“My office is nearby so I order from the app to pickup from here a lot when I need something quick. It is always ready when I get there and is always made well. Those are the only two things that really matter when you pick up food. The one thing that could be better is that hot subs never seem to be toasted quite long enough, but overall it is one of the better Subways.“

“I got the triple berry crepe with dark chocolate sauce and it was delish!! The star of the plate was the unassuming whipped cream. I’ve never had whipped cream like it before and it’s honestly the best I’ve ever tasted so don’t skimp on it. I also tried one of the croffels and was blown away by the many layers familiar to croissants made crispy by being cooked in a waffle iron. I can’t say enough about the flavors and textures experienced at Paris Crepes & Boba Tea. The cherry on the top is the speedy and friendly service. “The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

During our conversation I had asked him of the difference subs and he told me about the “ Mikes way” . I promised to try. I called my wife and said “ I am bringing home dinner”. I did stop at JMS and ordered just the recommended sub. We were not disappointed at all. I have made a pledge that if We have to had sub for dinner, JMS is where we are going.“

“Went to this location tonight and saw some incredible training in action. The new recruits were very friendly, obviously taught to them buy the managers on duty. My faith in humanity was also restored when I saw them bring a meal to a gentleman outside the restaurant that was clearly in need. They invited the man in as he appreciatively devoured the meal. I recommend this Arby's in particular based off these actions alone. I apologize that I didn't get the names of the staff.“

“I ordered through doordash and texted my driver asking if he could make sure the condiments I requested were in the bag, I also asked if he could grab some sauces not available to order on the doordash app for me but he didn't reply. So I called the store nervously and spoke to a gentleman, explaining my situation and he assured me I did the right thing by calling 😍 he was so kind and courteous, making sure I got the sauces I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised that he wasn't bothered by my call lol

“We got diverted to MN and after being up since 2am, with no real food for 16 hours we were starving. We ordered the club sandwich with fries and wow! I realize we were hungry but honestly I'd order that again any day. It had a ton of ham and turkey. The bread was perfectly toasted. Perfect amount of mayo. Fresh leafy lettuce, not the spine. And the BACON was the star...amazing taste and mostly perfectly cooked and both chewy and crisp. Fries regular crinkles but hot and crispy and not hard. Robert and Yemata were great! I wish I had thought to take a before pic....but here's the after. Nom nom nom. Give them a try! We also saw the burger and it looked huge.“

She double checked the order every step: toppings add/removed, toasted, needing a drink carrier, etc. Hit every mark for making sure the order was correct. I saw the manager quickly respond when called for (to receive a delivery) and the man doing bike delivery got on register and assisted the next customers promptly when he arrived back. “Dietary restrictions: If you avoid the bread or the breaded chicken or I should say the overly breaded chicken that goes into the bready sandwich then you should be good. They only do chicken, french fries, their cane sauce, the bread, and the coleslaw. Not the biggest fan of their coleslaw though.

Kid-friendliness: I almost always buy the kids meal. It's tasty and it's about the right portion size for most adults and it's the only thing that well unless you get the three-piece one is under 10 bucks that comes with a drink as is

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs can gain access to most most locations. I have not seen the one at the u of m so I can't speak to that but everywhere else that has a drive-thru yes“

“I decided to visit the UMN Canes location, motivated after watching the recent Forbes segment on the owner of Raising Canes.
The Customer Service is excellent and the service was fast 5★ there. The dining area is spacious and has that similar vibe the Owner of canes was talking about. 5★
However, one thing I am disappointed about is the value, I was expecting more fries and sauce at the price I paid (Box Combo, ~13$). 3★.

“I actually really like chick fil a for their breakfast chicken biscuit with egg and cheese, it's very tasty and the biscuit itself is delicious, however I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 chicken breakfast biscuits with egg and cheese, so imagine my surprise when I got home and handed my daughter a biscuit and neither biscuit had chicken, which of course I paid for. I did call the store and was told she would put 2 free chicken breakfast biscuits on the app for me, which either never happened or I don't know how to find them. No one has time to sit and open each item to be sure you've received everything you've paid for, but I guess if I want that delicious breakfast chicken biscuit with fluffy egg and cheese, it's what I'll have to do.
