“We ordered takeout last night, for the first time since the new owners had their grand opening. We ordered several dishes for sharing, cashew chicken, chicken lo mein, beef pepper steak, chicken pad Thai, chicken fried rice, Rangoon, egg rolls, and hot/sour soup. Everything was delicious!“

“I don’t have any complaints about this place. The staff were friendly and seemed alright to me. They helped me and got me my food quickly. It is Panda Express so if you don’t like that it might not be great but it is in a food court so you got plenty of options. The portion was great, I got the one main dish and one side bowl. It was under ten bucks (I didn’t get a drink though). It was hot and tasted great. No complaints about this place!!“

“NO vegetables in Shrimp St. Paul sandwich. Sweet & Sour Shrimp was 1 container of plain white rice, NO vegetables anywhere, the "shrimp" (2/3 plain fried breading & 1/3 shrimp) was NOT cooked in sweet & sour sauce, and packed separately. Quality is now abominable.“

“This was such a cute little family owned restaurant. While it looked like most people picked up for delivery, you can eat in and they give you paper plates. We ordered the popcorn chicken which had fried basil in it and it was so unexpected and delicious! My littles loved the stir fry noodles. Also unexpected was what they called Chicken Chili stir fry! The pork belly melted in our mouths!! Absolutely delicious. We will be back“

“We were very disappointed that the sauce which came with the steamed dumplings appetizer has been changed significantly. Is way too spicy. Even the meat on the Mongolian Beef was not as tasty. Also, we used to be able to get sweet and sour pork even though not on menu, but now can't. Whoever changed the menu's and recipes should reconsider to avoid reduction in business. Thanks.“

“There’s a reason Cate Zone is a frequently celebrated restaurant in the St. Louis subreddit. It’s one of the best places in town and represents beautifully the diversity of the city. So many standout dishes: the crispy fish or shrimp, eggplant, tofu, cumin lamb, bok choy… Protip: go with a group of at least four and arrive at opening to get a table with no wait. Order n + 1 dishes and at least one order of crispy fish. Feast, everyone takes home a box of leftovers, and it’s never more than $30 a person.“

“This is my favorite go to Chinese restaurant in St Louis!! All the dishes are sooo good, so good that I have to get 2-3 each time and have leftovers. My go to dishes are chicken n broccoli ( healthier), general tsos and the mei fun noodles Singapore style bc it has a little more pazazz with a light curry flavor!! “Movoc Hot Pot is a really solid option for malatang, especially in the St. Louis area. I was impressed by the selection of seafood (scallops, abalone, mussels) and meats. The pricing felt a bit high at $15.99/lb, but the variety of food options justifies it. The sauce bar was lacking compared to other malatang places. Free rice is available for dine-in and $2 for take-out. There were labels for the ingredients, and ingredients were constantly being stocked. Overall, it's a really solid food spot, and I will definitely be coming back when I'm craving malatang.“

“The BEST Chinese restaurant in Saint Louis. I cannot stress how clean the restaurant is and how great the food and service are. It is so hard to find a great Chinese sit down restaurant and this is the place. Fresh, delicious and always hot. I recommend this restaurant to everyone that I know. The egg dishes, such as St. Paul's and Egg Food Young, seem to contain double the eggs compared to other restaurants. I will be back to try the Teriyaki Chicken as you requested! Also, I love your presentation with the egg foo young! It keeps the egg warmer!“

“Hosts were attentive and frequently refilled our water cups. Everything was freshly made and hot despite it was a later dinner for us. Some food was bland (mushrooms) until combined the sauce from another dish. Buffet was reasonably priced at 12.95. We'll definitely be returning!“

“For what it is it’s pretty great. It’s a local family owned restaurant. They are always very nice. The prices are great, and the crab Rangoon are killer. I wouldn’t expect the best plate you have had, that’s tough in Stl. We have a great Chinese food scene here, but this place is a solid go to if you are in the area.

“If you are craving great Chinese food, please consider giving this amazing little place a try. I found them during the pandemic and I think for an entire year while delivery was free on DoorDash I ordered them twice a week. The food was that incredible!

During that time I lived with my roommate and this place hooked us up with amazing portion sizes. We loved the Mai Fun noodles and there was always leftovers even between two people with one order! Honestly I still crave those noodles every few months or so, along with the teriyaki chicken kebabs; even with my regular order, there hasn't been a dish I've disliked so far in 4 almost 5 years.

I've never dined inside the establishment, but when I pick up my order it's always clean, the atmosphere is bustling, and the staff is so friendly. I'm not even ordering their food currently, and I didn't just finish a meal. I just noticed a past order and thought about how I needed to tell everyone how great this place is. 10/5 stars.“

All establishments vary in prep so please let them know your preference ahead of time. Cannot say enough good about the crispy fried wings and fried rice dishes. “first time coming to this place and wow. the food here was amazing even the fried rice which has peas and carrots in it. now for those who are local to St Louis know that peas and carrots don't typically go in Chop Suey fried rice but this place is the exception. besides the fried rice being phenomenal the roasted duck is delicious. but the star of the show was the pickled vegetables that came with the roasted duck. I am a person that absolutely hates cucumbers, but the way they pick up these cucumbers with the carrots was divine. I could have ate these things like grapes they were that delicious and I absolutely loath cucumbers. so all in all I give this place a solid 9.7 out of 10 rating scale.“

The Chongqing spicy broth added a great but not overbearing heat, while the sweeter Sukiyaki style broth paired perfectly with the beef we received. “Large portion of combination plate. Ordered to-go general two’s chicken. Large crispy chicken pieces, broccoli, good sauce but not spicy (ordered regular, it said spicy). White rice is basic good white rice, not jasmine. Crab ragoon only sweet cream cheese filling, placed in same container as food, causes them to get softer. Still tastes very good. Great price for portion of food! Placed order online. Easy.

Parking: Drive thru window on side for take out orders. Small inside no seating, take out is best.“
