“Parking: Other than being slow to take orders, the drive-through service is very good.

The delivery service at dinner time still leaves a lot to be sorry about. Inaccurate orders with missing items constantly, food thrown together with little reguard for ascetics, often cool or cold by the time you receive your order, likely because they will deliver multiple orders to deliver at once -- taking up to 30 minutes AFTER they leave the store, when my home is 5-6 minutes away.“

“I came at 12:49am my order was $27.65 the over night workers was a man and woman. They were Very polite , the woman who took my order read it back the man who cash me out made sure my food was hot fresh everything was in the bag wasn’t missing anything! And even gave me an extra bag when i ask. And i know overnight food & service isn’t the best. But if Im in the area again i will be coming back.“

“City Coffee House & Creperie is a great place to escape, the vibe is that of a hidden cafe. The food is always great, I love their lemon curd crepe, opted for the waffle this time to celebrate National Pancake Day (a waffle is just a pancake with cups to hold the syrup I’ve been told). You cannot go wrong with any selection on the board. Fresh ingredients and great staff!!“

“Great atmosphere! I love all the colors and the inspiring vibe. There are lots of seating options to choose from—whether you prefer a soft, cozy seat or a taller, bar-height spot. There’s even a workspace that’s super soothing.

I had my usual vanilla latte, and it was delicious—no complaints! It came in a glass instead of a mug, but that’s not a big deal. The music was awesome too. I didn’t even bother putting on my own playlist because it felt like they were already playing my favorite songs.

“Just randomly stopped by this coffee shop on the way in from Houston, and I got to say this was luck of the draw. They have great coffee from the pour-overs, to all espresso and espresso based drinks. The atmosphere was great and the art was superb.“

“Visited Road Crew for the first time today! Great, open atmosphere inside. The bar staff was helpful and kind. They responded amicably when I asked for more dairy in my cold brew. The cold brew was strong, bold, and held up to this heat! Bonus fact, I saw TWO dogs during my visit!“

“My friend told me about Shaw's Coffee half a year ago. As a regional coffee connoisseur, I added it to my STL coffee list and popped in one random day.

The building itself is stunning, the high ceilings and gorgeous tin ceiling make it feel cozy even on the rainiest of days. There are a handful of tables inside and outside of Shaw's and can be hard to score on the weekend. I suggest asking a lone person at a 4 top if they wouldn't mind sharing as the customers are overall friendly.

My favorite days at Shaw's are when Shane roasts the coffee beans 🫘 right in front of you. The whole store smells like coffee heaven and makes me want to purr like a contented cat. I wish they would do talks about roasting, the process and machine etc. But maybe that is just me being a nerd.

The bariastas are so patient, friendly and kind! When the seasonal drinks change they are always helpful to recommend what they like (which I enjoy !). Order a coffee flight! Try all the delicious seasonal varieties and then try them again a few weeks later when the newest flavors change over.

My mom forgot she had changed her mind from biscuits and gravy to a different meal, and she initially asked if she would be getting gravy before I reminded her she had changed her mind on her order. “Maplewood Deli and Coffeehouse is my haven away from home where my dogs are treated like royalty. Frequent visits from my favorite guys Shane and Archie are always a delight. When I indulge, my absolute favorite is their lavender honey latte, the most soothing and relaxing drink I've ever savored. I adore their avocado toast, which may require a pinch of salt and pepper, but paired with eggs, sun-dried tomatoes, onions, and their other delectable options, it's a match made in heaven. Their breakfast sandwiches featuring herbal cream cheese are a game-changer - incredibly delicious and deserving of accompaniment with every order. The service is exceptionally friendly, kind, and welcoming, with the female owner being an absolute gem. “Took my husband to Hive this morning for Father’s Day breakfast. The wait staff is great! I had the absolutely delicious lamb chops, eggs, and breakfast potatoes while he had pancakes. He enjoyed one of my lamb chops to complete his meal. I highly recommend Hive if you want to have a great breakfast!“

“Nice cozy setting that’s good for catching up with friends or getting some studying/work done. Coffee tasted pretty good but food (lunch) was kind of meh. We got chipotle chicken sandwich and turkey pesto club. The chicken was bland and kind of chewy in places. The turkey club was below average. It wasn’t toasted and didn’t even have a slice of tomato. Pesto was minimal with pretty boring nonexistent flavors. Might go back to try some breakfast and more coffee.“

“After my favorite water bagel place closed after many years (the owners became too old and ill to continue the business) I had to find another establishment to replace it. I am happy to report these are authentic, delicious, and provide a modern twist. The flavors are classic (everything) and new (rosemary salt) and the service was efficient. “Cold brew w/ cold foam was delicious! They were nice and quick and the place was clean and cozy. I was bummed they didn't have nitro though it was on the menu. We got egg&cheddar biscuits and they were EXTREMELY crumbly, like eventually I gave up eating the biscuit part. The egg was dry. Would recommend a different food choice“
