Fast Food Restaurants near Byrnes Mill

“Update 06/10/24:
Monday 8:50pm
Placed order on app prior to arrival, waited 40 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me - just to get to the order speaker to give my code, another 15 minutes to get the frappe.
I pulled away from pickup window at 9:45pm
I have no idea what the issue could have been that late on a Monday night.
Not very good on a vehicle to sit idling with AC on for almost and hour!

Updated my review due to pandemic and the McD app now available.
I dont recommend using the app and parking in 1 of the marked pick up spaces.
The 1st time, I waited 49 minutes. The 2nd time I waited just short of an hour.
I watched the entire line go thru and get served and then new people pull up thru the drive thru and were served before I ever got my order (a frappe). One hour and 7 minutes.
1 star for app ordering
5 star for drive thru order

Other than that, I have 0 issues. Drive thru employees are polite.“

“I went through the drive thru this evening around 10:15, the gentleman working the cash, I believe his name was Justin, was incredibly polite and such a delight to speak to during our transaction. Food came out quick and hot. Thank you for an awesome interaction!“

“I have always loved White Castle and this one is always great. The food is good and the customer service is always top notch.

Vegetarian options: I have no idea what would be vegetarian here. Which why this place is so great!“

“I ordered french fries very well done. After waiting for an extra 5 minutes and the line outside the drive through I received my special order fries and they were hot and fresh made just for me. I rarely get treated like that and it was very pleasant surprise considering. Play people working in the Drive-Thru we're very nice and took care of me spot on so I would like to really thank them personally. It may not seem much but a lot of these fast food places you go to you don't get treated like they care at all but they completely went a different direction than most. I don't go very much but if I come across here again I will certainly stop to get my special order fries here.

“About as much as an atmosphere you can have in a drive through. However, they never disappoint me with the wait. They are fast friendly and always get my order right. Good going White Chaste. I can always count on that flavor, fresh and hot.“

“Today is the first day we’ve had a chance to come by since the ownership change. The last owners were great, don’t get me wrong, but you can tell the new owners have spent a lot of time and money improving the place. The work they’ve done on the outside of the building looks fantastic! The new bright blue paint job makes the building feel more inviting and there’s way more seating than there used to be inside. Plus, there is a nice shaded area to sit and enjoy lunch now. Peeking inside while I placed my order it looks like they’ve spent a pretty penny upgrading and buying new equipment too. Very nice. We got the fried cauliflower, steak fries and chicken strips - all were as wonderful as they’ve ever been. We also got a large chocolate shake to share. They are not messing around on those large shakes, 32 ounces of deliciousness. The portions are good, we had plenty to feed 3 with what we got. Great food, super friendly staff and a nice clean environment. I’d give more than 5 stars if allowed. We love this place and we will continue coming back.“

“The "new" nuggets are actually pretty darn good. My grandpa isn't one to typically eat chicken, but I made him try one, even though he refused. I told him I was full. Lol. And even HE liked the nuggets. I got the garlic parm ones, and they were really good. 9/10 would recommend again. My only fault with them, is they're kinda weird sauce-wise. They're like too wet, if that makes sense? If you're big on texture, I wouldn't recommend these, but that's my only fault with them. Otherwise, they're darn tasty. As far as the restaurant goes, this one's my go-to. It's in a convenient location, and they've never messed up my order, so that's a plus.“

Parking: Not hard finding parking even when busy.

Kid-friendliness: A very much family oriented business and is fun for the whole family.

“I have been eating here 3 times a week since they opened. I know unhealthy. I like the burgers, fries and concretes. Though less salt on the burgers would make it better. My only complaint is often my order is wrong and I never ask for anything special. Simply a cheese burger with everything and fries. Half the time they give it to me plain with nothing on it. Not picky so i eat it anyways. I think there is a communication issue with the order box. Seems it’s hard for them to hear my order as I usually have to repeat it several times very loudly. New location, hope they work out the kinks as the food is good.“

“I had to repeat my order 4 times in the drive thru and I still received the wrong burger. I tried calling the store to tell them, but apparently they don’t have a phone that works at the moment. Contacted corporate and they said they could load a 5$ gift card to my account that I could use at a later date with a purchase. The burger I ordered was 7.00. Not the best at customer service.“

“Typical Arby's. The store was staffed by three people at noonish on a Friday. The counter woman greeted everyone as if she was just opening the doors for the first customer. I waited for a to go order and watched her greet every customer. I was impressed at the focus and determination of the THREE staff trying to take care of at least 3 dozen customers within a short timeframe. Bravo“

“Yall need to give the staff all a raise. They treated me like I was dining in at a legit resturant and not a fast food place. These people, especially that auntie, checked on me several times to make sure the food is good. What fast food place does that nowadays? I almost wish I can tip these folks.

Captain D's is my favorite fast food chain primarily because it dosent taste like fast food. The texture of the fish is very nice, and portions are good. Food is nice and hearty.

I go out of my way to come and eat here. 9/10“

“Customer service was top notch!“

“Very nice woman working the takeout counter, she was friendly and helpful. We just went inside to pick up our carryout order that was placed through the Pizza Hut app. Only downside would be that the quality of the food has went downhill as far as the large pizzas we got definitely looked more like medium pizzas and there was hardly any toppings on it which unfortunately seems to be the way most places have been doing to save money the last few years. All in all it was ok.“

“The chicken here is unmatched with their Cajun seasoning, they unfortunately forgot the biscuit in my meal as well as charged me extra for extra sauce and didn’t add it. It is what it is I just have to check in the future. I advise everyone else do the same.“

“As an employee I may be biased however I would recommend this restaurant as both a great place to eat and work. The people make it a great place to work and the slow roasted beef make it hands down, the best roast beef around. with just a touch of seasoning salt it’s great as is or add some au jus and horseradish to complete it.“

“Was here on April 27th. I felt so blessed and lucky. Was fortunate to be served by employees from Jeff city. Was like the re-grand opening this day. Great service, was just so nice and fixed the miss communication so great. Dined in. There was 5 of us. Food delicious, seasoned perfect. Just sheer delight. Hope you can catch them before they go back to Jeff City. If this store had these employees. They would definitely see their revenue double in no time.“

“It seemed like a bunch of teenagers were all working the same shift. They were laughing and having fun (from what I could hear) - It was the BEST Taco Bell I've had in a Long time. The freshest and flavorful it has is ever been.
