“We had yet another fantastic dining experience at The Exchange, and this visit truly exceeded all expectations! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was vibrant and inviting, setting the perfect tone for a memorable evening. Our server, Angela, was an absolute gem, her enthusiasm for the menu and her attentive service made all the difference.

She went above and beyond, sharing her favorites and suggesting delightful pairings that enhanced our meal. Angela’s warm personality and genuine care made us feel like we were the most important guests in the restaurant.

We decided to try the Cuban sandwich, and it was nothing short of spectacular! The combination of flavors was harmonious, with perfectly grilled bread and succulent fillings that danced on our taste buds.

“We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. No matter what plans you have this is the spot to be! A huge thanks to Lake and Irving for all they did for us and a massive thank you to Chris the chef! (although the music was a little bit loud for conversation). I shared the cauliflower tacos and hummus plate and we each had a glass of wine and took the yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy cheesecake home (the cheesecake seemed expensive at the time; but I will purchase it again and again. Every taste was Yum Yum Yum Yum.). a lot of times when I go out to eat I think; I could’ve saved money and just ate at home. However, I truly felt my money was well spent! The food was fresh. Very tasty. The arugula salad was phenomenal, even though it was very simple. I need to come back here way more often. Thank you very much for your dedication to healthy, tasty, vegan food. “Truly amazing wood-fired hand crafted pizza!! Thoughtful & unique side sauces to complement their HANDMADE works of art. We enjoyed two dine in pies that included complementary dipping sauces! Our family favorite was the honey ranch and the hot honey that complemented their Hawaiian style Za perfectly. Let’s not forget the house made garlic aioli sauce *chefs kiss* We cannot wait to try their cheesesteak options when we return in a few weeks! “Accidentally arrived at Brunson's for lunch because the place down the road where we were supposed to go was closed. Best service I've had anywhere in America since before covid. Food was excellent, made from scratch, and doubt anyone could go wrong on the menu. Highly recommend.“

“They have great food with tons of vegan options and a wonderful patio! Today I ordered my favorite dish a roti wrap and it accidentally came with chicken instead of the vegan chickpea version. That’s never happened to me there before. They felt really bad about it and made me a new one and comped my meal and that of my friend. That is above and beyond an excellent customer service. I highly recommend.“

The service was fantastic, our server explained everything to us in detail and with enthusiasm which added to the excitement of the experience. The drinks were not only delicious but also very balanced. I would say that's a theme of the restaurant, great balance. I felt like the flavors for everything we had, from the charred shishito peppers with bonito flakes to the dungenous crab fettuccine, was very evenly balanced and everything complimented the other flavors well. “If you need your party catered, this is the place to go. Staff: Easy to work with, on time, good prices, friendly and very accommodating. Food: Gorgeous/amazing presentation , fresh, hot, professionally packed. I ordered from Red Rabbit in Saint Paul for my work holiday party. Everyone LOVED the food and the portions are generous. I was able to easily and beautifully display it. The timing was perfect and everything went smoother than I had hoped. This is your one stop shop for all of your party food needs. “Organic beer! Yes! We have just discovered this brewery and cannot express how wonderful it is to have an organic, sustainable brewery in the twin cities. The beer is so flavorful and feels good to drink. The pollinator friendly gardens and rain garden are lovely additions to the location and make the experience delightful. The owners and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and bring warmth to the vibe. Paired with the Farina Rossa and their delicious food, this is truly a place worth coming to and sharing with others.“

“Selam was absolutely delicious as my first full on experience with Ethiopian food. I've had similar cuisine in the past, but never the full presentation of meats and vegetables with injera.

We started with the lentil sambusa, which was shatteringly crispy. Incredible texture.

But the real star was the Selam combo. It came with three meat-based wots (stews), a few lentil/corn, and salad and pickled cabbage. Served with injera, a super spongy and fermented soft bread for ripping and dipping, the whole thing was just a sensory and flavorful delight.

I will admit the service was a little inattentive as they were busy with prep work, and the restaurant is decorated like a HomeGoods. But I feel like that's part of the charm.
