“Nice find! Reasonable prices and nice sized portions. Local business. Everything was good, hot and fresh. I loved the fried dumplings. My husband and son said the hot and sour soup was delicious. All entrees were good. The only negative, only bottled water and drinks so no refills. Parking in the strip mall.“

“Minsky's Pizza in Blue Springs is a slice of heaven (prime cut)! The crust is perfectly baked, the toppings are always fresh, and the flavors are out of this world. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make every visit special. Truly the best pizza spot in town - highly recommend!“

“My favorite Chinese food! It’s always hot and fresh, and I appreciate the veggies being so good. I usually order the cashew chicken or pork/chicken lo mein. The soups are very good too! We always get our food for takeout. The portions and price are very fair; I almost always have leftovers to take for lunch the next day!“
