2. Even though I was given an extra half pour for the extra long wait in getting my (1) order of wings, which I appreciate greatly, it still took far too long to get my (1) order of wings.

1. The Kickin' Buffalo wings are out of sight (especially with a Rumple Minze shooter)

“The rudest manager I have ever met. the restaurant was only about 30% full and the hostess would not seat us at the table we wanted to sit at, even though 70% of the tables were empty. I asked her to ask the manager, and we still couldn't sit at the table we wanted. So, we decided to leave. On the way out, I stopped at the hostess desk and very politely asked her to pass along to the manager why we were leaving so that he would be aware because if I were manager, I would want to know why my customers left before ordering.. The manager came up behind me while I was telling her that and interrupted me saying to stop talking because he was aware of my opinion. He went on to say that he had been doing this for a long time and knows what he is doing. When I started to respond, he interrupted me again shouting "Stop talking!" and then, "Just leave!" I had made my request for the table very politely and was also very politely asking the hostess to let him know that we were leaving for that reason. To be interrupted twice and yelled at and told to stop talking and just leave in the manor he did so was outrageous behavior verging on threatening. I will never return and will encourage all the groups I routinely go to sports bars with to never return. If you are going to a sports bar to watch your favorite teams, this is definitely NOT the place to go. You will likely not be able to watch the teams you like and will get yelled at if you try. Customer service is definitely not something this place values.“

“I’ve been here twice. First time was for my bachelorette party. This boat was perfect! We were put up in the karaoke room right away and our server came up frequently to make sure we had enough drinks and everything was good. It was the perfect night! Then we went again yesterday for my birthday. The drinks were fantastic and there was plenty to keep us entertained while waiting for our turn in the karaoke room. The only flaw in the night was fixed right away by the amazing security staff and the manager! I would only suggest a better system for the karaoke waitlist. We were called for our room and went up only to be told by the waitress (who did not check the waitlist) that someone else had the room and even though they booked after us we needed to leave. I wish I had gotten the names of the security staff and manger because when we brought this issue to them they resolved it right away and we were able to enjoy some karaoke to end the night. Thank you to all the security staff and the manager (those 5 stars for you) for helping end our night on a good note! I will alway recommend this place to people and will gladly go here for any birthday in the future! ❤️ Also we did not eat here but we saw Nachos coming out that looked absolutely 🔥 and if the kitchen had still been open we would have ordered some!“

“I love the Fireplace. It's basically a neighborhood type dive bar. Very friendly people, good drinks and small food offering. They have a pool table, game machines and the best karaoke on Fri and Sat nights.

They have recently had a bit of a facelift and the place looks great. They have also elevated their drinks with holiday special menus. I love the fall caramel apple martini! DELICIOUS! They also make a great white russian for a reasonable price. I've had the smore's dessert which is a cool experience and the pizza which is consistent and good. Service is quick and friendly and sometimes they even have a employee offering food samples.

I really enjoy that the karaoke crowd is kind and there to have a good time. They are friendly and will sing with you and cheer you on. The guy who runs karaoke is polite and does his best with your songs and rotating the list of singers.

They also have the cleanest restrooms I have ever experienced in a bar! This is not the kind of bar you go to and avoid using the restrooms, its one where you feel comfortable and they always have soap and towels for handwashing!

The only downside is that their parking lot is tiny and once its full, you are basically out of luck. There isn't any overflow parking, so I do recommend carpooling if you can.

“I never even knew this place was here, 15 minutes from where i live. It is cozy with a cool atmosphere for music. It almost reminded me of a small pageant. Its in a historic building. The inside has a nice feel with exposed brick, wood, beams, and wiring but tastefully decorated. Nice bar is there. they DO NOT SERVE FOOD, but they allow patrons to bring in takeout. Im so glad I discovered it. I will be back.“

“This was very very busy place. The food was very good. I ordered a vodka cran in a short glass- very pricey. Rail vodka shot $6, separate charge for the cranberry, $.50. some places do it that way. I'm Not a fan. Fun times, great place, nice people, busy. They don't need me to be a fan of how they manage their inventory. Imagine that. 🤪“

She didn't even care about the issues either. No "sorry I'm terrible at my job." Nothing. Her name was "Kerrie" and you should avoid her. Was told there was no manager on duty on a Saturday night so that's cool too. Three other bartenders seemed uninterested in helping too. Won't go back and I'll tell everyone else the same thing. I would like to shout out to the door guy. He at least provided some customer service when I had an issue“

“I walked into a classy interior and sat at the bar. I was welcomed there by the owner and he made me feel like a king. I had some fine tequila and ordered the duck. Both were fantastic. The service was wonderful. One of the best duck breast dishes I ever had. Hats off to Westchester for a positive experience“

“My parents frequent this restaurant. This was my first time. Our server was genuinely sweet and kind and the food was phenomenal. “We had a lovely dinner at NOTO last night. One thing I like about NOTO is their menu changes seasonally which keeps it fresh and exciting. They have amazing Neapolitan pizza which was certified by AVPN in Italy. Service was spectacular. Charming atmosphere. I started off with NOTO house salads. Chefs kiss. Mortadella is a no-brainer for me. My partner got the Salsiccia. They were absolutely delicious. The whole experience definitely brought us back to Italy. We also liked the patata a lot. I did make a reservation one month in advance but it’s worth the wait. Highly recommended!“

I must say the food was really good but, our appetizer came out which was the spicy Mac & cheese bites, they were good but cold in the center. I let the waitress know and she apologized. She took them back and bought a freshly made order and they were steaming hot and excellent! I got the double smash burger, which was really good, but it was cooked more like a regular hamburger because on a Smashburger the edges are crispy which adds to the flavor. My hamburger SB edges, even though it was a really good burger! I I would still recommend eating here because the food is really good and the service is excellent! I get it some days,there are off days and maybe that’s what happened. But we will definitely be back!“

My husband looked at me like I was crazy when I read off dates but the slight sweetness against all of that savory is what made it!! We also tried the Fatty B, Meat me in St Louie, Magic Carpet Ride, and the Gyro. They were all amazing but the Gonzo and the Gyro were my favorites. The Magic Carpet Ride is also a must try if you're into mushrooms.“

“We went to Syberg's yesterday ... always our spot to meet up with our son and his girlfriend. Service was great, food was delicious..... and the lobster mac was AMAZING! Full of chunks of lobster! Syberg's on Dorsett is one of our favorites! We drive almost two hours to eat there 🙂“

And a drink that was ordered by one of our party didn't come with the other drinks, and it was at least 20 minutes later before we were told that that drink was no longer available. The replacement drink took another 15 minutes. We didn't have this issue when we had dined there two other times in the past year.“
