“I eat here all the time. It’s really good, but I have notes. The wheat wraps Don’t taste very good.
How come they never cut the sandwich all the way through when they cut it in half? Why is there always a piece of bread attached with two sides where you have to rip it apart and ruin the sandwich?
Also, why can’t you put equal toppings on both sides? There’s always one side that has way more meat, in the other side way more vegetables..“

“This is my favorite Jimmy John's to order from by far. The sandwiches can be a little inconsistent that's why I gave one star off on service. For the most part however I would say at least 90% + they hit the mark and the sandwiches are delicious! Stellar sandwich artists at this location!“

“Me and my friend decided to go to subway at around 7pm because we wanted sub sandwiches and let me tell you the food even though it was great was the least fantastic part of the whole thing. We came in to an empty store and were kinda talking to each other and the worker on duty (who we later found out was the general manager by the name of Kim) came out and just radiated sunshine. She was kind, helpful, talkative, and plastered a smile on my face from the second she started the interaction and well past when I left. She might have been the single nicest food establishment employee that I have ever met and was absolutely phenomenal even though she was working all alone. She absolutely made my night better and went above and beyond to do so and I am genuinely thankful that she did. She was so compelling that after leaving to finish out sandwiches in Panara (because if the beautiful interior) we both arrived at the decision to go back, ask for her name, and thank her one more time.“

“I had to write a review and show some love and appreciation to the young man (with the As ball cap) and young woman (with the beautifully laid baby hairs) who were working yesterday. I just so happened to be in the area and was craving a tuna sandwich. From the moment I walked in to place my order, the employees treated me with genuine warmth and kindness. Not only was my food delicious and fresh, but their energy and incomparable customer service left such a strong impression on me. I hope this review not only reaches them- but their management as well. These two individuals shine and they are what every industry wishes to have representing them! You never know what kind of day someone is having and because of these two- my day got brighter and better after my visit. Thank you both so much for adding value to my day yesterday! “Recently Ordered for delivery, ordered 2 sandwiches and a loaf of bread. The Delivery driver struggled to find the address but with the amount of construction we’ve had in front of our facility, that wasn’t really a big surprise, the driver called and still made the delivery, only with-out the extra loaf of bread. The Manager and Driver made the extra effort, doubled back, and brought out 2 loaves to make-up for the time and the confusion. I give it an A+ for effort, and the sandwiches they delivered were pretty solid too. Thanks guys!“

“I have been going to Bo Diddleys for over 30 years and Bo Diddleys subs are the best except for the fact that they switched to Miracle Whip from the traditional Mayo. I remember them trying this switch years ago and they did end up going back to Mayo. At least give us a choice between Miracle Whip and Mayo. Remainder of menu is great.“

“great sandwiched and even better service! I was in to the Chan location. a bit ago and there was a mix up in Sammie between myself and another customer. I did not realize this until after a 20min drive home. I called the store and they immediately knew what happened. offered to comp my next meal. well, today I had the time to go back and I no more than walk in the door and they knew who I was and comped my sandwich. no questions! top notch customer service! “Been a long time jersey mikes customer but this was the first time I went to this location. I was very impressed! Everyone was so friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy customer service. It was so nice to see. I don’t live in the area, but if I can make an excuse to get a sandwich here I will in the future.“
