“Organic beer! Yes! We have just discovered this brewery and cannot express how wonderful it is to have an organic, sustainable brewery in the twin cities. The beer is so flavorful and feels good to drink. The pollinator friendly gardens and rain garden are lovely additions to the location and make the experience delightful. The owners and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and bring warmth to the vibe. Paired with the Farina Rossa and their delicious food, this is truly a place worth coming to and sharing with others.“

“The beer is always good and the michelada is one of the best you'll have. The space is surprisingly large on the inside and there is a small soccer field outside in the rear. There are tvs. The only downside is the difficulty of parking“
“Fantastic kombucha from a local company with great values and a strong connection to their community! My parents & I came by hoping to get some growlers for a family event, and the owner let us sample what was on tap and took the time to tell us about the business and cool initiatives they have underway, including partnering with the U of M and various breweries. We were so impressed by the quality of the beverages as well as the company’s commitment to environmental sustainability, not to mention going above-and-beyond in terms of customer service. The three flavors of kombucha we got were all super popular with our guests! I’m now going to be keeping an eye out for J’s and enjoying it whenever I have the chance!“

“My husband and I love 56! Not only do we come here often for a good drink or one of the many events they host, but we also worked with them for our wedding reception. The space couldn’t have been more perfect for our venue and the staff were incredible. They were professional, accommodating, and SO much fun. We highly recommend 56 whether you’re looking for a great hangout spot, a refreshing drink, or for rental and venue purposes.“

“First stop on our multiple brewery bachelor party night. Very good beers - finally a place that remembers how to brew a good ipa and hazy ipa. Staff was friendly and every beer we had was 🔥. Parked right out in front on city streets which I was surprised to get so close to barrel theory. Also pretty cool to pull a 200 pull tab for the bachelor on his first pull“

“I had the pleasure of hosting a couple events at Finnegans and the staff was phenomenal! David gave us a tour of the facility both times and he was so funny, interesting, and very engaging for a large tour group! He was very knowledgeable of the history of the creation of beer and compared it to how their product is made today. I love that this is a woman owned company and is so involved in giving back to the community and making a difference. I can’t wait to go to their new location!“
“Love this place! Family friendly, nice outdoor seating, and of course amazing beer. Had a remodel recently and I love the new furniture and indoor seating. The service is top notch and my toddler loves getting his hand stamped and the workers are always so nice to oblige him. Thanks!

I have returned finally to visit the Ratskellar! I have been a few times over the past few years but not enough. I love the setup with plenty of indoor seating and also the outdoor patio area. They usually have a food truck but also recommend bringing your own food as well. Love the beer and the service!“

“Not only is Insight brewing, my favorite brewery in Minnesota by far. They absolutely make the best IPAs by far and today I just tasted the 5.5% Insight Tru Nord and it is an absolute perfect 10!!!! it is dank and beautiful! 🧡💛 thank you thank you thank you!

“One of the true hidden gems of the Twin Cities metro, an absolutely fantastic nerd and even kid-friendly space (foosball, arcade machines, darts are all favorites). There are few better places to meet up and play a game - personally, not being a sports person, I love the lack of TVs, nothing to sap your attention or make you feel captive to random commercials. I go there regularly to play TTRPGs. Great beer, alcoholic and non-alcoholic seltzers, you can BYOF (Mashawi grill up the road is delicious). The beers aren't the usual 6 IPAs and 5 sours, there's a nice mix of British and German styles (including wheat beers, which are weirdly hard to find).
There are absolutely a million play spaces in different nooks and crannies in the building, you can always find a quiet place to play even if there's music, etc. The owner hosts tons of events, nerdy and otherwise. I only wish I could drink more beer and go more often.“

“We hung out here for my nephew’s birthday. This would be all of our first time here. We’re a pretty young group (24-32 year olds with some toddlers) and we happen to walk into a dance night. It was so much fun! The vibes were good. Music was different for us but still enjoyable. Workers checked in on us to make sure we were doing all right. “Great place to meet up in downtown Minneapolis before a game, Fulton Brewery is the best place to meet your friends before a Twins game at Target Field.
Perfect location right on the edge of the residential area and the stadium district, so you avoid the chaos but stay close enough to walk. Parking is actually manageable (rare downtown), which makes coordinating a group way easier.
We met up with friends here before the game and it checked every box—plenty of space, easy to find, and a great atmosphere to kick things off.
The new kitchen is a big upgrade. Solid comfort food that actually holds its own—not just “brewery snacks.” with with 20 taps ranging from classic beers, THC to seltzers for the gluten free crowd.
