“Excellent! We were happy to find the 501 Main Bistro. Service was excellent and the food was even better. I had the Pork spare ribs and Brussel sprouts. Great key line pie.

“We love Jose Peppers. Their nachos and Monterrey Chicken Nurrito are our favorite meals. Especially with Espinaca dip!! It is usually really cold in there tho so bring a jacket!!
Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu that every kid will find something they like.“

“We had a larger party for my daughters birthday, on Friday, Devember 6. We had made reservations ahead because I know how busy they get and It was absolutely wonderful! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, especially the birthday girl! The food was delicious, service was friendly. We have always enjoyed going here but i was even more impressed after leaving Friday. Thank you!!“

“Steak Cheesesteak are yummy, the bread toasted and crunchy. Fries are always made fresh, no sitting around waiting. The au jus sauce is warm and tasty. The ranch dressing is so flavorful, try it with the fries. Service is friendly and dining area clean.“

“This place was amazing! The owner was so kind and helped me figure out what would be best while still dealing with tooth pain from a procedure early this week. The food was cooked to perfectio. The saffron came almost caused a fight between my daughter and I! It's a small space but I'm willing to drive 20+ minutes to go to this location. Thanks for being awesome!“

“I've lived in KC for 16 years and the ribs I just got in the LS Stack's were the best I've had since I've been here. This place is not far from my home and I went when they first opened this store. The product that day was inedible. The last two times they have figured things out and my dinner has been top drawer. The brisket is also great, so tender and tasty. My new place for Q.“

“No hype here. Just good quality comfort and reliable service. I don't love this type of food on the regular, but for bar food and basics, they do a great job and have a good variety of options. Their pizzas are good, the Italian sandwich delicious, and my favorite are their homemade potato chips. Plus it's easy in, easy out, with spacious booths, perfect for taking my mother-in-law, who needs a little assistance getting around. And wear whatever you want! Oh, and no one side glances you if you (or your partner, in my case) orders a whiskey at lunchtime.“

“All I can say is WOW! My husband & I went here for the first time last Friday and from the moment we stepped it we had the best dining experience we’ve ever had in the Kansas City area. Our server was Kortney and she was nothing short of AMAZING. She was attentive and made sure we were happy with our experience. Our drinks were always refilled at the halfway point, she checked on us at all of the perfect times and it was clear she was on top of it! She was friendly, attentive, & provided some seriously top-notch service. We ordered the crap dip to start and oh my goodness it was so delicious we were tempted to order another or. The dip was overflowing the bowl and everything was so FRESH. My husband ordered the pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon and he said it was literally melting in his mouth. I ordered the roots burger and was impressed that someone could take a cheeseburger & make it THAT GOOD. We will absolutely be back! From the atmosphere to the service to the food - EVERY single aspect exceeded our expectations. We cannot recommend this place enough!“

“Get in line online is a great feature. The wait was only a minute or two. We came for breakfast and the restaurant was nearly full. However, the staff were friendly and attentive. Our food was served quickly. Everything was delicious and looked very appealing. We enjoyed the food and the presentation. “I treated myself this morning by stopping in to this charming bakeshop. It was late morning but the offerings were still plentiful. I opted for a strawberry scone and coffee. The scone was perfection! Fresh strawberries atop a perfectly baked scone with just a drizzle of glaze. Not too sweet and just right. I'll be back the next time I'm in town!“
