“Saw a friend's band play here on a Saturday night. Place was hopping. Drunk girls dancing and falling over. Lol. They had KENO, 2 pool tables, pinball and a separate room where there was a private birthday party. Didn't order food, so can't comment on that.“

Each evening Jennie K was our bartender and needless to say she’s AMAZING! Her drink knowledge and bubbly personality is a quality trait hard to find these days. “It is small, all the chairs are bar height and so are the tables. There was no place for us to sit in front of the band so we had to sit off to the side at the bar. Not really an issue for us but it was not very comfortable. It was quite Smoky and they left the doors closed. I believe it would have been better to leave the door open so some of the smoke could filter out. The owner was also the bartender and I like her a lot! If you are a smoker this would probably be a great place for you. If you don't mind sitting on bar height stools then this is the place for you. The bathrooms are extremely tiny after you get into the stall... So it's not big girlfriend friendly.
I just don't think this was the place for us but by the amount of people that were there it is definitely the place for a lot of other people!

“Bunker's is a nice corner pub with a outdoor covered patio. The price of drinks was much lower than I anticipated, meant more to tip the bartender. Friendly patrons at least the few I met. They were open promptly at the listed hours. Only thing that was missing was music(no ambient music in the background).“

“Coming in there was no one in here. To find they opened late today. Only had wings and fries. Ordered garlic Parmesan, sweet hot, and buffalo. Chicken cooked to perfection. Some of the selections were a little salty to me but overall the food is great and the staff is friendly. Will definitely make this a spot to visit in the future. “Shoutout to my friends for taking me to fancy places. I’m not a member of the cigar bar in the Ritz Carlton in St. Louis, but I have a friend who is and wow, what a vibe. If you get the chance to check it out, absolutely do. The shrimp cocktail and octopus? Fantastic. And yes, we got the flatbread too — a little guilty pleasure moment. Just don’t show up in fur unless you want to go to the dry cleaners a few rounds.“

“We had already eaten when we got there. One of our friends showed up later and ordered a burger and fries. She split it with another friend who is a burger fanatic. They both enjoyed it as well as the fries. Drinks were fabulous. Our bartenders/waitresses were attentive and friendly. We were curious about the history of the Corner Bar and both of them were very knowledgeable about the history. They even had a binder that explains the history as well. For a dive, the place is clean, food & drinks were great. The only drawback is the cigarette smoke. However, we'll be back guaranteed.“

The narrow setup can make it feel crowded at times but most of the time it's comfortable. The people are friendly. The drinks are inexpensive. The vibe is always fun! Fyi they do allow smoking like a lot of bars in the area.“

“I’ve been here twice. First time was for my bachelorette party. This boat was perfect! We were put up in the karaoke room right away and our server came up frequently to make sure we had enough drinks and everything was good. It was the perfect night! Then we went again yesterday for my birthday. The drinks were fantastic and there was plenty to keep us entertained while waiting for our turn in the karaoke room. The only flaw in the night was fixed right away by the amazing security staff and the manager! I would only suggest a better system for the karaoke waitlist. We were called for our room and went up only to be told by the waitress (who did not check the waitlist) that someone else had the room and even though they booked after us we needed to leave. I wish I had gotten the names of the security staff and manger because when we brought this issue to them they resolved it right away and we were able to enjoy some karaoke to end the night. Thank you to all the security staff and the manager (those 5 stars for you) for helping end our night on a good note! I will alway recommend this place to people and will gladly go here for any birthday in the future! ❤️ Also we did not eat here but we saw Nachos coming out that looked absolutely 🔥 and if the kitchen had still been open we would have ordered some!“

“I came to the area for business and ate here twice at the restaurant for lunch and happy hour. The restaurant was recently renovated and has a very cool modern look and feel. It was a really comfortable place to entertain my business guests for a quick and lunch and then again during early afternoon the next day for a huddle. The food was fresh and very tasty. There was classic fare and then some fun specials. I really liked the Firecracker Shrimp. There were also some good vegetarian options, a really nice stir fry and a stuffed Portabella dish. It wasn't too busy when I was there, everything came out pretty quick, less then ten minutes and warm and well presented. I noticed there were quite a few draft and craft beers on tap at the bar. I didn't get to try any this time, but there was some interesting beers I will try next time I am in town. I would definitely recommend for lunch, quick, tasty and good variety without spending too much. I will try dinner next time I come to town.“
