“Night and day experience comparing this location to the one in creeve coeur. The ellisville location cannot handle the surge of customers like other locations can. Exspect a much longer wait here. It's still impressive. The amount of customers they can handle, but not when you're expecting it to go through as quickly as other locations.“

Ham and cheese on a Gonnella roll. I love a Gonnella roll because it reminds me of my childhood in Chicago. Ham was good but nothing special. The provolone melted nicely and the veggies were very fresh.“

“I have alpha gal which has made it tricky to eat out at times. I received the best treatment I've ever experienced since having it. Both the server and manager took the time without making me feel like a burden (though I know it is one) to find something that would work. The manager also delivered my main to assure me it was handled with care. Blown away by the care and service.“

My husband went up there the morning of the party, and they were able to make enough food for 30 people for pick up by that afternoon! “I belong to a group that is Dudes, Dining & Destinations, and we kind of ambushed this place, Mad Dog and Cats Steak today, sunday August 9th 2026. We had about 25/30 of us. The 2 waitresses we had, Mel B and Kara B were awesome. I had the French Onion Soup and Patty Melt and my friend had the side salad with a beef brisket sandwich. They both came out in a timely manner, was very tasteful and plentiful, even took left overs home even. If you find yourself out in st Charles area sometime , stop by and check them out. Cool little place.“

“Absolutely fantastic food. Staff is always welcoming and accommodating. It dose get very busy so if you go during a rush hour it can get quite loud inside. Though there is out door seating as well.

A regular spot for myself I will continue to enjoy!“

“Dined here tonight and the team was so pleasant, food was quick and wonderful and I was just relaxing as I am traveling for work and just wanted to sit in silence for a few minutes, and Fisher C (employee) so nicely was keeping the restaurant clean, and took my tray and asked if I wanted a refill. Yes that seems small, but the kindness he showed and just so thoughtful meant a lot! Highly recommend this location!“

“I can't believe I'm reviewing a salad bar in a grocery store, but I eat it multiple times a week so might as well. The ingredients are fresh, there's a lot of variety, and the price is unbeatable. Getting a full lunch for under $6 these days is excellent. My only minor gripe is that the available dressings aren't very good or particularly healthy. I just pack my salad container full and use my homemade oil/vinegar dressing.

And if anyone from the company sees this, the slaw/mix with the kale and brussels sprouts in it is by far the best...please keep it in stock year round if possible.“

“If you’re like me, you like crispy, thin crust pizza with fresh ingredients and MOZZARELLA cheese. This place delivers! This was some of the best thin crust pizza I’ve had in the area. I ordered a bacon/pineapple and sausage/pepperoni. Both were so delicious we were fighting over the last few slices.

I had a rough experience my first time as they were struggling with a short staff. I originally posted a poor review and the owner reached out to me personally. The owner was super cool and apologized for the experience and offered me a gift card. Their response totally turned around my experience and impression. I will most certainly come back! Excellent pizza and excellent service.“

“West County doesn't have a lot of restaurants offering a vegan menu AND a regular menu. Enter Smokee Mo's. Very pleased with their vegan offerings. If you are vegan or plant based but still want that BBQ flavor I strongly recommend. In addition, their friendliness and customer service are have always been top notch. Highly recommend.“

“We came here on a Friday night to meet up with friends, have dinner and drinks. It was a really nice evening so we sat outside. The tables were all filthy and I never saw anyone cleaning them. I cleaned my own. The trash cans were full and this was at 430 pm. Was a bit disappointed to see so many young families and what seemed to be more infants and toddlers than adults. Kids running all over the place, tossing bean bags and taking over the games area. Felt more like a kids playground here.“

“I just did a drive thru pick up, food was good but service was average. No one was saying anything at the intercom till I spoke up so waited a few minutes. Then pulled to window never greeted just my food handed to me and stared at. Well atleast my food was ready on time and tasted good.“

“Service is okay. Sometimes this location is understaffed so orders may take a little longer to get out during busy hours. It's a smaller location made for mobile pickup orders instead of the usual dine-in cafe that everyone is familiar with so they don't have the usual white plates. Some people may find it inconvenient but they need to know that this location added on its dine-in service and drive-thru service. One thing that needs to be worked on is making sure orders are correct and include everything. Managers there are absolutely wonderful and are willing to accommodate for any inconveniences. This is a newer location so people need to be more patient with the staff. I think this location can have great potential in the future with a few adjustments.“

“Been going to Bread co for years!!! - but now the quality is just not what it used to be. For one have no idea why they stopped baking sour dough??? Plus half the bowl is empty when I order soup! And it wasn’t even piping hot like it’s supposed to be. And at this location there was only one person working who wasn’t even friendly- just blah! 😃 as it is it was a pretty dismal atmosphere- maybe one person there and the music was on or not can’t remember. They had just cleaned the floor and it was so wet I was scared to walk! I thought usually it’s dried when wet - but I guess not here.“

“If you know anything about me, I love Bread Co! I especially love their restrooms. Today’s visit to the Chesterfield location was a little different. This location is relatively newer yet, I don’t think the bathroom is laid out very well. One stall was very little. Due to this, I question all my life decisions by using it. Thankfully there was more than one option to use.

I would like to give a special thanks to the person who pee’d on the toilet seat that I’m currently sitting on as I type this. It’s such a hot day, and the wetness helps cool my body.“
