“Had the pleasure of meeting Tony and Rosa today! Not only were they super friendly, but they are from the same area in Chicago that I’m from! Imagine that! What a small world. We both agreed that the number one thing we miss from home is the food and it was so nice to meet them and get a little taste of Chicago out here in beautiful Nixa. They sell tamales by the dozen, I can’t wait until tomorrow for lunch! Five star service, food, cleanliness, and owners! Stop by and say hello to Tony and Rosa anytime they would be glad to see your smiling face!“

“Seriously the friendliest staff ever! You can tell from management, bartenders and servers everyone loves working at this establishment; and the service reflects that! The menu has a wide selection and the food is always excellent.“

“The fields were in rough shape when we were out here last. I generally like this park though, the staff is good, you can drink on premises, and the fields are generally in good shape. I can only say that it was likely all the flooding we had earlier in the month that might have contributed“

“We experienced a very enjoyable and affordable lunch on a Tuesday. Our waitstaff Cercy and Amber were friendly and the right level of attentive. The restraunt has recently introduced a ten dollar lunch menu, which had several nice choices and made it a very affordable lunch. My chicken nachos could have fed me two meals but I ate them all, delicious and a beautiful presentation. There is a lovely view, a outdoor bandstand and dining area. Bands on the weekends Daily specials Sundays thru Thursdays. Fun, interesting decor. A large separate bar area perfect for a party. Looking forward to lunching here again.“

“We just finished lunch and it was awesome thanks to our lovely service from Keisha! When we showed up there wasn't a lot of people there but that quickly changed to being quite a full dining room and Keisha handled it fluently. She was the only server there for the majority if not the entirety of our meal and still yet we had a constant flow of drinks, she adequately checked up on us, helped with accommodations for meals and our kiddo, got our food to us in a timely manner, and did the same for everyone else in the room as well! Very satisfied with our service“

“We were just passing through Springfield and decided to try something different, it was the best food of our whole vacation. our waitress was funny and friendly, was very accommodating to our daughter, and the food.. was absolutely amazing. I felt like I needed a bumper sticker and tshirt after eatting at the Black Sheep and am equally as devastated it is 7 hours away from our house. We will be back!“

“I love blacksheep but tonight my food was just not good and it was so disappointing because we usually never have any complaints. I got the loaded fries and they were not very good which getting them to go happens but the "pulled pork" was just huge chunks of extremely tough meat I could barely chew.“

“Had the meatloaf. Will not make that mistake again. It was so soft that a person with no teeth would not have any problem eating it. Wife and son had burgers and granddaughter had chicken strips. Everyone else happy with their food. Granddaughter was upset that they have no Mac and cheese on the menu. Our waiter on the other hand was phenomenal!!!!!!! Our drinks were never empty and even though it was the busy lunch rush when we were there he was very good at keeping tabs on all of his tables. Dinner salad was very good as well.“

“I love this Culvers for dine-in. However, the people preparing drive-thru orders need to check their orders. I sat and waited quite sometime for my order, only to get home and see that there was no salad dressing for my chicken cashew salad. I had none at home. A dry salad is not that good. 🙁“

“I decided to eat this place because in eureka springs Arkansas there is a grotto as well I put the floor in and I wanted to compare the foods and service so I go in there with a friend and the service turned out to be great as well the food was good I would almost have to say probably a little bit better I know the price was a lot better for sure could be the tourist taxes out there in eureka maybe not doubt it anyway we had a good time good food great service and will be back for some more“

I went out there after no one showed up there after a couple hours (brunette bartender had no answers, thought I was being rude asking about it being open, so had an attitude, said “well, you can go out there but you won’t have service.” Great attitude, right? Ginger bartender and server Faith made up for it. Those two were great.“

“Since the south Glenstone location in Springfield reopened have eaten there twice inside. Service was great. Food was good. Price was the same as before restaurant including bathrooms are clean. Called in a carry out today it was ready when I went to pick it up and still warm upon getting home realized there was a mixup in the order. Called and girl who answered gave me to I assume the manager who was very nice and understanding and offered to absolutely Fix it and even through in aside for my trouble. Only took 10 minutes to get the corrected order and it was very good. Would definitely recommend this location for dine in and carry out !“

“March 27th - Edit: we tried the filets again tonight and they were amazing! Our server Jennifer was polite and accurate. We noticed the servers tend to work collectively as a team. If there is an empty plate on a table they are walking past, they pick it up. Regardless if it is their table.

Our server Ellie was great. Food had good flavor but the filets and asparagus were extremely greasy and salty. Puddles of grease on our plates.“

“The wings were by far some of the freshest and best tasting wings I’ve had in my life. Maybe it’s just because I’ve been living in the Northern part of the Midwest most of my life, but dang they were good (they were the garlic parm in case you were wondering). The gypsy hooker shots were great too for pickle lovers.“
