“Absolutely delicious from appetizer to dessert! Highly recommend their blueberry bread pudding! Our server Shannon was so friendly and attentive! Yes there is a time limit that they mention at the time of reservation and at the restaurant but it’s 90 minutes so definitely doable. We will be back!“

“Everything was good great atmosphere. Steak and sides were also great. My one complaint is on menu and online offer japanese a5 wagyu which they do not have. I settled for the filet, they need to remove that since they do not have what is advertised. That is what I wanted to order until we were in restaurant and found out that they don't have a true japanese a5 steak to offer.“

“Service was good even though mixup with food and it was never ordered. Big delay and provided one free dessert for a check of $150. Not the way to handle a problem even though they apologized. Disappointed. Food okay , just above average. Will think twice again before returning.“

“My wife and I have been here many times this year and the food is always very good, fresh and delicious. I ordered the Chicken with Rice Noodles and asked for a side of Cilantro, Lime and Lettuce. The noodles and the thin sliced chicken were perfectly cooked and savory.

My wife had the Triple Delight, the whole platter was delicious, the beef was very tender while the broccoli, snow peas and other fresh vegetables were perfectly colorful and crisp.

I also loved the Vietnamese coffee:)

“We were surprised to be seated right away for our group of four. We enjoyed various steamed dim sum dishes, with the steamed tofu rolls as our favorite this trip. The one fried dish - sesame balls - were exceptional. We loved the red bean inside, with the just right soft dough. We appreciate the friendly, responsive service. Unfortunately, the bill was much higher than our previous visits. $130 for two adults and two young kids. Difficult to keep track without prices on the menu at the table.“

“We had an incredible experience at Bloomington Chophouse! Our waiter, Jay O, was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, friendly, and took the time to walk us through the menu and explain each item he brought to us. My husband and I had such a wonderful dinner — it was one of the best, if not the best, filets we’ve ever had. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Highly recommend! “A bit tricky to find if you don’t know the area well, so just be aware:) It is a hidden gem 💎! We’ve never had to wait long to be seated. the staff is always quick, attentive, and friendly! Everyone in my party loved the meal they ordered. The lunch menu has a lot of great choices!Their chips and salsa is awesome. Drinks are always full! my brother and his wife love the tres leche cake 🍰 , so we ordered 2 pieces between 4 of us, and it was finished:) The decor is my favorite of all! the paintings on the tables and chairs are so beautiful and colorful! The other location in bloomington had the same beautiful decor until they closed. If you want good american mexican, El Loro is a great choice! They have a really lovely bar area as well! 🥰😍“
