For starters, it was absolutely gorgeous and reflected the inspo conversation and pics Allison and I had exchanged over email. And the flavors blew everyone away—I’m just sorry I wasn’t there to enjoy it myself! “This place was amazing. It was my dads 65th birthday and I wanted to customize his cake. I sent in pictures of their dogs and his interests. Something Sweet did the rest! Not only did it look amazing, but tasted amazing too!
I will for sure be coming back to custom more cakes or cupcakes.“

“What a delightful find this was. It's been years since I visited Anoka and yesterday was my day. First shopping and then lunch at Truffles and Tortes. Great ambiance: the Hot Country Ham Sandwich was delicious and just the right size portion; and the Mocha Rumba, the perfect dessert to end with.“
“Jensen’s is exactly what a neighborhood market should be. Their breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks are the perfect way to start the day. Chicken pasta salad or crab dip make for a delicious lunch! You can also count on them for fresh vegetables, homemade soups, and a great selection of quality groceries. It’s much more convenient than the big-box stores and the staff is always incredibly friendly. Truly a gem for the Champlin community—support local!“

“I've been here many times and really enjoy the coffee, treats and overall vibe. I noticed many reviews note how clean it is in the various seating areas. I didn't experience that in my most recent visit. There are cobwebs in the plants, the floor needs to be swept and the couches had crumbs all over them. I think more attention needs to be paid to general tidying in the cafe seating. People sit there and may clean up but the customers don't work there. Crumbs happen, people leave straw wrappers and coffee leaves rings on side tables. I was sitting there for over an hour and a half, in that time I didn't see a single staff member come out to wipe anything or pickup the tray that was sitting on the trash bin the whole time. I gotta be honest, it gave me the ick. Is there a new automated air freshener being used? There was also an intermittent and overpowering waft of floral scent every once in a while. Didn't go with the coffee house vibe at all. I hope my next visit is better.“

“not a family experience it used to be a must stop to have taken my kids here when it was hans' now the owners have disgraced a family tradition I will no longer go here as there are much better options to drive further out of my way to get to. the fact you use hans' is a slap in the face.“

“Beautiful cake!!!! ? Perfect to the core!!! This cake was made and tasted exactly how I wanted it. It was not too sweet, icing and texture was perfect. My guests enjoyed it and I did too. I will totally recommend crystal cakes to everyone I know that has an occasion. Thank You!“
