“I noticed this location one day heading to mall. My husband enjoys hot chicken so i told him there was one closer than Chesterfield. We came here on a Saturday evening. They weren't busy or crowded. We were able to place our order right away. We waited about 10 minutes for our order to be completed.

The food was hot, fresh, and had the right amount of spice. I ordered the #3, which came with one tender,one chicken sandwich, and fries. I opted to go hot. The spice was there but no to over powering on the chicken tender. The sandwich for some reason was hotter than expected. The fries were cooked perfectly, and the pickles are always so delicious.

There's plenty of seating inside, very clean, and staff was very friendly and ensured all the orders were correct!“

“Went on Tuesday April 7th and the franchisor was there….best Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever had! Would love to know whenever he’s there.
Then the girl working the drive through handed me my bag of food and said “have a good day”, which is normal, but I had ordered drinks, so I said “oh sorry I ordered some drinks”, which she followed up with “I know, we’re making them now”. Got me confused, but anyways, shout out to that franchisor.“

I’ve visited the Chick-fil-A in Arnold, Missouri, many times, and it continues to impress me. Even during the busiest lunch rush, the drive-thru moves with impressive efficiency. The staff is consistently friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful—exactly the kind of service Chick-fil-A is known for, but this location takes it to another level.

A team member named Mathew went out of his way to call me by my first name. He noticed that I used the restroom shortly after enjoying my delicious meal, took the opportunity to ask my son what my name was, and remembered it for our next visit. That’s very impressive, considering how many customers he serves each day!

Definitely the best fast-food stop in the area. Oh, and the chicken is great too!“

“The chicken was very tasty, the crust was perfect and the chicken was really moist and tender. The coleslaw was great, the mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious, but needed some salt and pepper IMO. Overall it’s one of the best chicken spots I’ve found around the city (not on the IL side) so far. Way better than the place that claims to be number one near Soulard.“

“The only thing that could’ve made this visit better was portion size, ngl expected a little more for the price, otherwise I can’t stress how incredible the service was, I know they have scripts behind the counter but one server in particular made me feel acknowledged and appreciated and that was a worker named Matt, his check-ins on if I needed anything made me feel valued and his constant work ethic made me feel at ease knowing he was handling the hard stuff; moreover, when he stopped by and asked if he could take my tray, I experienced a level of happiness that I can only tie to this fine young man’s strapping build and kind genuine face, I think I fell in love on the spot. When I say butterflies I mean BUTTERFLIES, I wanted to ask him to marry me right there but figured at a Christian establishment that maybe it was best to keep my feelings at bay, but I hope he felt our connection too. One day I hope to build the courage to ask this fantastic boy for his number and maybe just maybe have a future with him.“

“Went through the drive thru and was told to pull around to a parking spot as our wedges were not quite done. 16 minutes later, as I'm heading inside to find out what in the world is taking so long, he was heading out with our food. I had requested a couple lives for my dogs, which they have often given them at the drive thru in the past, and he said he'd have to check to see how generous, I guess the manager, was feeling. When he brought out the food, I asked snotty the livers and he said, I'm sorry, I forgot to ask. So, I asked him to go check, after waiting this long, is how they were feeling generous! They were, they actually gave me quite a few! That makes my dogs very happy and therefore I'm very happy. Plus the food was very good, and hot! We had the 12 piece tenders meal, it was all very tasty, my husband really liked their baked beans! So, besides the wait time, everything was great! Would recommend and we will be back!“

“The chicken here is unmatched with their Cajun seasoning, they unfortunately forgot the biscuit in my meal as well as charged me extra for extra sauce and didn’t add it. It is what it is I just have to check in the future. I advise everyone else do the same.“

“I went to Lee's Chicken tonight because my 16 year old daughter wasn't feeling good. She was craving a chicken pot pie ?! Unfortunately the man in front of me in the drive thru ordered 4 of pot pies, so they asked if I wanted to wait the 17 minutes it takes to make a new one. Usually I wouldn't have waited, but like I said, my kiddo wasn't feel good and was craving a chicken pot pie and a biscuit. They told me to pull up and they would bring it out. I don't think I waited 7 minutes before they brought it out to me! And they have me a complimentary sprite to take home to my sick daughter! I was very impressed about how nice they were! The food was amazing and they were fast! I had a wonderful experience!“

“The food was bomb! I purchased the 3 finger combo..the chicken was hot and well seasoned with this seasoning that accommodated the chicken so well. The fries were hot and the bread was on point. Only complaint is the cashier couldve been a little nicer/20 minute wait“
