“Service was very good, food was a little slow and they told me that the soup I ordered after my first bowl was being made, I ended up having to switch my order as they took forever. The restaurant was clean and staff was plenty nice, but the rooms felt open and bare like they're still stuck in 2020 with COVID restrictions.“

“This is a very busy Panera so it can take awhile to get an order sometimes but this is one location that has never made a mistake and I've never been unhappy with the quality, unlike some other locations in the area. “We order delivery from this place quite frequently at work, and it is TOO GOOD! They have soups, salads, sandwhiches, and desserts. It's perfect for a quick bite to eat for lunch, or for a full meal. The portions are generous regardless of if you get half or full orders. The whole salads are huge, and even the half salads are pretty big. You can do a lot of customization as well. Food is always fresh and very tasty. Love this place!“

“I just had the best customer service experience at Sassafras thanks to the manager, Tiffany Prince. She went above and beyond for me even though she was off duty and clearly on her way home. I asked another employee about the salad I ordered because I have been having some digestive issues and the salad ended up having some items that I couldn’t eat. I wasn’t even looking for any accommodations, I just wanted to know how I could order to avoid my mistake in the future. Tiffany overheard our conversation and was so kind! She went back into the kitchen and made me a brand new salad! Thanks to her kindness and excellent customer service I was able to enjoy my full meal without any pain. I will definitely be back to eat here again with my family.“

“I have been coming to Joy Luck for many many years. In all the times I have patroned this restaurant, it has NEVER disappointed. The atmosphere is classy yet comfortable with the perfect amount of lighting and an aroma of freshly made cuisine that gets your mouth watering as soon as you enter. As for the food; I have occasionally ordered an entrée, which was absolutely perfectly prepared, but I mostly order the buffet. The buffet is quite possibly the best in St. Louis. It continuously has the freshest selections from their salad items all the way to their hot foods. No matter the time or day, I walk out, not only impressed, but left wishing I had not gotten that last plate. It is absolutely delicious. The staff who see you are taken care of are attentive and eager to assist you in any way they can. I never thirst for a refill, that's for sure!! Overall, Joy Luck is by far one of the best restaurants in St. Louis I have ever experienced, and I look forward to my next visit.“
