“Cookies are good but price point is a bit high think I spent around 19/20 for a box of 6 w a 10-15% tip:/ (edit to add that cookies are served chilled just found out, and I do prefer it- if I want to warm it up I can-just not what I was expecting), perfect for my fruity choices honestly tho, recommend warming up in the microwave just like 4-7seconds for other options-very much enjoyed a pb and Nutella cookie this way.“

We ordered four cookies: the Strawberry Cookie, Oreo Cookie, Birthday Cookie, and the Toffee Cake. Each one was absolutely amazing—rich flavors, perfect textures, and a real treat for me and my two daughters! Crumbl consistently delivers on quality, and we loved every bite.

However, the service on December 2nd around 6 PM left a bit to be desired. The middle-aged woman taking orders seemed impatient as we decided between two cookies, even though there was no line behind us. It made the experience less enjoyable and felt unnecessarily rushed.

To the Crumbl leadership team (CEO, COO): Please ensure all staff are trained on the importance of friendly and welcoming customer service. It's just as vital as the quality of your cookies.

“I ordered a gluten free, chocolate cake with chocolate icing and raspberry filling for a friends 30th birthday party. Everyone absolutely loved the cake. Some of us compared it to tasting brownie like, as it is a very thick cake. They were able to make the cake with a two weeks notice & they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back when I need more special cakes made!“

“When I needed a cake for an impromptu party I decided only 12 days ahead on, I picked up the phone and called Sweet Spot Cake Shoppe and reached out to Donna. I had a kinda, round about idea of what I was after, but honestly I just wanted 1/4 sheet 1/2 chocolate 1/2 white with LIGHT icing and I wanted the USMC Globe and Anchor logo and a RR track around the perimeter. Her FIRST ATTEMPT (that's right 1st) was a Grand Slam. This cake is for a Vietnam Combat Veteran Marine and I wanted it perfect. SSCS blew my expectations out of the water. In fact, I'd say came in about 20-25% less than the same at the big chain bakeries, not to mention it was one fresh, perfect cake, nothing misspelled or 3" of frosting on top of some dried out 4 day old cake that was mass produced. Made to order and more affordable! 5 stars across the board! Thanks for making the party complete!“

“Inquired about an apple pie today. They got back quickly and let them know I would be there today. We got there and they saved an apple crumble for me! The smores brownie was the BEST brownie I have ever had. You can tell everything is baked with love and care! Thank you for treating me and my boys like family. 🫶 We will be back!“

“I drove 30 minutes to be able to try the Venezuelan sweets and savory food. Everything was DELICIOUS!!! The bread that was used for the food is very soft and tastes fresh. You can really tell that the food is made with a lot of care. Some of my personal favorites are the cachitos filled with ham and bacon and turkey and cream cheese. My favorite bombas is the one filled with the pastry cream. The pastry cream has the perfect level of sweetness. I highly recommend that you try this food. You won’t be disappointed ?“

“I've stopped in the Cottleville location a couple of times and have really enjoyed the sausage and gravy and the sausage, bacon and cheese ones. It's a very good, very quick breakfast that's a little different from the norm.“

But I ordered it with grilled chicken and got no chicken on it :) so I basically spent $12 for quinoa, Greek yogurt and black beans. Didn’t check it till I got home. “I was craving this place ever since my coworker bought a tray of pretzels from here to a party. He said that for the amount they give, it's a good price. I went in today and got the pretzel bucket of rivets and it was so good and so was the price. You get a lot, plus two sauces. The sauces were good and there's many to choose from. The staff were very nice and the place was clean. Definitely will be back!!“
