“We come here all the time, and Collin absolutely made our visit tonight. Not sure if he's new, if he is you'd never know it — he was so attentive, upbeat, and on top of everything. Every order was spot-on, every need taken care of quickly, and he made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. If he is new, the restaurant should definitely hang on to him — he's already a total gem. Highly recommend asking for Collin!“

“Went here randomly after a karate tournament and we were in the area. We were presently surprised by the variety of food. The quality of everything the service was impeccable, and we were very satisfied with our meals. “It's a fast food restaurant, so atmosphere isn't really what you're there for. The food is always prepared fresh and the service is incredibly pleasant. Stores are usually very clean which makes a big difference when dining in. Great, juicy burgers, always hot, and crispy crinkle fries!“

The food was just as impressive fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Whether you’re out for a date night or just want to unwind with good food and atmosphere, Blue Birch is definitely worth a visit!“

“I have been attending for 20 years. The staff has turned over many times. Food is always perfect. Staff is the variable. I have two worthy of particular honors. They are Cathy and Shannon. Pin gold medals on the both. Don't let them leave until they are much too old. They make Perkins for me“
