“One of my favorite places to stop when visiting Minnesota is this frozen yogurt shop. It has multiple flavors and mixed flavors, tons of toppings, drizzles, and candy to add as well. Price per oz so doesn't matter whether you use small or large containers.

Located in an outdoor strip mall area, the store was clean and the worker there was polite and friendly. Unfortunately they do not have sample cups at this time and no rewards program at this location but they did have my favorite flavor so I was able to overlook the minor inconvenience.

“Pure nostalgia at an affordable price. Do you remember that place where you could collect nickels and dimes to get an ice cream cone or a hamburger? Conny’s is that place. Instead of nickels, you may need to pull together a few dollars, but it still has the feeling of an old school ice cream spot. Complete with an outdoor window and picnic tables, you can get a burger, chili dog, or a soft serve. I loved it and it will become part of our regular summer routine.“

“We visited this charming (looked like family owned) ice cream shop for the first time, and it was well worth the 25-minute drive! We came across it on fb and just had to try them out. They have so many flavors to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The outdoor play area for kids and comfortable outdoor seating were perfect for a relaxed family outing. “My daughter and I went here because I was on the search for an amazing Affogato. They did not disappoint. The owner was super sweet to my daughter and pulled strawberry gelato out of the freezer even though it wasn’t on their menu that day. “If you're looking for a great ice cream shop with tons of flavors and ginormous portions, look no further! I only made the mistake once of getting a single. Kiddie size is more than enough ice cream, trust me. Their kiddie size is probably bigger than anything you could get elsewhere. They even let you choose 2 flavors. You can choose between cup or cone, but we always go cup just to avoid the dripping cone. There's a small seating area inside and a nice sized patio out front. It's a bit of a drive for us, but we get there at least once a year.“

“I'm giving 4 stars because I want this review to get attention. I like this place a lot, but the amount of times I get food I didn't order is concerning. Now I'm afraid to go back for fear I'll get something I can't even eat, then they have to make it again and waste food. The food is too expensive for this to keep happening.

Other than that, as I said, this place is good, the food is good. The staff is always nice and I know they would be amenable when there is an issue with the food, but this happens so often I fear it wouldn't stop even if I did say something. I know it's not malicious or anything and sometimes things get mixed up. But it's happened so many times I felt compelled to leave this review in the hopes management sees it and takes steps to be more cognizant of what the customers are ordering and what they are giving them. I'm not sure what the intention is behind this, if any. I just don't want to waste food.“

“A staple on grand ice cream parlor. Wonderful in house made ice cream it is some of the best in the city. Great portions excellent flavors and such a home town feel atmosphere. “Best Dairy Queen in Saint Paul and surrounding cities. The banana splits are cheap and pretty big for what you pay. Workers are friendly, and this is owned by a nice couple. Only 4 stars because area is not great. They close early now at 8pm. Go when it's light out. Also, they accept tips. I tipped two bucks because these young workers deserve it. Grew up in the area and love that they're still open.“

“My dad and I are celiac and have to eat gluten free so we weren’t going to be able to eat the DQ cake because of the crunch. I went in and the woman working said she could switch out the crunch for M&Ms. Not only was she able to make the cake the same day (6 hours notice) there was no additional fee for “gluten free”. I so appreciate the extra accommodations they make for their clients.“

“It's small, it's a decent place to stop by for a QUICK SNACK (not a whole ass dairy aisle.) The place is run by mostly youth so that the owner can save money, they're cool and understandable people now that the last ghetto ass staff was fired. (Creeps frequent this place too.) The place is pretty pricey to buy from and it's better to go if there are promotional events or you use the app.

Stopped by here to grab ice cream with the kiddos as the one down the street on Larpenteur and Lexington closed down. They were busy but service was fast! They have a large parking spot and some picnic tables outside for eating. What's great? Playground and park right across the street!“

However, the DQ in Plymouth off Rockford Road needs their employees better trained for customer service. They were very rude to me when I asked them if I could buy a bunch (4 boxes) of dilly bars and buster bars for my crew. They said I could only buy one box, as they just opened and need to leave the rest of the dilly and busterbars for other customers. Just thought that was a bit strange to restrict my purchase of buying more. One particular young man at the counter represented poor customer service by his attitude. Maybe they were afraid they'd have to make more or reload the freezer? Not sure what his issue was but I even tried to give him the benefit of a doubt and make him smile, but no luck.“

“Ordered some cookies from Insomnia through doordash, the delivery driver from doordash ended up taking the cookies for themselves. Insomnia refunded me, made me a new order and delivered it themselves. They also apologized for what happened despite it being out of their control! “I’ve had a couple orders, not seem like the normal way I usually receive them. Had a blizzard I basically had to mix up myself so it would look like chocolate. Think they forgot an ingredient. I worked at a DQ when I was younger so I get it. ( I did the same thing one time) Just need more training. Otherwise service is usually decently fast even when busy!“
