“After living in St. Boni for five years, I finally stopped in. Subway is generally not my first choice for sandwiches, but my kids wanted it. It wasn't busy, and there was only one employee working. He was really friendly and did a great job making our sandwiches. He even made me aware of a promotion that made one of them free. He had an accent that I thought was from India or Pakistan. I just want to recognize him as a great employee and the main reason this review is five stars

Parking: Parking lot is small and not directly off street.“

“My husband and I love stopping in at Jersey Mike's when we can to get a sandwich. The staff there are really incredible. They are friendly, attentive, and love to have fun conversations with customers. Honestly, while the sandwiches are good and what got us in the door initially, it's the employees that we are really excited about when we stop in.“

“I’ve been here a couple times and this is the best subway location I’ve ever been to. Mostly due to the fact that the man and woman who usually work during the day are absolutely a joy. They’re good at their jobs especially during the busy lunch rush and always super kind.“

“Bunch of cool people here im a bit of a regular here. Sandwichs are always made the way you want they don't put the end cuts of tomatoes on like a lot of places. They won't put it on your Sandwich if they wouldn't eat it themselves.“

“I stopped at the Subway in Delano, MN today and was helped by the nicest guy ever! I asked his name (Jace) so that I could give him some kudos in a nice Google review. He was SO patient with all of my indecisiveness and in answering my questions, and he also did a really good job of promoting some of the newer items on the menu, like the foot long pretzel and the foot long cookie... (YUM!) He also made sure to ask if I needed a drink, because I hadn't ordered one initially. Having been in management for my entire career, I would hands down hire this kid in an instant and Subway very is lucky to have him. A+ for customer service!“

“So, I placed an order online for pickup for my lunch break, but there was some issue and they didn't receive it (though the app charged me). HOWEVER, the owner was super cool and she was very helpful - got the order in great timing and she really diverted an irritating issue into a non-issue. Props. (The app did eventually refund me)

Parking: Its in a strip mall looking thing - no issue with parking.

Kid-friendliness: Seemed kid friendly..

“Today I called in and talked with Tiana about possibly getting refunded for a sandwich That I got yesterday and she completely covered it! Dominic, my driver, called me and had a great conversation with me while he was delivering my sub! Wonderful people work here, and are very understanding and very focused on making the customer happy!“

“Excellent service! While we were waiting in line for our order to be taken, a small vat of banana peppers tipped over and pepper water spilled out onto the customer side of the display case. The manager on duty got on her hands and knees and cleaned up the spill. She had such a kind attitude about the entire episode and was so friendly towards us. I don't live in the area, but if I did, I would frequent this store because of the service she provides! Note: This is a very clean store!“
