“Had a really rough day today and decided to grab my favorite meal from my favorite restaurant and have it delivered. Placed the order and opted for delivery. This store uses DoorDash to deliver. I waited and waited, confirmed that Jose picked up the order, but my order never arrived, the dasher took my order. I called DoorDash and not only was I brushed off, but was told its not their fault, contact the store, even though it was their delivery driver. I called the restaurant and talked to Tristian who said he would call DoorDash and call me back. True to his word, he called me back, told me if I could come get it, he would not only remake my order, but void the charge to my card so I wouldnt have to pay for it. He didnt have to do that, but he went above and beyond, and I really appreciated it. I highly recommend this restaurant. Not only amazing food, but amazing customer service. Thank you, Tristian for making my night SO much better.“

“My wife and I attended Chicken N Pickle. The experience started off bad as we did I get our meal. Then Manager Kendra got involved and her customer service was amazing. I recommend Overland Park CNP. Good job Kendra! Not many like you anymore.“

“Definitely a very nice staff. Feels really crammed inside though. I had ordered a catering order and I understand it was last minute but they told me they were able to do it. I called about 45 mins to an hour before scheduled pick up to make sure it would still be ready on time and the lady said you’re scheduled for this time so yes it will ready in a sarcastic tone. Okay I was just asking because if it was going to be later then I would come later instead of standing there waiting no big deal. So I get there at my scheduled time and it took them a good 10 minutes just to get my bill together. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes for the food. Granted I ordered the bare minimum for a catering order. Again I get I ordered it same day but don’t say you can do it by a certain time if you cannot. I’m a very understanding person but I ended up being late to where I needed to go because of waiting so long. They also have you wait at the bar which I don’t feel comfortable with because 1. I’m not trying to sit down to pick up food and 2. I’m taking up a spot that someone could be sitting in. Other than that the food wasn’t horrible just very mediocre.“

“During the week you get 1 hour of pool play for free, with a lunch purchase. The food is good and comes quickly. They do have lunch specials as well and liquor if that's your thing. Courteous staff and plenty of tables. Great experience overall!“

“I went here to watch my beloved 49ers as I'd heard there's a group of other 9er fans that meet up every game. The place was packed yet the waitress was very attentive, the cheeseburger and tots were great, and though it was my first time here the group of 9ers fans invited my friends to watch with everyone else in their section. Though we lost I'll definitely be back next year“

“We had a great meal with great service from Shayla. I wish they had kept the teriyaki dip for the chicken, but the Caribbean Jerk seasoning was good. This restaurant has changed very little in many years of going here, except the service has gotten better. The interior seems dated, but was clean.“

“The day we were there there was no food available but I understand that usually there is. The enclosure is quite tall, higher than many facilities so there, so there is less problem with the ball hitting the ceiling. There is some seating (picnic tables), but I advise bringing your own chairs if you are an observer rather than a participant. There is ample parking.“

“We hosted my son’s 8th Birthday here and opted to include a private party room and the outdoor patio was an added bonus. Our party host Dana was very attentive and the kids all had a blast! The food buffet was ready and hot, our server got all the kids drinks right and was quick to refill and get us anything else we needed. Keagan also stepped in and helped when my son’s game bracelet wouldn’t scan. I would highly recommend this establishment for your party needs. Well worth the cost and not having to clean up after!“
