Our favorite 5-star server is Laurie, who remembers us, greets us with a smile and thanks us whenever we show up. The chefs behind the scenes are consistent in every way: quality, preparation, portion, flavors, timing, and accuracy. “Busiest shopping day of the year and had a great experience at Portillo's! Staff was very friendly, and having fun. One lady was dancing around while she was doing her work and singing with the Christmas carols playing overhead. Chris at the pickup counter was super friendly. Guy that took our order was very helpful in making decisions on our order. Thank you Portillo's team!!“
