“Carthage, Missouri Arby's Everyone we encountered there was so very kind. From the local resident who opened the door for us and gave us coupons for dinner, to the lady behind the counter who recognized my husband as a veteran, to the law enforcement officer who also thanked us for his service. Super clean facilities added to this all-round pleasant visit. Thank you!“

“Whom it may concern, in these days and times, I don't believe some of these restaurants treat they employs or customer with respect , which I don't think is fair . Some of these so call mangers isn't perfect at all, like they don't do anything wrong .. but in my opinion I think some of these places are prejudice and don't give people a chance ?“

“Was able to order a pizza and get it exactly like I wanted it and deliver fast. And was notified of the tracking of the order.

“Pulled up to 2 different drive-in parking spots before I found one that worked. I hit the button, someone greeted me, I placed my order. Then nothing. I asked if they heard me. Nothing. Pulled into the drive-thru, placed my order and finally got it. Took it home and found out that the hot fudge on all of my hot fudge sundaes was burnt. I tried to call but it went straight to voicemail. We had to throw away the 3 sundaes. Very disappointed.“

“Nothing bad about the staff, but I dont like the fact that when I go to the counter inside that I have to use the kiosk to order my food instead of talking to a person at the counter. What's next, do we make our own food. What's funny to me is that you have to put your name in the kiosk. They have no menus on the walls. There are 2 other establishments that sells tacos.“

“While, I understand that this is saturday, and it's In 1 of your peak hours, There is no excuse for cold french fries. And there is no excuse for the sarcastic, argumentative demeanor of whoever the "manager" Was that I spoke too... Quality over quantity... The customer was not satisfied and it should have been rectified without sarcastic argumentative demeanor... No i'm not satisfied. No I will not recommend.. No I will never be going back there again...“

“They did pretty well working with a new employee. For the record, I miss the chopped salads! They cut up the meat for me at least as a courtesy that was very much appreciated. Subway corporate, if you're not going to chop the salads, could you at least provide a knife so I can chop it myself?“
