I don’t go often to coffee shops but was greeted at this Caribou with big genuine smiles and exceptional care in preparing my sandwich and tea latte (something I hadn’t tried before - but got an additional one on my way out I loved it so much ha!). Latonya was especially warm, friendly, and skilled. Truly brightened my day and made me feel special. Thank you!“

“I've been to this location four times, the food has been great everytime, my favorite is the deviled egg open face sandwich and banana bread latte. Even the busier times I've visited the service has been good and attentive. Couple things to note, seating near the door can be pretty uncomfortable especially on a cold day and there is an hour limit per table, which is not based on when your order is taken or receiving your order but from when you arrive at your table, even if they're busy and orders are taken well after you've been seated. Two minutes after collecting payment we were informed of this rule, although the host wasn't rude when sharing this it felt a little less than appreciative of our business, not sure I'll return because of this.“
