“Service was fine. Staff got food prepped quick enough and were friendly. Sandwich tasted fine- like subway. But 12.00$ + for 6 inch meatball combo with small drink? Guess I am out of touch on pricing, but just seems way too expensive for the quality.“

“I remember hearing about this place years ago but never went. It popped up on my FYP on TikTok so I decided to give it a try. My family and I drove down on a Saturday around 12:30. Not sure where it was exactly, we ended up driving by it and having to turn around. There is only street parking available so we parked 1/2 a block up and walked down. We weren’t the only ones who did. The steady flow of people coming in and out was a lot. Good for business. They only accept cash, which is good to know beforehand. We ordered the famous pork tenderloin, a cheeseburger and fries. Everything is alacarte. Which is also good to know beforehand.
The tenderloin had good flavor but was fried very hard. My husband enjoyed his but said it was too spicy, he had the hot sauce. Overall, it was good. Glad we finally tried it.“

“My family and I came in here for lunch one day, and I think one of our orders may have been messed up so it took about 30 minutes to get it out. We didn’t complain because we were there to visit with each other, but the manager went out of her way to give us a free sandwich voucher. That is quality customer service in my opinion! Also the food is PHENOMENAL! I went back and used my free sandwich voucher today and I got the hot bobbie and wow. My new favorite sandwich ever! I definitely recommend this location!“

“Long time customer enjoy the knackwurst but the order today has a different texture. Instead of being dense and firm, it is loose and soft. May be a one off, as this is first time in 20 years for such a change. Hope the recipe was not changed to keep the price down as the knackwurst today does not reflect the legacy. “I called at 11:00 AM due to our company needing 70 box lunches by noon. I wasn't expecting it to be possible but thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. They were extremely transparent in how tight the window was and discussed limiting the options and logistics, ultimately accepting the order. They were able to get the sandwiches made for us and the quality was top notch. Great customer service, courage, and leadership to support us!“

“Every now and then, I find myself craving a subway. That would have never happened if it wasn't for this location to tickle my taste buds, lol. Under no circumstances would I recommend someone to order Subway with so many other options out there. But this location nails it. I always order from the app, and I'm yet to witness any error in the completion of my order. There are many subway franchises, but they're not all the same, so please do yourself a favor and give this place a shot. I think you'll be coming back, I have a subway 4mn from my house, yet I drive the extra 10 to order from here. Enough said“

“It was pouring rain the day that I visited. It was clear that I was walking, because I was soaked and carrying bags from the shopping I had done before stopping in. I asked for a bag with handles. The guy behind the counter asked me "why" instead of just giving me the bag. (Well because carrying a brown paper sack and my other bags in the rain isn't fun, that's why). That's the reason that the service only gets 3 stars. The sandwich was good though.“

“Very fast service. We ordered online and selected pick up asap while we was sitting in the parking lot. Maybe 5 mins, if that, later went inside and it was ready to go at the counter waiting for us to pay for it. It was worth every bit that paid for it too. Reasonably priced, u get alot for ur bucks. Very fresh and high quality ingredients. Very well made, looks like they took their time making it even tho it was made fast. I couldn't wait to go back n get another sandwich from them. So we did go back a couple days later n it was great again. Now whenever I've money to spend again I know where I want to go. I highly recommend to anyone who hasn't tried this place yet. On a side note, along with the great food, if you're not in a rush or have a few mins to spare, it's definitely worth to have a look around the inside of this place. “Decided to get the BOGO deal for me and my girlfriend, on that hunter gather type vibe. Girlfriend orders the all pro sweet teriyaki, and I order the #4 supreme meats. Getting to the store to pick my order up, I enter the store and the manager asks for my name. I tell him my name and show him my order, the manager looks at me and said "I'm sorry the #4 supreme meats has been discontinued, but we did add the extra capicola and pepperoni to it" customer service like that is hard to find nowadays, Manager could of just told me to get bent and I have to wait for another sandwich to me made, but they just went ahead and ran the extra mile just so I could have a good experience. “The individual at the cashier was very helpful and polite. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:10p. I arrived right on time; however, the order was not ready. He immediately apologized (with a good attitude). A couple minutes later, he gave me my order, apologized again for been busy, and told me to have a nice day. “Bread was soft and fresh. I like the way the meat is folded in four so it gives the illusion of more meat. Pretty skimpy on the shredded cheese. Soda machine was actually clean. I don't like the arrangement of tables in this location.

Like today I showed up at 10:30 am right as they open because I needed to eat before going in to Walmart. Its a busy store being inside a gas station but the staff seemed to handle the rush with grace and tenacity. Also, I didn't have to ask for extra sweet onion sauce, that's a rarity. The sandwich artist put just the right amount. Usually you have to strong-arm them to get extra sauce. Some stores sure can be stingy with them (sauces). Thanks subway..I ate fresh.“

“I'd like to say that I have ordered from this location over a dozen times, and really never had any issues.....until yesterday. I called in an order of 5 sandwiches, they were very quick with the delivery, and incredibly friendly. On our $38 order, we tipped the driver over $12. Later we begin to unwrap our sandwiches, and found that 3 out of the 5 were made incorrectly. Next thing we know there is another knock at our front door, with a Jimmy John's driver handing me another sandwich to correct one made wrong. However that replacement sandwich was still wrong. Now with that being said - I am not a big complainer. I appreciate the fast delivery, and I also appreciate the attempt to make our order right. However - 3 out of 5 sandwiches were made wrong, and while I appreciate the attempt to correct the issue, our ONE replacement sandwich was also wrong. Now I did not call and complain and demand that correct all sandwiches that were wrong - Quite frankly b/c it was dinner time and my crew was very hungry. And the sandwiches were still edible, just not the way we ordered them. In the future I will still order from this Jimmy John's, but will begin checking my order immediately, and calling as soon as I know something isn't correct. I would appreciate also in the future that the Jimmy John's employees take more time to review and ensure orders are correct before trying to be TOO FREAKY FAST. I love the fast delivery - but I do not like paying for something that I didn't order. Please Jimmy John's be more cautious when making the yummy sandwiches and everyone will be HAPPY! “It was a busy evening for them, I ordered online and it said my order would be ready at 6:25 well I got there at 630 and still waited. Not their fault at all. “I had been driving since 4 a.m. and initially I rolled into this area to get a green juice drink from Nektar, but I knew I needed to eat something more substantial as well. I was thrilled to see a Planet Sub because I hadn’t eaten there since I left AZ 2+ years ago.I was greeted by a friendly employee and ordered a half Beefeater, then saw they had loaded potato soup on the menu. Now, it’s way too hot for a thick cream-based soup, but you know I got it anyway. It was delicious and so was my sandwich. Perfect all around.
