“Fast service and delicious. I’m from New Orleans and I just relocated here but I was impressed. I normally only want the crab but EVERYTHING was amazing and the potatoes were seasoned through and through. It wasn’t salty at all and not overdone with the butter. The shrimps were cooked perfectly, not rubbery and the sausage was good. I don’t like spicy foods so I tried the honey garlic butter. I absolutely loved it and was completely satisfied. The prices weren’t bad either. It’s a lot of food.“

“We actually had a fantastic time at Broadway oyster bar, which we always do. You always accommodate my wheelchair at the front table, which gives me easy access in and out since it is quite a truck to the bathroom because of having to leave the building and re-entering, but I don't mind that your venue is very much worth it. The food was fantastic last night. I had a Caesar salad and the rest of my party had full meals, but that was the best Caesar salad. I think I've ever had in the band LAKA of course is the absolute best even if she is one of my closest friends“

“We had a table reserved and arrived a few minutes early. The place was packed but they immediately seated us and were very attentive. We were quickly waited on, drinks showed up, order taken and food was on our table very timely. Friendly staff, excellent food and great prices. We could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend!“

“Evangeline’s has a classic Central West End vibe, with charming patio seating, a modern New Orleans–style interior, great Cajun food, and live music. Our table enjoyed gumbo, shrimp and grits, and beans-and-rice dishes, along with excellent wine. We were there on a Thursday, when ambient noise was lower, so the music was a little loud for our table conversation, but we took dessert to go and thoroughly devoured that too. After taking our Grandchildren for pics with Santa, we stopped at Charlie Gitto's and were WOWED by Melissa and her teammates. Our four grandkids; ages 13 to 1, were all treated with respect, acknowledged and included, and able to see for themselves what kind of great service they should both provide in their future careers and expect from the providers they choose. The food was great, (veal, steak, seafood pasta, calamari, mocktails and cocktails, apps to dessert all was wow.) The table was perfect for our needs. The kids weren't trapped in a booth so if they needed they could have gone to restroom... but they were never bored or impatient. Everything was timed perfectly. Our Middle fella could watch the kitchen while he anticipated his dessert. Melissa coordinated the food runners, bussers etc all while making sure we had all we needed for a wow evening. Seriously.. management... listen.. I don't know her but If I thought I could hire Melissa away... I'd try. Do what you need to keep her and people will keep coming back. My wife and our grandchildren were all very happy to have a dinner we won't forget. Bottom line... the kids talked more about dinner than they did about Santa. “We wanted Italian food and we decided to go on the hill to Zia‘s. We ordered pasta dishes, which was extremely nice portion size. The bread was delicious when you dip it in olive oil. I also had the French martini which was delicious. I think if you have a taste for Italian food pasta, you couldn’t find a better place.“

The only thing that was lacking was our waitress seemed a little put off being there. She was timely and attentive, but really not very friendly. This has not been the case on any other visit to your restaurant.“

“It’s a semi nice lil spot but could use some HEAVY renovations. The crowd is older so I’m all for that the drinks are on point. However, on my last visit I was at the bar & I accidentally spilled my drink, while trying to pay, and the bartender informed she could remake it but there would be a $10 surcharge (mind you there is no signage of any kind around the bar stating this 🙄)to do so and that was on top of what the first drink cost plus the rest of my order. All I could do was laugh because I’d never heard of something so made up in my life, and for context I have over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry and I hold two degrees in culinary and hospitality management as well. So I guess common curiosity & customer service isn’t in the bartender employee handbook. I allowed her to remake it of course and paid the EXACT amount she asked as she stood there waiting for what could have been a tip I walked away. Please teach your bartenders proper customer service techniques and that common courtesy goes a long way.“
