“Okay so why does nobody do fast food Italian?

I almost never write fast food reviews but these folks were so friendly and we were so surprised by the value that a review seemed absolutely required, hard plastic benches and all.

Fazoli's was new to me, but they are a chain that seems ubiquitous in the Midwest. They mostly offer Italian style food to go. This is much faster than a traditional Italian experience (and wasn't the food quality we experienced on the hill) but it was definitely good food for an exceptional price. We both ordered spaghetti one with meatballs one with meat sauce, our order came with breadsticks also and the total food cost was less than we paid for our coffee earlier in the morning.

The folks at this specific store overheard the discussion about not having been there before and were exceptionally friendly and engaging.

If you are a local you probably know all about these and likely have strong opinions one way or the other, if you haven't seen this before though you have to give it a try.“

“Cooked to order, so you do have a small wait, but it's worth it. They will bring your order to your table, you can mobile order, they bring it to your car, or use the drive through, which can take a little time, but the food is cooked when you order it. They have a high standard and meet it each visit. One of my families favorite places to eat!“

“You can never go wrong with Raising Cane’s! The food is always fresh, the chicken is hot and crispy, and the Cane’s sauce is unbeatable. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the service is always fast. One of my favorite places to grab a quick meal!“

I’ve visited the Chick-fil-A in Arnold, Missouri, many times, and it continues to impress me. Even during the busiest lunch rush, the drive-thru moves with impressive efficiency. The staff is consistently friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful—exactly the kind of service Chick-fil-A is known for, but this location takes it to another level.

A team member named Mathew went out of his way to call me by my first name. He noticed that I used the restroom shortly after enjoying my delicious meal, took the opportunity to ask my son what my name was, and remembered it for our next visit. That’s very impressive, considering how many customers he serves each day!

“Okay, so MOST of the time when we get fast food.....it's just a hurried order and FAST experience.....like fast food in general and most of the employees....like not that their rude....just getting people in & out. Ya know? Tonite we went to Arby's here in Arnold and it was like a whole DIFFERENT experience! Our cashier was amazing and she went above and beyond....she didn't make me feel anxious or rushed when ordering....made sure the kiddos had all their sauces and even brought Landon a tray like Mom & Dad had. ♥️ She was so polite & knew her job very well..... Their lobby was sparkly clean and it was all around a whole different experience than what we are used to. “Best White Castle I’ve had in a really long time. Very pleasant and the food was ready almost instantly and it was awesome. I don’t live close to this one but it’s my go to every time that’s how good it is. I think it’s crazy how tipping is nowadays but this crew earned it and then some. She chose a birthday dinner from the Herculaneum Dairy Queen (DQ) on our way to her dance class last night. We love THIS DQ! Their team is always super friendly and courteous. The food is made fresh when we order it. This location is currently under construction, but they are still open, ready to serve their tasty food, while helping our community. The Dairy Queen Herculaneum location participates in many events to give back to our Festus-area schools, residents and charities. “The Burger King where I live sucks so we were hesitant to stop here, but it was right off the hwy. The food was so much better, the drive thru girl was super cool and nice, definitely not like other Burger King's that I've experienced.“

“When we pulled up at the drive-thru, the person talking through the speaker was very rushed. He barely even heard anything we said and rushed us to be done ordering. We didn't even say that we were done ordering and he immediately said our total and said to pull up. The food was good but everything was sort of soaked. Half the napkins were unusable because they had already soaked up all the grease, but the rest of the staff was nice.“

“Had one of your subs for the first time today...the best sub I've ever had..yes a little bit more expensive than your average sub but in my opinion well worth it!!..i will be back...probably this weekend!!..“

“This is the nicest Wendy's I've been to. It looks brand new and is very modern. We stopped in around 5 on a Sunday night and while the drive thru was busy, the inside was not. Food came quickly and was hot and tasty as expected. Plenty of seating inside as well as a few tables outside.“

“Samantha took our order. Very short obvously she showed not very pleasant customer service. After order was taken i noticed she was cuttn up and laughing with other employees. Next customer came to order and same thing. A frown and short with them too. I don't think customer service is her cup of tea. We all have bad days. But the cutting up with coworkers, and short with her guest shows, obviously where her head is at. My order was wrong when I came back in the store. But she wouldn't even walk up to the counter. A guy from the back came up and fixed it food was okay. It's been better“

“This Wendy's is fantastic. My mom was in the rehab facility down the street so I ate here for lunch a lot of days for about 2 weeks in a row and you can really find out about a place when you eat there almost every day. I mostly had breakfast and lunch and was all through the drive-thru. Every single time the food was good, and the wait time and prices are reasonable. I got a salad several times and it was fresh and delicious every time and I got a burger and fries and some cookies and it was all hot and fresh and delicious too. I wish I knew her name but the girl with the short black hair that works the drive-thru window does a really good job and so does the lady with the distinctive voice that works the speaker. I think this is probably my favorite fast food place in the area and I really like their salads so I'm sure I'll be back a lot. I'm not even going to try another Wendy's because I don't want to be disappointed this one does so well!“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“The chicken here is unmatched with their Cajun seasoning, they unfortunately forgot the biscuit in my meal as well as charged me extra for extra sauce and didn’t add it. It is what it is I just have to check in the future. I advise everyone else do the same.“

“After my previous experience with location 1500025 I was really not looking forward the interaction with a previous employee. Tanner has singlehandedly has changed my mind about visiting this location. He was professional and polite, a true credit to your corporation. This young man needs to teaching others how to take care of customers on a corporate level. I didn't get to interact with whomever made my double mushroom and swiss burgers, but those were the tastiest burgers that I have had from Hardee's in a long time. Stellar team!“

“I used to go to the Subway in Gravois Bluffs because it was convenient, service and quality was mid at best. Popped in this location one day and was immediately impressed. The restaurant is incredibly clean, the young ladies working were very nice and the sandwiches were the best I've had from any Subway. Ingredients are very fresh and the sandwiches were assembled nicely. Needless to say, I drive out of my way to go to this location.“

“Reviewing the food at McDonald’s is a bit like reviewing the weather, you already know what you’re getting. You either like McDonald’s or you’re not reading this review. The real question is whether this location knows the assignment.

The answer is yes.

Located just off a major interstate exit, this restaurant serves a constant flow of travelers, yet the drive-thru keeps moving. I’ve never sat through one of those mysterious lines where nobody seems to move for five minutes. Orders are accurate, food comes out quickly, and the operation runs smoothly.

The interior has the modern McDonald’s look, with kiosks doing most of the ordering. If you’re determined to order from an actual human being, they’ll still happily take your order at the counter.

The biggest compliment I can give an interstate McDonald’s is this: I’d have no hesitation stopping here on a road trip. The dining room is clean, and, perhaps more importantly, the restrooms are clean and well maintained.

Places like this are really pass/fail. Nobody expects a Michelin star; they expect clean, fast, and accurate. This location earns an easy A.“

“I came to this restaurant 4/29/26 just as it was closing and was greeted by Jamilla. I thought she would tell me they are closed but she smiled warmly and said they are still open and made me a delicious subway sandwich. “I came in today, and one of the customers was extremely rude to this young lady with glasses and piercings. I couldn’t find corporate number to not make a complaint but to contradict a customers complaint as I witnessed the customer be extremely rude then follow the employee out to their vehicle and take pictures of them and their vehicle bashing them online and posting them.
