“I’ve always enjoyed stopping into Caribou for my favorite coffee and getting a little work done. It’s been a dependable spot for a change of scenery and a productive atmosphere.
Since moving, I was excited to find a Caribou near my new home—but unfortunately, the experience hasn’t been the same. While the staff are incredibly friendly and seem to enjoy their work (which I genuinely appreciate), the environment has been consistently loud and distracting.
There’s a difference between creating a cheerful workspace and overlooking the needs of customers who are studying or working. Each time I’ve visited, the volume of conversations, laughter, and joking among the staff has made it difficult to focus.
I absolutely support a fun and light-hearted workplace, but I also believe in reading the room and being mindful of those around you. After multiple visits with the same experience, I’ve decided this location isn’t the right fit for me.“

“I spoke with a manager on the phone this morning, I think his name was Dave. I always order through the app and I pickup. I go to this location because the staff is always super friendly and fast. Today my husband picked up my coffee order alongside a muffin and cookie for my 4 year old. When he got home, my child spilled the coffee before I could even take a sip, spilling all over the floor and onto my 5 month old. Thankfully is was and iced coffee. My child is on the spectrum and we were actually about to leave for his therapy appointment. I called the store and asked for a new coffee which I didn't expect them to but I figured id ask. The manager on the phone was so quick to say they would replace it for free and he understands these things happen. As a busy working mom, whos quality of their morning depends on the quantity of caffeine she can intake, (lol) thank you. I just wanted to give him and his team credit for taking care of their community. This small act of kindness from this Caribou team, has made our days a little brighter. We can all learn to be kind and understanding like these folks. From a tired mom; thank you! 💗“
“They have been great every time I have stopped by! One of the baristas introduced me to my new FAVORITE drink. I almost always get a Almond milk iced matcha and she suggested I add brownsuger to it and it's been a game changer! Such a lovely lady I wish I caught her name but it's been a few months since the recommendation.

Well, please pat yourself on the back and give your team the recognition they deserve! The food here is always warm and delicious, and my drinks are ~consistently~ perfect, which is a big deal for me. Although I typically visit through the drive-thru and haven’t dined in yet, the customer service has always been excellent. The staff are polite, well-trained, and genuinely considerate. A simple “good morning” or “thank you” with a smile from them always brightens my day. The drive-thru is sooo quick, the food is amazing, and the overall experience keeps me coming back. Dunkin’ Donuts definitely beats Starbucks in my book!“

“What an amazing concept-getting to check out rescue animals AND coffee?! An A+ experience for us. The employees were so friendly and helpful! The coffee and cocoa we sipped were great yummy-Pink Panther espresso and a seasonal hot cocoa. Add in the hour with the fur babies and we were set! Thanks for an amazing time!“
