I wasn't sure what to expect from this restaurant within the Hilton, but was I ever surprised!\nI ordered the Seared New York Strip with fingerling potatoes, asparagus and broccoli, and it was PERFECT! The steak was cooked to order, with seasons that kept me (a definite salt person) from ruining it by putting salt on it! It didn't need it. \nThe wait staff were great, and so nice, even after I spilled my water all over the table and floor. I wish I could have sampled some of their wine to go with the steak, but unfortunately, that wasn't possible. Honestly, the food didn't need it. Would highly recommend them to anyone in the area!“

“Everything was good great atmosphere. Steak and sides were also great. My one complaint is on menu and online offer japanese a5 wagyu which they do not have. I settled for the filet, they need to remove that since they do not have what is advertised. That is what I wanted to order until we were in restaurant and found out that they don't have a true japanese a5 steak to offer.“

The jerk chicken was really good with a perfect balance of heat and flavor. “We had an incredible experience at Bloomington Chophouse! Our waiter, Jay O, was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, friendly, and took the time to walk us through the menu and explain each item he brought to us. Apparently they dont do buffet anymore which is a bummer. We did dinner there tonight at 6pm. Too over an hour to get our main course and about 30 minutes to get our appetizer bread. Food was fantastic, quality and quantity was fantastic.
We just moved to the area so this place will likely be a go to for us when we arent in a rush.“
