“Today was for getting my Chiefs Kingdom flag. I have eaten there many times and service is fast the food is good most of the time.“

“This place is now a good place to eat at from Monday-Sunday the service is great it’s these two guys I’ve never seen working there before that works there now and since I went I was amazed at what my decision of my out come was it was fast good and fresh I’ve been going back to this Claycomo location since I would recommend anyone to go here please give them a second chance of redemption I promise you want be disappointed I’m not so I give them 5 stars on service and 5 star overall on everything“

“Many, many years ago" late 70s" when I first had Mugs Up. Lived in kC, Independence, Lees summit. Mugs up was a couple times a week thing. Moved away in 91, back to Ga. Everytime I go to KC, to see family and friends I also have to visit mugs Up, my favorite as well as the Pizza Fun House.“

“Shout out to the Culver’s employee who made my beautiful strawberry fields salad this evening! It was PERFECTION!! Not only was the salad beautiful, but everything was Super Fresh! The lettuce was so very fresh & crisp; the strawberries were perfectly ripe, juicy, & freshly sliced; the grilled chicken was a generous portion & still warm, but not so hot as to wilt the lettuce. The pecans & blue cheese chunks weren’t soggy. Perfection! 😁Thanks so much!“

The chicken is off in texture - not specific to this location. The people working here were wonderful, and my order was correct. I'm just not a fan of the food anymore.“

“We were there for the Kentucky Fried Chicken part of the restaurant, and even before I ordered, the lady working the front register let me know that due to an oven breakdown, they did not have any biscuits prepared. But she offered me extra large sides to go along with our meal to compensate for the lack of biscuits. I thought it was great customer service that they let me know up front what was going on and they had a solution to offer, and that actually worked out great for us! We ordered a 20-piece meal and waited only a few minutes for everything to be prepared and ready to go.“

“We arrived at the lunch rush hour and ordered from the screen in the lobby. The service was prompt and the food was fresh. The staff was pretty busy but the manager still came out in the lobby and asked how our meal was and if we needed anything. She went above and beyond and kept the front line moving.“

They do a great job on keeping the lines moving by promptly preparing and pushing out orders. But sheer volume of cars can still create long lines.

Highly recommend the cherry dipped cone for those who are looking for a little something… and loves cherry flavor. Chocolate dipped is another solid option.
