looked to die for. There's also a desert case that I didn't get a good look at but if it's like everything else it's amazing as well. I'll definitely going back.“

“I have probably ate here 50 times over the past ten years and it’s the best pizza and salads period. It always tastes fresh and consistent. The reason I keep coming back is because the price has stayed (around) the same for the past 7+ years!
There is literally no where else you can get a whole fresh pizza and a small salad for around $16. I really appreciate that they keep it semi affordable. These days McDonald’s costs that much!
The food is much better than pizza Luce or toppers, any of the surrounding area competitors, which are just ok to me.

This tastes like you took a mini vacation to Italy EVERY TIME ! Pizza usually comes out within 5-8 minutes as long as it’s not insanely busy.“

“HEADS UP VEGETARIANS!!! If you order a plain cheese pizza with wild rice on it, or a "hog in the bog with no sausage", the wild rice still has sausage mixed in. I have no idea why. It's not indicated as such on the website and several employees *do not know* that the wild rice comes with sausage mixed in and cannot be included separately as vegetarian. This is my one and only complaint and it breaks my heart because everything else is awesome but this lack of communication around seemingly vegetarian-safe ingredients is quite frankly a health risk.“

“A cozy, wood and window bar and grill that is so welcoming, I am charging my power wheel chair in here welcomed to do it by a beautiful and happy waitress. Not a drinker, but bet I get food here in the near future! On corner across from Mears Park who failed my electric access w pad locks! lol. It was the Brisket Grilled Cheese sandwich and it was amazing! A tad on the small side but still just right along with the soup or salad side. “I literally used to live here 3-4 days a week during lunch. I can't say enough for the nonchalance of the staff on my 2nd/3rd weekly visit. No sarcastic "welcome back", just nice friendly staff and quick, consistent service.

Some days, I swear the chef(s) was/ (were) testing me and adding a little more bubble to the crust. If it was intentional? Who's to say. But I noticed. The culinary reprieve with a only slightly (dare I say microscopically) more complex crust gave me the drive I needed to make those rare, yet memorable, 3rd weekly visits.

“It was delicious! I got a grilled cheese with a chocolate shake. My mom the veggie delight and a chocolate shake too. The shakes come with little cookies that fit in the straw, it’s super cute and yummy :) there is also public restrooms and nice seating!!!

“Had noodles many times, but tonight we really noticed the quality of service. A young girl, high school aged, took our order and was extremely helpful and engaged with our kids. Awesome start. Then the nicest guy from the kitchen brought out our food. Very kind, polite, helpful. Rare these days.“

“I actually really like chick fil a for their breakfast chicken biscuit with egg and cheese, it's very tasty and the biscuit itself is delicious, however I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken breakfast biscuits with egg and cheese, so imagine my surprise when I got home and handed my daughter a biscuit and neither biscuit had chicken, which of course I paid for. I did call the store and was told she would put 2 free chicken breakfast biscuits on the app for me, which either never happened or I don't know how to find them. No one has time to sit and open each item to be sure you've received everything you've paid for, but I guess if I want that delicious breakfast chicken biscuit with fluffy egg and cheese, it's what I'll have to do. “Received a wrong order in my bag (had correct receipt though) when I ordered from door dash. I called the store and they were more than willing to correct the problem and were polite about it despite being very busy (I could hear how much was going on in the background when I called!). I was willing to drive there to get my correct order and they took care of it right away. Kudos to the workers! Always amazing food and received great service today.“

“There's a lot of choices with Subs I find Quiznos quality to be amazing they're always fresh delicious and well made a little on the pricey side but better than the other sub joints and the managers always trying to do his best to give you a good customer service“
