“Really want to rate my visit a 3.5.
The wait to order was excessive.
At first I pulled into a stall. After hitting the red button (a second time after 5 min) and waiting for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement, I drove around to the drive thru. There I was asked to wait again. This wait was eight minutes until they got back to me to take my order. After placing my order, I waited an appropriate amount of time to review the order, however if there had been any other food options close by then I probably would have gone there.
Staff was extremely friendly, that's why they are getting 4 stars from me.
The food was hot, good tasting, but maybe a bit overcooked. I will chalk that up to probably being short staffed.
Honestly though, if the wait to be greeted is going to take that long of a time,, it would be better to shut down the drive thru and operate the stalls only until adequately staffed.
I would have tipped if a hadn't needed to go through the drive thru.“

“It is close to home, which is always a perk living in a rural community! Great selection, but they do rotate flavors in and out, so you can't be guaranteed to get the flavor you want every time. They always come back around though! They do a good job of keeping premade cakes and quarts in stock, which is convenient!“
