“About every other order I a, missing an item. Last night ordered a tenderloing with lettuce, tomato and onilion on the side. When I got ome the Lettuce. tomatoe and onoin were not there, Not good. Another time my order of french fries were not include I see drive thru people stoping to check their order- thismust be a common issue. Wonderfil food amd employees. But when you dot get the food you ordered and paid for it kinda spoils everything“

“Tried this for the first time and we were very impressed. I got the cream cheese burrito with pork and my husband got the beef chimichanga. Both were delicious and we left stuffed (and I had some leftovers to take home). They brought out chips and salsa, the chips were hot, clearly fresh, and the salsa was flavorful. Total came to $26 (plus tip) which is comparable to some fast food restaurant. Good service! After today, we’ll be back!“

“Went through the drive thru to grab the cement mixer flavor of the day. Oreo cheesecake!! The double line was long so I thought I was in for a wait. I was up to the speaker in no time to place my order. The young man was super friendly and efficient. I was off with my favorite treat in no time. Super great experience.“

“It would be unusual for me to review a BR, but our server was so good and conscientious I wanted to take the time. Obviously having read some of the other reviews I can’t comment on management, but the employee we encountered took the time to sweep the M&Ms off of the floor in front of us, wash his hands put gloves on make two perfect scoops of ice cream all with a smile on his face and was very appreciative about a small tip.“

“110% recommend this location. I work on Douglas and today was my third and last poor experience with Douglas location. After waiting almost 20 minutes (thank goodness the card reader wasn’t working this time so I didn’t have to worry about a refund), I drove to third street and got the same order in less than five minutes. Both locations were equally as busy. Not sure what the problem is at Douglas, but they could learn a lot from 3rd st.“
