“It was okay…. Kinda disappointed with the lack of friendliness from staff. I came in just to get a coffee with my 2 year old. We didn’t attempt to see the cats or anything- I knew she was too little. Just looked in the windows while we waited. One employee completely ignored us. The one behind the counter did the bare minimum…. My coffee took a LONG time and we were the only ones in the store. We left right away. Again I did NOT let my toddler run rampant. She was very well behaved. Coffee wasn’t very hot. I’d still recommend if you were going for the cats. But unfortunately not for much else“

“I stopped to purchase a bag of beans. The staff person was delightful, friendly, efficient and took care to make sure that I really wanted the decaf that I had selected. The labeling is somewhat subtle and they made sure that i knew that it was decaf. I really appreciate that attention to detail.“

“The two people working at the time were great -- very pleasant and professional. I was greeted right away with a smile and asked if I had an account, which I did.

The shop was very quiet -- I must've come at time in the afternoon there is a lull, because it's usually pretty busy, but not too busy. I definitely felt I was getting their full attention!

“I went for lunch while in the area of Rosedale Mall.
When you enter the building, it's not clear which line to enter. They have tablets at one counter, then a server at another counter.
There were no fountain drinks, but you can buy a bottled soda and ask for a glass with ice. A water dispenser is available, but no ice unless you ask for it. I know, it's a small thing, but I like ice in my sodas.
Food options and portions were good. People seemed to enjoy their meals.
Dining area has a good number of tables, and there's also bar seats for single diners.“

“I want to give a shoutout to Henry because he was the best Starbucks employee I’ve ever delt with. He was so professional, funny, and kind. Very good customer service. I also overheard a very rude and arrogant customer arguing with a worker through the drive through and whoever the worker was, was extremely professional and just tried to deescalate the situation when someone was blatantly being so rude for no reason. I will be back to this Starbucks forsure!“

“I couldn't get a Starbucks open.When I googled I got store #2209 at 2305 fairview Ave in Roseville .I made it on the nick of the time just before they closed at 10pm.Alodra took my order and she was owesomely courteous. I said give me your name I will definitely say something good about you.By the way all people working at Starbucks have always been good to me.They give me water when Iam thirsty in summer and Iam out of reach of a store.They don't deny us bathrooms whenever we happen to need which is once in a long time or once in a blue moon when in need.Starbucks workers remind me of our days when young ones had discipline and respect for everyone.
