My root-beer float was sensational, and was delivered fast, bubbly, and ice cold. I couldn’t ask for a better fast-food experience. The manager Martin particularly made the experience worthwhile.“

“Note: my family has been coming to JJ'S for over twenty years & have known the owners for much longer. We have our regular staff who knows us very well. It is that type of place. “Had a great experience despite the circumstances. I called when they opened to let them know I was bringing a group of 10 at a specific time in the evening! I was told, “Thanks for the heads up.” When we arrived we were told it would be 40 minutes and there was one waiter. The Hostess even called another location to see if we could get in sooner. Same wait, we decided to wait it out. We had excellent service from Katelyn and a gentleman, I unfortunately didn’t get his name who was trying to help her. Food came out fast, right and delicious. All the while Katelyn would have never made it feel as she was the only waitress in the entire restaurant. Thank you!!“

“Went on a Saturday evening at the Mid Rivers location. Wait time was around 20 minutes. Host was friendly. Waitress was wonderful, interaction was great. I had the Bourbon Street Ribeye. Compliments to the cook that was on that evening. Came out sizzling and cooked perfectly, one of the better steaks I've had in a while.

“Went out with my mom for some quality family time. She had the house margarita, chips and salsa and onion rings, I had the Ensanada Chicken, one chicken breast, with the salad, a tropical mai tai, and fried pickles. All the food was amazing! It's a bit pricey but the company was great! 😁“

I have noticed that they changed their menu recently and taken off some of the items that I will usually get. I would not have to Find a new favorite. I do love their brussels sprouts but sometimes they can't be a little salty. Their sweet potato fries are also good. Usually, they are pretty fast with their service, but if there are a few more people there, they seem to be a little slower.“

“Just ate here for the first time and it was really good. Got the bacon cheeseburger and cinnamon sugar bites with a side of icing. Everything was good. A little pricey for fast food but that's the world we live in now. Only complaint is the icing would've been better warmed up but still delicious and the staff were super friendly.“

The staff was plenty and helpful with our selections. They upgraded the interior but kept a few of the squirrel decor from before. The outside had lots of seating and we took advantage of the beautiful weather to sit outside. The wait staff was very attentive and made sure they kept the iced tea coming, and checking on us from time to time. I highly recommend this place whether you are driving or even bicycling through. This is very close to the Katy Trail, so you can park your bike and have a sit down.“

“My daughter ate at the Denver Airport Shake shack and was so impressed, she looked for one here in St. Louis/St.Charles, MO. We found one 20 min from our house and she was thrilled. We drove there to pick up the online order for 6 of us. We put the very wide bag on the back seat and came home. When we opened the car door the bag fell out and so did all the food. The fries were in a box so they were fine. The aoili opened and most spilled out and the burgers, that were just in a very small bag fellnon the concrete. We had to cut the burgers to eat only the part that remained in the bag. I am surprised that they don't wrap there to go ordered burgers. I guess the bag is ok for in house but no for travel. Also the bag that the burgers were in was so flimsy and cheap. We paid a lot of money and would have been saved of they had some kind of wrap for the burgers and a better bag. Aside from that the burgers we salvaged were amazing. I hope they change the way they wrap their to go orders.“

Parking: There are lots of spots in front, including two specifically for curbside pick-ups.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs to worry about, and there are spots designated for handicap only right by the door. There is also a handicap stall in the restroom.“

“Our server Mickell was absolutely amazing. She was friendly and went out of her way to take care of us. She was funny, upbeat, and checked on us frequently. Hands down one of the best servers we’ve ever had. Our food was equally as good and we left beyond satisfied!“

“I went to Freddy’s in Milford, OH and the drive-thru guy was SUPER FRIENDLY!!! His name was Justin! He was very welcoming and helpful and super cheerful which helped because I was having a not so good day and it cheered me up a bit! I highly recommend this location!“

“I was worried they would go out of business, but some how, this place has gotten it together. Hamburgers are just like the old days thin, well done with crispy edges. French fries are usually very good. Buns get a little greasy, but overall a huge improvement over a yr ago!!! Chili is great. Order takers are nice, friendly and efficient. This is not fast food, it's food made to order remember that please.

“This Is a dairy queen. Made the mistake of ordering pick up through door dash. Manager/employee was kind enough to point out that it is 30% cheaper to use their app as opposed to door dash. Good to know, I appreciate the tip.
