Two of my favorite things to pair with beer are Korean food and American fast food. A new acquaintance and I ordered the Kimchi Slaw from Abang Yoli. It started with hints of the classic Southern picnic slaw and then finished with buckets of Korean flavor and enough heat to punch you in the face. In the best way possible.
