“This location is one with integrity. My daughter and I came in to have a pizza for dinner. The server was great - she was friendly, took our order, and made sure we had our drinks. However, we ran into a small snag. Turns out, she'd mistakenly given our pizza to a different table. Whoops. Things happen, not really a big deal. What impressed me was that the manager and store took full ownership of the situation. He came over apologized and told us that he was buying our pizza and appetizer for us.He didn't need to, it's an honest mistake it happens and we were willing to wait. I asked if I could pay for the pizza anyway. He was very insistent that I not worry about it, so I didn't.The pizza was delicious, as it always is with Giordano's.“
“We thoroughly enjoyed our cozy dinner at Broders. We did have an hour wait since they don’t take reservations and we arrived around 5 pm. As we waited, we enjoyed some wine and Italian beer. Even with the long wait, we all agreed it was worth it. As a part of the Minneapolis Restaurant Week, we all tried a salad, entree, and dessert. Our favorites were the house salad, tagliarini del lupo, flourless chocolate cake, and tiramisu. Server made great suggestions. Highly recommend checking out this restaurant. Just plan ahead for the wait.“
“Excellent service by the staff at Italian Eatery. They were extremely accommodating and made our dinner a remembrance, enjoyable experience. Highly recommend everything in the menu. Nice that they have the overflow space at un dito. We will be back!“
“Thanks to Scott and crew for helping make a delicious meal for the South Dakota State University Swim & Dive Team this week for our conference championships at the U of MN. From the first phone call to Scott about the possibility and availability of feeding 58 people on our team to the final delivery to our hotel by a polite young man it was top notch! We selected three types of pasta that the athletes & coaches could choose from: Garlic Chicken Alfredo, Spaghetti with Meatballs, and Manicotti. Everyone loved it and the portions were huge! We also ordered dinner salads and breadsticks. We had a handful of athletes with Gluten /Nut allergies and Scott made sure to handle those dietary restrictions with expert care. Scott & crew were kind to individually pack the pasta and salads so it was quick & easy to hand out in the entry way of the hotel to each person. Scott also followed up via email a couple days later to ensure everything was to our liking. I highly recommend Fat Lorenzo’s - they take pride in what they do and were awesome to work with. Thanks Scott!Go Jacks! ?“
“Wow!!!! What a wonderful experience. Quaint restaurant with amazing food Must go. We had the shrimp tetrazzini and the chicken parmigiana. Both the Alfredo and Red sauces were amazing. House bread and seasoned oil are a wonderful treat. Wines were reasonably priced. Great value. Thanks for a wonderful evening. We will definitely be back“
“My favorite place to eat for the longest time! I've never had a bad experience here. The wait staff is friendly. The food is amazing. The dining room is comfortable and isn't loud. The best ribeye you will ever have is here! #salmonsophia #ribeyeParking: Plenty!Wheelchair accessibility: It is on the ground level. no ramps are needed. Wide double doors.“
“Great fast casual pizza restaurant! The Neapolitan style pizza is great; it is light, chewy, and has the perfect amount of char.It is a counter order service, and they bring your food to you. However, you are responsible for grabbing plates/utensils and cleaning up dishes. Therefore, there is not a direct tip to pay for services.Try the Mozzarella di Búfala!“
“First time here. Good selection of tap beers and a full bar. We ordered the artichoke spinach dip. The dip had a great zing to it. We then ordered the baked potato pizza. Wow. Who would have thought this would work. Be sure to get to ask for extra sour cream. I can’t wait to come back especially this summer.“
“First timer. Pizza is one of my favorites. It was a little expensive but nowadays everything is, food prices have went up drastically so you can never blame the restaurant. The pizza was delicious, fresh ingredients & the salted caramel cheesecake? Don't pass it up! The driver was also super friendly, he called upon arrival as I was staying in a hotel. I was willing to meet him at the front desk but he was adamant to bring it to me. And he did with a smile, super friendly! Any time I'm in the area, I'll definitely order again.“
“Nice place for kids and groups. Have to have a taste for loud music (80 decibel) with electronic drum beat like Muzak version of Dreams by Fleetwood Mac. The food tastes like it was assembled from the freezer section. Service is ok but a stretch for the staff.“
“A rarity nowadays post-Covid. We appreciate the attentive staff, appreciate the quality food, appreciate the relaxed, cozy ambiance. No pretension to distract froma good dining experience. We cherish their old school ways. We are happy they are in our neighborhood.“
“Outstanding in so many ways. The atmosphere transports u to another place. Seating options are all great including at the fancy bar, in the bar at a high top, fancy dining room and my fav: patio on a warm day. Food amazing, drinks amazing, staff amazing. Easy parking. Italian food store attached. Great for special occasions, happy hour, any time really.“
“If you were to pick a model for "pay on performance" here it is, Ciao Bella. This place is truly an exquisite dining experience. The food is consistently above average in taste and visual appeal. The staff are highly knowledable, entertaining and efficient. Kudos to Cassandra for the discovery a new favorite dessert. We'll be back especially for the new buttery pumpkin spice cake.“
