“Thank you for the birthday drink, Nicole 🎂 and for managing all of the orders coming in. I know mornings are busy and things can get lost in communication when handling so many orders and it was very refreshing to see her handle herself with grace when a customer wasn't happy with her coffee. She resolved it right away without questions asked, and communicated what Caribou has for creams and extracts, which the customer was unaware of or it was lost in communication/translation when ordering. Nicole, and ALL STAFF, work very hard to complete orders quickly and to make sure everyone is happy. Sometimes, guests are harder to please than others or they have other things going on, which spill over onto the staff. We can all be more aware, speak kindly to one another, and handle ourselves with grace, like Nicole did, when she was confronted with tones that no one would like to be communicated with. Thank you for making it right, relaxing, and realigning with who you are - thanks for not letting that ONE incident ruin your day and we can give that person grace, as they need it, too.“

“Love love, love how they make my London fog every morning. I don’t always get their trivia question right but I love answering those as well. The one Caribou by target is my favorite one even though it’s not a drive-through they have the best customer service. They also got the greatest table so my buddies go in there. We can all sit around the table there’s 10 of us and we talk about guy things. I like to go in the morning and network with business people“

“Met a friend for coffee. She ordered a mint hot chocolate. I'm usually a tea drinker(Caribou lattes are only coffee I like) so I ordered that too. The 1st sip made my taste buds sing for joy! Authentic chocolate syrup, delicious mint that's not too spicy or overpowering (like the other place😉) just perfect deliciousness to last drop!“

“I chose this caribou (there are several nearby) because when I order the cooler, it actually still has ice. I usually order with an extra shot of espresso, and I can actually tell - whereas other locations seem watered down and not so strong. Staff has always been kind and friendly.“

“I regularly get Starbucks orders in person or for pick up when I pick up my groceries. The team of people working here is always so attentive and go the extra mile to provide a good experience.
To no fault of the lovely baristas here but to the fault of whoever designed the cold drink lids for Starbucks as an organization- I unfortunately received several spilled drink orders once I received it for pick up because there is no good ergonomic way to seal some of the lids. The baristas are always willing to remake my drink and make it right.
I appreciate this Starbucks team and Lisa their team lead for always going the extra mile. Other locations really should look to this Starbucks location as a good example of great customer service. I see a few mixed reviews about “staff being rude or disrespectful”, and that could not be further from the truth. Staff here is always nice, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you.

“I came early in the morning today and all of the staff were so kind! I was worried because I ordered a green tea latte which a lot of Starbucks locations mess up but even during the rush they did it perfectly and it tasted exceptional! No complaints at all!“

“A super cute boba place with fun flavors and even cool cups! There’s just something about those curved edges that make the drinks fun. The Ube Latte Crème Brûlée boba is my favorite so far. My daughter of course enjoys the Miffy mascot. We will turn this into one of our main treat go to places for sure!“
