I’ve visited the Chick-fil-A in Arnold, Missouri, many times, and it continues to impress me. Even during the busiest lunch rush, the drive-thru moves with impressive efficiency. The staff is consistently friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful—exactly the kind of service Chick-fil-A is known for, but this location takes it to another level.

A team member named Mathew went out of his way to call me by my first name. He noticed that I used the restroom shortly after enjoying my delicious meal, took the opportunity to ask my son what my name was, and remembered it for our next visit. That’s very impressive, considering how many customers he serves each day!

“We did a late night drive thru order. The cashier made sure that the cheesy 10 sack had NO onions/pickles & we were impressed because the other cheese/burgers we ordered had extra pickle w/ onions...nailed both! Everything was really fresh too so we will be back.“

“After a disappointing experience at a neighboring restaurant, I thought I'd drop on fazolis. I walked in to a line of 6 people. I was nervous. Immediately Thomas D began taking everyone's orders in a happy cherry tone. It was encouraging. I asked and he told me there were 3 employees running everything. He immediately got me what he could and promptly brought my fresh food to my table when it was ready. Whatever you're paying Thomas isn't enough. Keep this guy around. Overall a great experience.“

“Okay, so MOST of the time when we get fast food.....it's just a hurried order and FAST experience.....like fast food in general and most of the employees....like not that their rude....just getting people in & out. Ya know? Tonite we went to Arby's here in Arnold and it was like a whole DIFFERENT experience! Our cashier was amazing and she went above and beyond....she didn't make me feel anxious or rushed when ordering....made sure the kiddos had all their sauces and even brought Landon a tray like Mom & Dad had. ♥️ She was so polite & knew her job very well..... Their lobby was sparkly clean and it was all around a whole different experience than what we are used to. She chose a birthday dinner from the Herculaneum Dairy Queen (DQ) on our way to her dance class last night. We love THIS DQ! Their team is always super friendly and courteous. The food is made fresh when we order it. This location is currently under construction, but they are still open, ready to serve their tasty food, while helping our community. The Dairy Queen Herculaneum location participates in many events to give back to our Festus-area schools, residents and charities. To name just a few: @Festus Elementary PTO @Festus R-VI School District @Jefferson R-7 PTO @Herculaneum Fire Department (toy, coat and food drive) @Kade's Playground @Autumn Ridge Residences ...and more! “Just went through the drive through. Haven't gotten Wendy's in ages. Got a single big bacon classic. The cheese wasn't melted but that's ok. The hamburger was delicious. The fries were delicious. Host, jordy over the intercom was very nice. Cashier Amanda seemed a bit standoff ish but that's alright for me. Maybe a bad day. I got my food and the correct amount of change. So I'm happy.“

“They would of gotten 5 stars but they were so slow and no communication skills while waiting or when we arrived.
The restaurant was messy. Trash outside and with only 1 person sitting eating inside, they should have been cleaning table and floors.
One employee had no gloves while boxing our burgers before bagging.
I did ask for new ones.
Was polite but still no communication skills. No 2nd apology. WEIRD“

“I am not sure what his name is, but the man with a whole bunch of tattoos is always very kind and has 10/10 customer service. Any other fast food place the workers keep it to a minimum which whatever I don’t really care but this man always makes my day better just by being really nice all the time.“

“Love the chili! Fantastic service. Staff are friendly & helpful. Always busy but never a long wait. The atmosphere is the best. We love sitting outdoors & enjoying the water feature, it creates a memorable experiences.

Kid-friendliness: My granddaughter loves sitting by the waterfall and she especially likes the frog that spits water out. How fun!“

“Literally ALWAYS our fave. We get take out at least every other week from here. Not once have we ever had an order go wrong or any issues with staff or atmosphere. My large family and I love Cane’s it’s in our top 5 places to eat in Arnold for sure!!!!“

“Super clean store and the staff was beyond inviting such sweet folks working her tonight it was very refreshing to be invited. We have 4 small kids and as we walked in the cashier greeted us with crowns for each of the kids which I found to be very kind. I'll Def make it a point to stop in if this is how the staff will be every time“