“more of a classy ambiance - great for business meetings, team dinners, dinner with parents (which is what we did!) it's a solid spot, just misses with the "IT" factor. servers are very kind and had great recs we enjoyed. fav dishes: crab cakes, linguine, Rossa pasta & tres leches gelato skip on: risotto, tiramisu (very rummy, unless ur into that) , caramel custard (too sweet)“
“My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate our 4 year anniversary and we both loved it! I made a reservation for 6:30pm on a Friday and it was very busy, they seated us immediately when we arrived. Our server was Marco and he did an excellent job. He recommended a great wine to me and a mocktail for my boyfriend who is sober. We got the bruschetta for an appetizer, I had the chicken Marsala and my boyfriend had the walleye and asparagus. We loved everything that we had and will definitely be back.“
“Andiamo easily made its way into my top 3 favorite Italian restaurants. Choosing one dish was challenging with so many others sounding so wonderful. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms, chicken cardinale, manicotti, meatballs, cannolis, and spumoni. Everything was delicious! The portion sizes were large and made for excellent leftovers. My only complaint was that the takeaway containers, while eco friendly, absorbed much of the moisture of our food and leaked through the bottoms of the containers. I would have also loved to see cacio e pepe on the menu.Dietary restrictions: The menu clearly indicates which dishes are available as gluten free options, but there is an upcharge.Parking: The restaurant had a dedicated parking lot free or charge.Kid-friendliness: There were several kid friendly options.“
“Me and my significant other arrived and we were seated in a timely manner (the bar) and had the pleasure to enjoy some extraordinary drinks and food. We had tried some of everything on the cocktail menu and were absolutely impressed with the quality and the taste of all of it. Highly recommend stopping by for some drinks. We also enjoyed the cauliflower and the chopped cheese, both of which were delicious and warranted their own visit should the craving arise. Overall an excellent experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff who cared and were attentive.“
“Ordered the Mushroom and Taleggio Agnolotti. The first bite was so good I wanted to cry in the middle of the restaraunt. All the other bites were amazing as well! Service was fantastic, atmosphere was great. Inhad a wonderful time all around and can't wait to go back to Bar La Grassa!“
“My delivery driver was"MC".. and I've had super sweet delivery drivers in the past, but.. MC was an absolute GEM ? I loved her! And someone, please let her know that my name is "alexa jo", since I was so busy loving her, and totally forgot to give her my name!!!! ????MC!!?“
“It is nice to have an Italian deli right down the road. Their food is delicious. They have pizzas (frozen and fresh made to go), meats, cheeses, hot food like pasta and sausage 'n' peppers, desserts, and a small grocery section. The staff are always friendly and are speedy with your orders. I highly recommend going here.“
“It was a wonderful experience. Ambiance 10 out of 10, service 10 out of 10, same for food. We ordered scallops and calamari as appetizers, lobster pasta and 8os steak with potato churros, flan for dessert and espresso. All was very very good. If I had to find a flaw, would be a very minor suggestion: we had a reservation for 5pm, we showed up at 4:52 and had to stand with a bunch of people outside in a cold and wait for the doors to be open. Recommend the staff opens the doors 10 minutes prior to the first seating so the guests don’t create a line for the first dinner seating and wait outside in the elements. Otherwise, outstanding!“
“pasta & Itialian food heaven in a friendly busy atmosphere affordable wine list with some favorites - a wonderful find I hope to eat there often - farm to table items as the wonderful and on site couple own a farm west of town - pure joy to meet “
“Our waiter was super nice. The food was so good!!!!! I especially love the spaghetti and the salt cod fritters. Their honeycomb cake is also delicious. Would recommendVegetarian options: There are 3 or 4 vegetarian options but the menu is not very big and they are deliciousDietary restrictions: I am vegan and they can take of cheese or meat on a lot of things to make it vegetarian or vegan.Parking: No parking it is on a busy streetKid-friendliness: They are kid friendly but I think older more mature kids are a better fit for this restaurant“
“Cool place with a nice vibe. There's not many tables inside, although there's a long bar with seating and also an outside patio in warmer weather. Great street sandwiches, in particular the Prosciutto, absolutely fantastic. A little pricey for sandwiches, but very high quality and worth it as a treat.“
“Andrea Pizza has been a fixture in the Skyway for many years. At lunchtime, they crank out pizza by the slice for the hungry office workers in downtown Minneapolis - and it's really, really good. No frills - pick your slices, they put them in the oven to warm, put them on a paper plate and hand you a cup. Quick and easy. A handful of tables to sit at, or take it back to the office. My fave - the veggie artichoke and tomato slice.“
