“Ryan was the absolute best server that I have encountered in my life! I have an anaphylaxis food allergy. He was so on top of making sure that whatever I ordered wasn't going to be an issue. He checked with the head chef 3 different times about different entrees, so I could have the best experience. We are from out of town and will definitely be back due to the great service provided. Ryan, thank you so much for being so attentive in regards to my allergy. Tonight's experience made your restaurant, one I will always recommend.“

“We hosted an event at Rum Row and it was absolutely fantastic. The staff was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. The drinks and food were excellent, and the speakeasy vibe was a hit with all of our guests. Chad and his team made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Highly recommend Rum Row for any event!“

“Food was very good. My mom got the shrimp lemon and chicken pasta which was FANTASTIC 10/10 on that. My dad got the pot roast stroganoff which was also fantastic another 10/10. I got the prime rib French dip which the sandwich was fantastic, however the au jus was very bland which was disappointing. The tater tots were awesome. Would definitely eat here again!!“

“The service is horrible. Waited 20mins before getting someone to take just our drink order and it was the bartender from inside not even our server that noticed we were still sitting there with nothing. Then barley good service once our waiter did finally come. We all could have had another drink but never could since we werent asked till after we were done with food. Food was actually really good and good portions for the price. But the service ruined it. I can't recommend this place and don't know if we will back. Plenty of other places with good food that actually have good service.“

“Just got a personal Hawaiian pizza! No matter what you get...always great! The young man host was EXCEPTIONAL that checked me out ( he brought my pizza to my car and went inside to grab extra blue cheese dressing for me.) “We had a dinner party for 33 people in this wonderful place on Saturday night celebrating the marriage of my son and his new bride. The manager Stephanie was so wonderful to work with knowing we would be taking up almost half the restaurant. I highly recommend this place.“

“My wife and I stopped into San Pancho Mexican Restaurant in Long Lake during their soft opening and were very impressed. Although the restaurant has been around for several years, it’s now under new ownership as of mid-January by the Luna family, and the difference was immediately clear. The food was outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care and passion. This wasn’t rushed or generic Mexican food; you could truly taste the quality and pride in every bite. The service was just as wonderful, with a sincere and welcoming host and wait staff. The restaurant has also received a beautiful facelift. It’s clean, recently renovated, and filled with bright colors and décor that give it a warm, authentic Mexican feel. We had a great meal and are excited for their official opening. “The food was great but our server, Aurora, was the highlight of the night. Excellent service and made the visit a wonderful a time.
We had the Pad Thai, Yellow Curry, and Lechon.
The lechon (small plate/appetizer) was smaller in portion than I would have expected for the price, but was still good.
The portions for the main dishes were generous and the food was flavorful.
I would definitely go back“

“Was at Moes's Char House Chanhassen with Sarah Morgan . Pulled $250 in Pulltabs. The waiter, an Excelsior Dufus, would not let me use 3 credit cards, he demanded cash. I tipped him $30 and then the manager yelled at me for shorting the tab. $50 in cash had gone missing from the table as the Excelsior Man giggled at me. I tipped him $30 more and left. Don't go to Moe's Char House!“

From start to finish, everything flowed beautifully — even with a surprise 20-top arriving while we were there. Our server, **Sam**, was EXCELLENT!!🌟 She handled everything with grace, professionalism, and a warm smile that made us feel genuinely cared for. Her timing, attentiveness, and positive energy elevated the entire evening — she’s a true gem and a reflection of great hospitality. We were also so impressed by the **manager**, who personally stepped in to bring out our appetizers with such kindness and professionalism. It showed true leadership and teamwork — and we noticed! 👏 The food was delicious, the atmosphere vibrant, and the service absolutely top-notch.
