Obviously folks know about this place but I still want to highlight them because longtime fan. Fun fact, each location has hidden cat figurines in their restaurants. Generally in the ceilings. My stop tonight was at my local St. Paul location. They have a whopping 12 locations in MN all listed in one of the last photos.

“HEADS UP VEGETARIANS!!! If you order a plain cheese pizza with wild rice on it, or a "hog in the bog with no sausage", the wild rice still has sausage mixed in. I have no idea why. It's not indicated as such on the website and several employees *do not know* that the wild rice comes with sausage mixed in and cannot be included separately as vegetarian. This is my one and only complaint and it breaks my heart because everything else is awesome but this lack of communication around seemingly vegetarian-safe ingredients is quite frankly a health risk.“

“We wanted to try a new, non-chain bar. The drinks were great, excellent atmosphere. But here’s what really stood out. We had an unfortunate encounter with another patron saying sketchy stuff to us. The bartender (nice gal with blonde bun) stopped over and asked if everything was OK. It was very reassuring to have a staff member checking in, which doesn’t happen everywhere. “One of the only places we could find that was open on Thanksgiving. We were immediately greeted and drink orders were taken promptly. We had an appetizer of cheese garlic toast which arrived quickly and was delicious. We also had the Thanksgiving dinner which had huge, generous portions and the Roadhog pizza. The two staff members who were working checked in on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. So grateful we found this place!“

“We like Papa Murphy's because it is easy to customize our pizzas, and the pizzas are delicious. The location is easy to get to and we can always park near by.

“I've never had as good a aclzone anywhere as Sarpino's makes, at least the ones at the Oakdale, MN location. They are such a great blend of flavors and seasonings; the ingredients are always fresh and the crust is buttery and crispy, not overwhelmingly bready. The crust compliments rather than buries the abundant fillings. And they're ginormous - I get minimum of two meals out of one. And they're delivered hot and almost always within or sooner than the estimated delivery time (which is free- no need for Door Dash). Can't say enough good things about this Sarpinos! I never thought I liked calzones til I tried one of theirs.“

Next time I'm going to ask for a cup of sauce on the side! Carbone's is a quality local pizzeria option that won't break the bank.“

“The ice cream is delicious but also wanted to shout-out the fantastic customer service. I'm sorry I didn't catch the names of the two young men working tonight, but they were great. The main person we interacted with had a baseball cap and a red shirt. My son wanted a GOCO taco which wasn't available tonight, but he made a recommendation to help him get something close to what he wanted. He was also very patient with my younger son who made a mess of the used spoon cup. I would have been irritated, but he handled it with a lot of patience and grace!