“Tosca is absolutely one of the best Italian restaurants in the cities. All their dishes are incredible and they regularly add new dishes to the menu. Do not sleep on the beans they are true to Italy. Their tiramisu is the best dessert in the cities in my opinion. Come to Tosca, eat family style to try as many dishes as possible, and get the tiramisu - I promise you'll have an outstanding meal!“
“Had a great dinner on a Saturday night. The roasted beet salad was a perfect preparation - beet , citrus, ricotta - one of the best beet salads I have ever had. The parsnip ravioli was also a winner. My dining companion raved about his radiatori nero - had a nice spice!“
“Excellent date night experience.Small, intimate and quaint. Delicious, unique, with fantastic service.Ordered the bruschetta as the appetizer; pappardelle and cannelloni dishes, as well as a cannoli for dessert.Including the wine and complementary Italian bread & oil, every single thing that went down our gullets was dynamite. The cannoli was one of the best we've ever had.The only downside, purely of my personal preference, is their menu is on the smaller side and consists of rather unique meal options - as compared to maybe a more Americanized Italian establishment. I'd come back to try only a couple different items on the menu. That said, we will definitely be back and it will be a place we bring friends and family from out of town. Worth every penny spent.Parking: If arriving for an early dinner, there should be plenty of street parking available. During peak rush, you might have to park a block or two away.“
“This place has some of my favorite pizza, even if the ownership changed! Make sure to try it out especially if you like variety. They used to ship the water in from Jersey which made it delicious, can't tell if they still are but still tastes great.“
“Good but not great. The high ratings are probably more novelty than taste.I ordered carryout and the app was reasonably easy, reasonable steps and it gave me a precise order time 6:10 but suggested I get there at an earlier time 5:50. When I arrived at 6:00 I was asked to wait until 6:10.“
“Best pizza in Minnesota. We always have a great time here. My wife and I normally split a medium pizza which is $20-25 and we only get through half, so we end up with 2 meals out of it. Our 5 year old loves it there too as they have a great kid’s menu.Plus, they have really fun pizzas too!“
“Food is good we ordered an Italian sandwich and a margarita pizza. Both of them were delicious. Service is great and welcoming. I love atmosphere. If you want to have a great date night this place is a good one.Parking: It has a parking but we couldn’t find a free lot so we had to park in paid street parking“
“I've seen dagwoods recommended on quite a few pages so I made my way in when i had a weekday downtown. It is good, but not outstanding. Friendly counter staff. Quick enough. I just expect a lot out of an Italian sandwich and I've had better. But it's worth a stop“
“Vegetarian options: They don’t have a special menu per se, however you do have the option to customize your own pizza slice/whole with your choice of veggies.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space for a family of 6 or more to eat in the food courtWheelchair accessibility: They have an elevator that can take you to all the floors the mall has available“
“We were walking around NE on a Friday evening in search of food and stopped in to Northeast Social. The restaurant is beautiful! It was about half full at 9pm and we were seated right away. We had the duck and the chocolate torte and both were amazing! Loved the atmosphere and our server was awesome. Glad we stopped in.“
“Truck was at Broken Clock Brewing Cooperative and I had the Cubano on Pita with fries It was absolutely delicious!Classic spicy cubano ingredients on grilled pita. Mwah! Hot, fresh fries, which i ate with the drippings from my sandwich.Fast service, great food! If you see this truck try the food!“
“First time in and this place is very nice. I tried the chicken parm (which I would recommend) the lasagna (which was okay, very cheesy), the crostini (very crunchy), and the chicken salad (which is good). Overall the quality of the food is good but not quite worth the price (similar to a Kowalski’s) in my opinion. Would recommend checking out though.“
“We have been here several times. Most recently, last weekend for lunch. It was not busy, at all, when we arrived. This is a counter service restaurant so, we placed our order with the associate, then grabbed a seat to wait for our food. We ordered two slices [Margarita and cheese] and an order of garlic knots. Our food was out in about five minutes. The slices are huge and the sauce is good. The crust is chewy and easy to actually want to eat. Everyday, they offer many varieties of individual slices, making it easy to find one you like. Besides the slices, they offer a full menu: Italian pasta dishes, sandwiches, garlic bread, salads and a children's menu. The best part: free soda refills! It's always tidy and inviting inside. The restaurant is pretty large and even offers additional patio seating that puts you out in the mall. Speaking of the restaurant, if you yearn for the best of 1980s pop culture nostalgia...this is the place for you! The walls are adorned with toys/gadgets/magazine articles/album covers/historical events and much more. It's fun to reminisce about it all. We have always enjoyed our food from here and the service has always been very friendly and speedy. This is the original Deleo Bros. location but, they did semi-recently open a sister restaurant at the