“This Wendy's is fantastic. My mom was in the rehab facility down the street so I ate here for lunch a lot of days for about 2 weeks in a row and you can really find out about a place when you eat there almost every day. I mostly had breakfast and lunch and was all through the drive-thru. Every single time the food was good, and the wait time and prices are reasonable. I got a salad several times and it was fresh and delicious every time and I got a burger and fries and some cookies and it was all hot and fresh and delicious too. I wish I knew her name but the girl with the short black hair that works the drive-thru window does a really good job and so does the lady with the distinctive voice that works the speaker. I think this is probably my favorite fast food place in the area and I really like their salads so I'm sure I'll be back a lot. I'm not even going to try another Wendy's because I don't want to be disappointed this one does so well!“

“The chicken here is unmatched with their Cajun seasoning, they unfortunately forgot the biscuit in my meal as well as charged me extra for extra sauce and didn’t add it. It is what it is I just have to check in the future. I advise everyone else do the same.“

We took it back to the Laundromat to eat. We found out that they had left out an item from our order so, called and a gentleman by the name James of course told us to come back by to pick it up. We went back and James came to the window with our item. He then offered us something from the lunch menu because breakfast was over. My sister asked for a Big Mac, I was ok. When it was brought out, the order also contained cookies that were included for our inconvenience. I don't know about you but, I feel that the meaning of customer service left every field many, many years ago. I applaud and thank James very much for surprising us with a courtesy that was lost a long time ago.

“Every local McDonalds has broken Kiosks. This one was no different. 2 of the 4 screens were off and the one working had an open receipt door. The one one I used(facing away from counter against playback glass) had no receipt paper. This is the only one I've seen that had an employee stationed at the counter though.“

“We went through the drive thru everything was fine. There was nothing wrong with the service. They were polite, efficient, etc... The employees did nothing wrong. However, I don't know if it was what I ordered, but the sandwich was horrible. The fries and shake were great, but the loaded Italian was small (I understand you don't choose the size) , luke warm, soggy, the lettuce was slimy, and overall kind of gross. I couldn't eat it and it was rather expensive, but I wanted to try something new. I don't know if there's anything you can do about it, but like I said it might just be the way that sandwich is...???“

“I went in 25 minutes before close and felt really bad about it. However, the staff were still very nice and offered the best customer service despite it being almost close time. Pizza was great and so are the staff. They really did make the experience that much better and I hope this reaches the staff that worked tonight!“

“Love coming to this location for my office caterings! The general manager Amber reached out to us and gave us catering coupons and we've been hooked ever since. The delivery driver Holly is also always so pleasant and I love that she calls the day before to make sure we don't need to add anything. If I could give a higher rating I would!“

I'll have to say, I hate doing this review.
I had high hopes after our last visit.
As happy as we were in the food and service last time, I had the opposite experience last night. I dropped in after work to grab some food, on my way home. It was late around 11:15pm.
After ordering I sat at the drive thru window for over 20 minutes. There was a line of probably 4 or 5 vehicles behind me waiting also. Who knows how long they waited.
I noticed 3 bags of food to go on the counter inside that sat there for quite some time. The young kid working finally appeared and grabbed the first bag and handed it to me. I figured they weren't ready having sat there for a while.
The food was cold. What a complete fail.
2 cold meals for $20.
Maybe just a bad night but it'll more than likely be my last trip for a long time.

We have tried 2 times now, after our bad experience.
I believe things are turning around. There seems to be a resurgence of Steak and Shake. Good for them!
We've always liked the style and crispy edges burgers they serve. The fries are some of the best in our opinion.
Please keep up the good work and we'll keep eating here!

The moment I stepped inside, a soft breeze (from where? unknown) whispered “Live Más” directly into my soul. My Crunchwrap Supreme arrived so quickly I’m convinced it either time‑traveled or was summoned through a mild but benevolent portal.

The Baja Blast tasted like someone liquefied optimism and carbonated it. A Steak Quesadilla glimmered under the fluorescent lights like a mystical artifact. I half expected it to grant me a wish. It didn’t, but honestly, it didn’t need to.

Five stars. Would absolutely return to commune with the Taco Spirits again.“

“Stopped here for breakfast and it was all great! I still think that of all the fast food franchises out there Hardee's has the best breakfast. Their biscuits seem to be the most like homemade. The stuff at other places look like it just came out of the box and into the microwave. I have always found this location to have consistently good food. Great location and easy access.“

“I don’t wanna say I don’t recommend this location but if I’m paying $30 bucks I should be getting $30 worth of food. The girl who did my order for the meat portion should work at chipotle for how little she gave me. I get it there’s budgeting but I remember a time where I was always satisfied with my Qdoba order.
