“Many, many years ago" late 70s" when I first had Mugs Up. Lived in kC, Independence, Lees summit. Mugs up was a couple times a week thing. Moved away in 91, back to Ga. Everytime I go to KC, to see family and friends I also have to visit mugs Up, my favorite as well as the Pizza Fun House.“

“My first time going to this texans toms at this location after a long day of work. it's better than any other texas toms in the city. Tasty & fresh food, great and friendly customer service. The employees are outgoing ! This is also my first review that i've ever done also, they deserve the recognition !“

“Fantastic fast food restaurant! We've been waiting to try this place since we are fans of the competitor! Needless to say, they didn't disappoint when walking in for the first time to order! The food was prepared impeccably and quite tasty! Impressive employees and facility! "Wendy" was at the helm behind the cash register and pointed us in the right direction! She was incredible to talk to and friendly! The prices were comparable to other fast food, and worth it! The sandwiches come in 3 different sizes according to the meat ordered! Impressive! The facility was near capacity and busy thru and thru! All the food ordered was the right temperature and worth purchasing! We returned a week later in the drive-thru! We weren't as impressed by the quality of the sandwiches compared to entering the restaurant! We'll be back and visit Wendy inside, rather than going thru the drive! Thank you again!“

“I only go thru the drive thru but every single time I do, the people are so NICE! And it doesn't matter who is running the window. This location is definitely not the "here's your crap" with a stoic face routine I seem to get everywhere else. Food always fresh and 🔥. Id give them 10 stars if l could!“

“Shout out to the Culver’s employee who made my beautiful strawberry fields salad this evening! It was PERFECTION!! Not only was the salad beautiful, but everything was Super Fresh! The lettuce was so very fresh & crisp; the strawberries were perfectly ripe, juicy, & freshly sliced; the grilled chicken was a generous portion & still warm, but not so hot as to wilt the lettuce. The pecans & blue cheese chunks weren’t soggy. Perfection! 😁Thanks so much!“

“I have passed Mods up numerous times. I'm not a pizza fan. Today I looked at their menu to see what they offered. $10 for an 11" unlimited toppings pizza!? I had the perfect veggie pizza in all of KC! I think I'm a pizza fan! I hope they stick around.

Vegetarian options: They offer roasted veggies. I'm not vegetarian, but I often seek out veggie dishes, they came through!

“Dropped in after School let out for my kid, ordered 2 meals. Handled an out of state tour-charter bus rather quickly and efficiently while I was there. Prolly the best fast food burger joint in town now— likely for management reasons. Happy to have stopped in for a quick bite today.“

“Just want to say thank you to the staff of this DQ! We've been coming in weekly as a Friday treat for lunch. The staff is so friendly and strives to make sure our orders are perfectly correct with a smile. Yesterday I placed an order on the App for lunch at home that contained food orders for 5 different people. Not only was the food ready exactly when promised, but the order was 100% correct and served with a smile. Not only were the details there, such as lids on the blizzards and napkins and condiments in the bags, but the food was as hot and delicious as when we order to eat in the restaurant. This is a top notch restaurant, with delicious food made by an amazing customer oriented staff! Keep up the good work everyone!“

“If you like garlic get the roasted garlic on your pizza. You get whole cloves of amazing garlic!! Makes the pizza over the top delicious.

“Previously this place didn't move like it does now and the food is better. My only criticism of this place is the bathrooms because they need a big remodel. Wings with potatoes are my favorite.

“I wish taco bell was cheaper prices and still had the 5 dollar box so that sucks but I don't have a problem with this place if they ever messed up anything they've always fixed it. “I walked into the restaurant. A young man was walking away from the register carrying something. He turned his head and acknowledged me "Welcome". He laid down what he was carrying and turned and ask how he could help me. I have not experienced that kind of courtesy since the last time I was at Chick- fila. By the time I put the lid on my drink, the young man brought me my sacked order. He told me he placed Arby Sauce, horseradish, ketchup & Berry sauce for our jalapeño poppers. He ask me what else he could get for me! He had checked all the boxes! As I walked out another man who was cleaning tables paused, waved & told me come back and see us! Excellent service. Wish I had got the name of the server. This was today 2/21/2025. I think his tag said shift manager!“

“We stopped in for a quick bite, ordered a few burgers and two of the shakes.
The burgers were reminiscent of those I bought at Steak n Shake.
There are a few historical pictures with tales of the places origin.
The service was good, the food was too and the prices won't break your piggy.“

“I love this location, staff and food! The only complaint is I was almost hit today in the drive through. There used to be 2 full lane and now they merge together, the lady who was supposed to be merging flew up on me, nearly hitting me.I think she was under the impression that there were still 2 full lanes. The need a merge sign there or someone helping with traffic.“

“My red velvet Blizzard didn't have enough red velvet flavor at all. Lots of chunks of something chewy in there but overall disappointing. My grandson was disappointed in his salted caramel truffle blizzard, preferring Wendy's salted caramel Frosty. Waited a very long time for his blizzard. Was shocked to spend over $21 for 3 medium blizzards.“

“Ate here with my family last night. Spent about $50 and got a LOT of food. Large portions! I was happy with the taco burger I ordered. The fries were GREAT! The okra was really good. My wife (who can be a complainer LOL) somehow really enjoyed everything. My daughter and picky son liked the food, too. We also had some laughs when we overheard the cook singing his heart out in the kitchen. They earned this 5-star review!“

“This is my favorite location to go to out in NKC off of Vivian, due to the customer service, the food is always fresh, and you get through the line quickly! I did the drive thru option, so I’m not sure what the atmosphere was like. Anyway I will be back. Thanks ya’ll!“

“I was so happy to hear that Whataburger is now in Kansas City. I enjoyed it so much when I lived in Phoenix. I wish it were in St Louis. The food is amazing, the chocolate malt is always amazing. I hope Whataburger becomes the next big national chain that dethrones McDonald's.“

“Had a craving for GoChickenGo so cruises on over to this one. It's not necessarily in the best neighborhood so gotta keep your eyes open. Ordered a couple "meals" and the lady apparently misheard me.. after having my order being handed to me I ensured what I was getting and she thought I had said a half order. I suggested to just keep the half order since that's all I paid for but she insisted that it was their fault and misheard so made sure to provide a full order.

“We often pop in here for a quick bite or food on the road. It's a little bit of a tough location to get in and out of just because of the flow of traffic. Oftentimes one or two things is messed up on our order but we just go ahead and roll with it“

“Don't let the outside deter you. Best dagum burrito you will ever have for $7.99. Just like the ones you get down by the TX boarder. For $7.99 this ended up being a two meal burrito due to it so big. All loaded up. I like stuff spicy hot. So if you don't like spicy spicy hot I suggest you skip the red hot sauce and jalapeños.“