Mall of America. We will definitely return and continue to recommend this location.Vegetarian options: Each day they offer plain cheese pizza slices. Besides that, I typically see at least two other vegetarian slice options. I LOVE the Margarita. It is SO flavorful and the texture is divine. Other vegetarian options are: pasta dishes/salads/sandwiches. It is not hard to find/customize most of the menu items here for a vegetarian diet.Parking: As with most mall restaurants, you'll still need to walk a bit after parking. Such is the case here also. Southdale offers lots of surface lots and a few parking garages all around the mall making parking easy to find. My recommendation would be to park near the AMC movie theater to have the shortest walk to this restaurant.Kid-friendliness: It's a pizza joint that sells giant slices and has the most eye-catching decor. Could it BE any more kid-friendly?!Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is a good size with wide areas to move about. It appears to be mobility-friendly.“
“This is a rather small local restaurant. Attire would be business casual to upscale casual. Reservations are suggested. They have very creative menus and tasting options. Service and food quality is always excellent.Parking: There is an adjacent free parking lot but it's quite small. You'll typically be parking on the street and within one block.“
“We just moved here and Marino's is so far one of our favorite things about our neighborhood. We have been twice and everything we have tried has been fantastic. They are also very helpful and pleasant folks! It's our new regular spot for take out. The pizza sauce is some of the best I've had.“
“I’ll preface this rating by saying usually Black Sheep gets 5 stars across the board. But… ordered takeout last night for Valentine’s Day and did our usual create your own pizza that we have been having from them for the last 8 years (hot salami, green olives and goat cheese) and it was just so lack luster and sparse… crust was great, but for $3.50 per topping we’re used to it being loaded on and it’s always AMAZING, but idk if they’re cutting back, or the kitchen was mailing it in last night, or if they ran out of green olives and goat cheese, but it definitely was not to the standard that we’re used to and definitely not worth $36… hope this is an anomaly and not the new norm.“
“Pizza was solid and cooked just the way I like it. Toppings were fresh and well proportioned. Sauce tasted great with a little sweetness. Good cheese with just the right amount, not too much or to little. Crust nice and thin with some crunch. Plenty of room to enjoy the pizza at their location. Great little whole in the wall pizza joint. Highly recommend!“
“Took the 90-year-old mama from Minnetonka out for a little coffee and soup and salad. So much better than any fast food restaurant like Culver's. I think you don't spend that much more money going to a sit-down restaurant like this it was a great day it was a great birthday my mama was really happy I was happy The food was good nothing bad to say about this place and I do a lot of reviews.“
“Dietary restrictions: At this time, they have gluten-free pasta.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wide enough for a full-sized electric wheelchair, but there is not a button that opens the door for you. You will need someone to hold the door open. The walkways between tables are tight, but a full-sized electric wheelchair can navigate, and they will remove chairs so you can sit comfortably at a table.“
“After living only 2 mi away for the last 10 years, we finally gave Latuff's a try... What took us so long?! The pizza is phenomenal. They also supplied pasta for our high school hockey team pasta feed which received rave reviews from our player! This will definitely become one of our normals.“
“Great fresh pasta, good amount of variety on the menu, very friendly and relaxed service, nice ambiance. Also points for good wheelchair accessibility with the spacious layout while still feeling cozy.I live in the neighborhood and will definitely be back!Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalks and crosswalks surrounding the location are quite rough and nearby parking can be limited, but the restaurant itself is very accessible with enough space for maneuvering a power chair even when tables are full.“
“Hands down the best pizza in the Metro area. Crust is perfect, sauce is wonderful. And it's consistently the same delicious pie, time after time. The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is great after their remodel. And the prices are beyond reasonable. This is the way pizza used to be, before there was a shop in every strip mall in the world.A+++“
“family oriented and really great pizza ? old school pizza pallor feel with arcade 99% staff is consumer friendly out the couple years eating there just had couple staff that seem more like hurry go I am for a paycheck only l.Kid-friendliness: they have an arcade“
“Local to Minnesota and food is awesome. I would prefer Hoagie (signature sandwich) and deep dish pizza. This particular location is my son’s favorite and he always prefers to order penne pasta with Alfredo sauce prefers to sit at same table near window :)Vegetarian options: Pizza, hoagie, pasta and salad ?Kid-friendliness: Pasta and pizza place.. kids love it“
“I like the pizza from Lucky's. He's a lucky guy. I also like their pterodactyls and pajama parties. What a great place to be. Only thing I can think of that it needs is more teddy bears plush dolls but other than that, it's a great place to “
