we drove 100 miles to the store because my wife was craving popeyes. we order and they gave us only half the order. didn't realize until we were on the freeway. wife's portion was not even in the bag. poor poor service.
Restaurant said they never received the order. I preceded to show him the order and payment on my phone and he refused to give me my order saying it wasn’t place. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I will stop at nothing to sue and ruin Popeyes and that stores reputation!
