“My husband and I love stopping in at Jersey Mike's when we can to get a sandwich. The staff there are really incredible. They are friendly, attentive, and love to have fun conversations with customers. Honestly, while the sandwiches are good and what got us in the door initially, it's the employees that we are really excited about when we stop in.“

Subway Mound's employees have consistently had the best employees of any fast food chain I've ever experienced in my life. Whatever they do in their interviews, BRAVO. Amazing. And my neighbor said: I agree, they are the best! Just happy, and great personalities. Always chatting me up. And not just one of them. All of them. Good job, Mound, Subway. Great customer service should definitely be rewarded. Keep it up. It's appreciated.“

“Bunch of cool people here im a bit of a regular here. Sandwichs are always made the way you want they don't put the end cuts of tomatoes on like a lot of places. They won't put it on your Sandwich if they wouldn't eat it themselves.“

The facilities were fine, and there was little wait even though it was lunch time. I've been to some of the other chains lately like Jersey Mike's and they're okay but limited in choice and a bit of hype. Good food with more choices, an equivalent price range to the competition, and it was the staff this time that made the visit better.“
