“Today was for getting my Chiefs Kingdom flag. I have eaten there many times and service is fast the food is good most of the time.“

“This place is now a good place to eat at from Monday-Sunday the service is great it’s these two guys I’ve never seen working there before that works there now and since I went I was amazed at what my decision of my out come was it was fast good and fresh I’ve been going back to this Claycomo location since I would recommend anyone to go here please give them a second chance of redemption I promise you want be disappointed I’m not so I give them 5 stars on service and 5 star overall on everything“

“Many, many years ago" late 70s" when I first had Mugs Up. Lived in kC, Independence, Lees summit. Mugs up was a couple times a week thing. Moved away in 91, back to Ga. Everytime I go to KC, to see family and friends I also have to visit mugs Up, my favorite as well as the Pizza Fun House.“

“I only go thru the drive thru but every single time I do, the people are so NICE! And it doesn't matter who is running the window. This location is definitely not the "here's your crap" with a stoic face routine I seem to get everywhere else. Food always fresh and 🔥. Id give them 10 stars if l could!“

“Shout out to the Culver’s employee who made my beautiful strawberry fields salad this evening! It was PERFECTION!! Not only was the salad beautiful, but everything was Super Fresh! The lettuce was so very fresh & crisp; the strawberries were perfectly ripe, juicy, & freshly sliced; the grilled chicken was a generous portion & still warm, but not so hot as to wilt the lettuce. The pecans & blue cheese chunks weren’t soggy. Perfection! 😁Thanks so much!“

“Just want to say thank you to the staff of this DQ! We've been coming in weekly as a Friday treat for lunch. The staff is so friendly and strives to make sure our orders are perfectly correct with a smile. Yesterday I placed an order on the App for lunch at home that contained food orders for 5 different people. Not only was the food ready exactly when promised, but the order was 100% correct and served with a smile. Not only were the details there, such as lids on the blizzards and napkins and condiments in the bags, but the food was as hot and delicious as when we order to eat in the restaurant. This is a top notch restaurant, with delicious food made by an amazing customer oriented staff! Keep up the good work everyone!“

“We often pop in here for a quick bite or food on the road. It's a little bit of a tough location to get in and out of just because of the flow of traffic. Oftentimes one or two things is messed up on our order but we just go ahead and roll with it“

“Ate here with my family last night. Spent about $50 and got a LOT of food. Large portions! I was happy with the taco burger I ordered. The fries were GREAT! The okra was really good. My wife (who can be a complainer LOL) somehow really enjoyed everything. My daughter and picky son liked the food, too. We also had some laughs when we overheard the cook singing his heart out in the kitchen. They earned this 5-star review!“

My grandson was disappointed in his salted caramel truffle blizzard, preferring Wendy's salted caramel Frosty. Waited a very long time for his blizzard. Was shocked to spend over $21 for 3 medium blizzards.“

“Love the half pound roast beef! This is my go to fast food place! The half pound roast beef is So juicy and HUGE! I actually love everything on the menu! The employees are always polite and quick to get your order out. Just an overall good place!“

“I walked into the restaurant. A young man was walking away from the register carrying something. He turned his head and acknowledged me "Welcome". He laid down what he was carrying and turned and ask how he could help me. I have not experienced that kind of courtesy since the last time I was at Chick- fila. By the time I put the lid on my drink, the young man brought me my sacked order. He told me he placed Arby Sauce, horseradish, ketchup & Berry sauce for our jalapeño poppers. He ask me what else he could get for me! He had checked all the boxes! As I walked out another man who was cleaning tables paused, waved & told me come back and see us! Excellent service. Wish I had got the name of the server. This was today 2/21/2025. I think his tag said shift manager!“

“This is my favorite location to go to out in NKC off of Vivian, due to the customer service, the food is always fresh, and you get through the line quickly! I did the drive thru option, so I’m not sure what the atmosphere was like. Anyway I will be back. Thanks ya’ll!“

“We were there for the Kentucky Fried Chicken part of the restaurant, and even before I ordered, the lady working the front register let me know that due to an oven breakdown, they did not have any biscuits prepared. But she offered me extra large sides to go along with our meal to compensate for the lack of biscuits. I thought it was great customer service that they let me know up front what was going on and they had a solution to offer, and that actually worked out great for us! We ordered a 20-piece meal and waited only a few minutes for everything to be prepared and ready to go.“

“We arrived at the lunch rush hour and ordered from the screen in the lobby. The service was prompt and the food was fresh. The staff was pretty busy but the manager still came out in the lobby and asked how our meal was and if we needed anything. She went above and beyond and kept the front line moving.“

“Don't let the outside deter you. Best dagum burrito you will ever have for $7.99. Just like the ones you get down by the TX boarder. For $7.99 this ended up being a two meal burrito due to it so big. All loaded up. I like stuff spicy hot. So if you don't like spicy spicy hot I suggest you skip the red hot sauce and jalapeños.“
