“They aren’t open very often but Byron and Caroline are very friendly. Breakfast is delicious and super good prices! They also have an assortment of homemade jams, honey, and syrup you can by inside they restaurant. Great small town feel and hospitality. The kids love it.“

“This is a great date place. The food is very good and not too expensive. The view is awesome. Just make sure your date is OK with the stuffed animal heads. I really like the place and you can come by boat or car. Staff is warm and friendly. This place deserves the 5 stars“

“I camped here and check in and hook up went smooth. The porta potties were very clean.
We were in the lower area and I wish there was another shower/bath house. The one by the restaurant is pretty unaccessible to most of the campground. When I did use it it was clean and well maintained though.“

“This place is. Must stop when in Cloquet, this has got to be one of the coolest old bars around. The Fitgers memorabilia is amazing and the atmosphere of this very nicely restored building is fitting to its era. I have driven by this place so many times over the years, I kick myself now for not stopping sooner. The owners enjoy giving you the history of this amazing building. You have to stop and at least grab a drink if passing through Cloquet, MN. I assure you, you will be glad you did!“
