“Too early to show up at my friend's house for the drive into the city, I stopped here for a coffee and a half hour of wifi. The parking lot was clean with no trash. I was able to park the Sprinter van without difficulty.Inside, the dining room was clean. I had ordered on the app and so the bag with my McMuffin and coffee was ready when I walked up to the counter. All of the tables were clean. I was not able to find an unoccupied one with a power outlet.My coffee was prepared properly (still McDonald's hot but consistent with the brand) and the sandwich was prepared properly.Dietary restrictions: McDonald's is extremely clear about allergens. “Five starts in every way! Adorable space, impeccable service, and delightful food and drink! I brought a friend and two older adults. We each had something different--biscuits and gravy, the stuffed French toast, and a burger. Everyone loved everything. We also had drinks. I love my gin and tonic and the black pepper and? “Awesome place. Love the ambiance and decor. Came in for burgers last night and we weren't disappointed. The bar was rocking! To start, buffalo chicken dip and Fritos were a large portion for 2. Dip comes cold and was loaded with chicken. Super good. Felt like I was at a Super Bowl party- heck yeah. For entrees we got the melt with rosemary fries and the bacon jam burger with sweet potato fries. Both came out in record time, I'm not joking maybe 5-10 minutes from when we ordered. Best service ever. Both burgers were killer. Fresh, large portions, tons of flavor. The fries were both excellent as well- love the rosemary on the regular fries. The garlic aioli that the sweet potato fries come with is delicious. All around 10/10! Didn't try the drinks this time, but have heard good things so definitely will be back!“

“The burgers are giant and made to order. I had a magic mushroom burger medium rare. Be prepared for true medium rare. We also had fried pickle slices. They were fresh and ok. One thing I know is a big challenge for the bartenders is they have to make all the drinks for the whole bar , at the long top there and a couple booths next to the bar. Be patient it takes a little while for them to get back to the booth's. Also, any vegetables you order tell them to steam them.Parking: It's super busy.“

A simple hometown kind of burger and ice cream stand, they serve up a fantastic orange freeze, root beer floats, concretes, sundaes, shakes and tasty apps and burgers. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic and make ordering a breeze once you settle on your delicious choice. There are a couple seats close to the building, but most of the time we eat in the car or take food home. Go and enjoy a refreshing treat or try the pork fritter sandwich. You won't regret it!“

East of Broadway has been a mix of mostly industrial and some residential properties for many years. Riverside Diner is on the corner. We went in early and saw lots of people, yet a few open booths. We got one and saw people at the bar watching Cheers. It was an appropriate opening, because there were lots of people coming in and out, and yes, they did know their names. We ordered the 2x2x2x2 special with French toast (usually comes with pancakes) and a South Side slinger. While I was remiss and did not get a full photo of my husband's 2x2x2x2, I did get one of my slinger and taste his French toast. Everything was well prepared and my slinger with sourdough toast was a stellar representation of this classic dish. Would highly recommend them.“

“The food was below par but everything else was great. I got a table right away and was served by Kaitlyn. If you are able to request being in her section, do it! I was never worried about waiting to oder and when I did, my drink came very soon after. I got the garlic French dip and I think it's over priced for how little good lean meat you get. A few bites had too chewy of fat. Half of the homemade chips were crispy so that was nice, but I would've loved every chip to be able to break in half and not bend.Still, you should go and give this place a shot!“

The had a ton of sports memorabilia, and TVs visible from any angle, playing a variety of different events. My only complaint, and it's no fault of the restaurant, is parking sucked. “Quite busy for a Thursday evening but we sat down and we're immediately waited on. Beer was cold and the prices are very reasonable. Had the pork tenderloin sandwich. It was huge. We are old people so we usually split our meals but this left us both leaving satisfied. The atmosphere is that of a hometown pub which made us feel at back home.
